Listing is very accurate. The house is comfortable, spotless clean, well appointed. Walking ( 1/2 mile or so) distance to restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. Backyard very inviting, pleasant to relax. Beds so very comfortable. Kitchen, bright and had all amenities you might need. Both a drip coffee machine and a Keurig machine are in the kitchen which was a nice surprise. The welcome snacks of fresh strawberries and cake were a nice touch and appreciated.

We all enjoyed the stay. Staying in the golf cart only access was like an adventure.

This house was perfect and just what we needed. Our family was there for my youngest son's wedding and it was located not far from the venue. The location was perfect. We wanted a place where we all could stay together as a family and this was it. Extremely private, clean and large enough for everyone to have their own room. We all loved the time together and the memories we made. Late night laughter andsnacks were what we needed. Paul answered any questions we had during booking very quickly and he was very helpful during it all. We would recommend this location to other families.

One of the best places we have ever stayed. Nice area with walkable dining. They left treats and dishes for the dogs. What an awesome house and area.

Rich provided my mother and I with a great place to stay while we were looking for a home to purchase. He even went as far as installing extra locks on the doors to make my mother more comfortable, even though it seemed unnecessary, as I personally didn’t feel we were in a dangerous area. The beds were comfortable and clean and the backyard was perfect for our two dogs to play and do their thing. Couldn’t recommend this place enough:)

Gary was so kind to let me stay at his place on short notice. The lake view was beautiful!! Even though Gary was out of town he was there to help anytime. And the other guest there was so kind and respectful as well. Matt from next door also came by to check on me, so kind of him to do that. 💫
