This guest suite consists of one bedroom (King bed) and a full bath. The private entrance is located on the front porch and the space is closed off from rest of the home. Space does not include a living room or kitchen. but there is a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee-maker, comfortable sitting space, and a large porch to relax. There is also an air purifier in the room- with HEPA filtration, removing 99.9 of all particles in the air. The space is the size of an average hotel room.

A great place to let kids enjoy the outdoors and give parents a relaxing spot to unwind.

Located by Ironclad Golf Course and a short drive to Topsail Island or Wilmington, this space is close to everything you want to do. Or hang out and enjoy watching the golfers from the screened in balcony. Looking for something to do outdoors? Relax by the pond out back and watch the geese and egrets, or feed the turtles! There is a walking path nearby that leads to a playground for the kids to enjoy.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Once the home is entered, forget all your worries and embrace a stress-free stay. The home has a fully equipped kitchen, dining at the table or counter for up to eight, and a spacious living room with 22 foot ceilings and large widows to bring in the natural light. Enjoy meals, morning coffee, or evening drink of choice on the large, private, screened-in porch, while enjoying a nice view of the golf course and pond.

Peaceful place

This is the upstairs of my home with a private keyed entrance . There is a Kitchenette with microwave, toaster, ice maker,small refrigerator, and coffee maker. Private bath has tub/shower. The Bedroom is quite large, very comfortable queen bed, lots of closet space, book nook and Wi-Fi reception. The second room is set up as sitting room./TV with WiFi , Prime, Netflix and Apple / fold out couch for second sleeping area. All area’s are bright and spotlessly clean

The ceilings range from 6 ft 5", dipping lower at the roof lines! Private entrance on the side of the home. 1 mile from the downtown riverwalk, 8 miles from Wrightsville Beach, & in the center of the inner-city/downtown area. The historic Market Street is 2 blocks over, which heads both downtown & to the beach.

This is a recently renovated rustic 1947 cottage with an outstanding view of and access to the Intracoastal Waterway.
