Lisa was very accommodating, welcoming and responsive. Her house was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The location was great and we had a lovely holiday as two families with children. We had a particularly wonderful time playing in the garden and at Liverpool Watersports Centre.

The only downside was only having a microwave in the kitchen. I hadn’t realised and had brought a shepherds pie to heat for the evening. As it happened I heated it slowly in the microwave and it was fine. Lovely views and comfy bed. Very friendly and helpful host and we enjoyed our stay.

Lovely stay ehich was close to Anfield (ideal for us as we went to do the tour) Clean home with all amenities. Lots of parking. Easy amd clear instructions from Thomas and very responsive.

Excellent accommodation, such a big spacious property with a great back garden. Would recommend

Great house for extended family gathering. Quiet location with easy access to the city and nearby parks and cafes (& the fabulous Lark St) Ample street parking. House stylishly decorated and stocked with tea/proper coffee and everything required in a working kitchen. Very pleasant outdoor courtyard area perfect for morning coffee in the sun! (& there was sun!!)

Easy to book, easy to find and get into, house was as stated and the location was perfect for us. it's clean and had good facilities and we were kept updated all the while even though we were only there for one evening. recommend Rudy's pizza's.

We stayed at Sonya’s place whilst having renovations done to our house and it was perfect for the hat we needed. The house is really clean, comfortable, spacious and had everything we needed. The downstairs furniture has been upgraded and is actually better than the photos. Really good location for Woolton village amenities, pubs etc and short walk to woolton woods for walking the dog. Sonya is a great host, friendly, responsive and helpful check-in instructions. Easy to find the place and check in. Would definitely recommend.

We had a lovely weekend away at A’s place. The house was easy to find, had good and private parking and was very spacious (bigger than it looks on the photos!). The beds were really comfortable and the living room was super cosy. The kitchen was also great and had every item you would need for self catering. The cleanliness of some of the glasses, plates and pans was not 100% and we did need to hand-wash a few items - I think this could be due to the dishwasher. The pool was great, we visited in January in the snow and were able to swim every day. A was super friendly and informative at check-in and gave us some local recommendations. Thanks for having us!! :)

I would definitely revisit Jess’s place again. The location is conveniently situated just outside the bustling center, with several bus stops nearby that make it easy to reach the Trafford Center for shopping, as well as visit the iconic Manchester Football Stadium. I had a fantastic time relaxing in the evening by the cozy fire, which created the perfect atmosphere for our mini date night in the flat. The space was incredibly peaceful, allowing us to unwind and enjoy each other's company without distraction. Additionally, there are plenty of local shops and charming urban cafes within walking distance, making it a great spot for grabbing a coffee or exploring unique finds. Overall, the combination of comfort, accessibility, and a vibrant neighborhood makes it a wonderful place to stay.

Extremely clean and tidy place to stay with quick access to the beach. Very kind and helpful host, always responding quickly and efficiently. Gave frequent and helpful updates! Would stay here again ☺️

The caravan was lovely. We had a problem with the water supply when we first got there but Tom called us straight back & we got it all sorted.

We had a great stay! Lindsay has thought of everything you could possibly need and has the house exceptionally clean. The photos looked great but in person this house is absolutely lovely. We will definitely be back! Our furbaby Duncan also loved the treats and all of the little dog friendly touches. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Very lovely decorated, clean and central house. It had everything we needed and we right away felt home away from home staying at Jessica’s house. Given the proximity to our family it was the ideal location and the house is waking distance to town and other shops. Jessica was kind and very responsive. Having stayed in other properties in Warrington over the last years this one was certainly our favorite and we will be back.

Absolutely loved staying here. The house was convenient for us to use as a base to visit family. It was well maintained, clean and had everything we needed. The trains though, the trains, were a highlight - running at the bottom of the garden providing full entertainment for all ages. Thankyou
