Fazit vorweg: Die Berghütte bei Zell am See ist ein absolutes Juwel von AirBnB. Lage: Die Hütte liegt einsam und privat auf einem mit Weide überzogenen Berg mit privater Auffahrt. Es ist durchgehend still, ohne dass Wanderer o.Ä. an der Hütte vorbeikommen. Man hat hier wirklich seine Ruhe! Unterkunft: Alles, was man benötigt ist vorhanden! Dazu super sauber und modern! Ein großes Plus ist die Sauna, die mit Feuerholz erhitzt wird. Wer möchte, kann den Holzgrill zum Kochen verwenden, was dem ganzen ein noch viel intensiveres Hütten-Flair verleiht. An- und Abreise: Wer auf einer Berghüttte wohnen will, muss sich im Klaren sein, dass sich die Hütte zwangsweise auf einem Berg befindet. Der Weg zur Hütte ist geschottert und bist bei der ersten Auf- und Abfahrt eine kleine Herausforderung. Aber schon beim Zweiten mal hatten wir keine Probleme mehr. Ein PS-stärkeres / höheres Auto ist sicherlich von Vorteil.

This was one of our favorite places ever! Christine is lovely, just like her place. It's nice, cozy, comfortable, equipped with everything you'd need and the cleanest place I've ever seen. It's in a beautiful area, quiet and peaceful. We really enjoyed the company of the cats and the chickens. :) Thank you for everything!

Wir haben eine Woche bei Maria und Hans verbracht und hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit! Die Wohnung war super schön eingerichtet, sauber und sehr gemütlich. Das alte Bauernhaus ist richtig schön und von Maria und Hans kann man auch etwas über seine Geschichte erfahren, wenn man möchte. Die beiden sind total gastfreundlich und die hochwertigen Lebensmittel (frische Milch, Eier und Joghurt) aus dem eigenen, mit Liebe geführten Bio-Betrieb waren sehr lecker. Wir sind mit dem Zug angereist, man kann die Gegend gut zu Fuß oder mit dem ÖPNV erkunden. Zudem ist nebenan ein schönes Schwimmbad oder auch ein Minigolfplatz, wo man sich neben wandern die Zeit vertreiben kann. Wir waren super zufrieden :) vielen Dank!!!

Fuimos a Obertraun por Hallstatt pero la verdad, fue este lugar y Obertraun lo que nos enamoró. Fue una estancia increíble el lugar de Lisa y Gaby es hermoso, súper acogedor, con una vista maravillosa a las montañas 🏔️ el lugar tiene todo lo que se puede necesitar y más. Nada mejor que comenzar el día con una taza de cafe con vista a las montañas y el café que dejan en la maquina es delicioso. Seguramente volveremos y por mucho más tiempo, muchas gracias por la maravillosa experiencia.

Все було прекрасно,нам все сподобалось,на першому поверсі живуть господарі,апартаменти на другому столі окремим входом,господарі нам не заважали і ні разу не заходили,єдине що не сподобалось це те що коли ми виїжджали господар попросив 20€ туристичний збір(по 2 € з особи за сутку перебування,хоча свйт вже його зняв)ми не сперечалися і заплатили,хоча про це потрібно попереджати що туристичний збір потрібно платити двічі

We had such a lovely weekend at Karl and Ulli house. They were hosting us in such a friendly and welcoming manner. We received so many recommendations and ideas of places to visit. And the rooms were cosy, warm, clean and comfortable. We’ll be happy to visit again Karl and Ulli 😊

The view from the room was amazing, very helpful and supportive host, the place so not match exactly as per the photo's (but the view from the room is extremely amazing, which even the odds here) will surely love to visit again

We stayed at Jens & Iris's home for a week with all family, the communication was very good, we met Annemarie who showed us around and was very nice and friendly. The house it self was amazing, it really feels like your own home, it has everything that you might need and decorated very well. The surrroundings and the view to the lake was beutiful, the are is very quite. We had a wonderful family time and would suggest this place to anyone who would like to find some quality time in this cozy home.

Susanne is a great host, indeed a Super host. Very clear and easy communication. Great location, amazing views. Well equipped, squeaky clean apartment. Highly recommended and would definitely visit again.

Der Aufenthalt war einfach perfekt. Auch wenn dass Wetterglück nicht auf unserer Seite war. Dank des Holzofen in der Stube hatten wir es immer gemütlich warm. Sollten wir wieder ein paar Tage finden wo es passt, kommen wir gerne wieder. ps. Handy Detox war inkludiert (was allen gut getan hat), da der Empfang sehr spärlich war.

Wir haben eine wundervolle Woche in dem Chalet verbracht und waren rundum zufrieden! Das Haus war sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet – es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Rosa & Phillip sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir haben uns sofort willkommen gefühlt. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft: ländlich, ruhig und ideal zum Entspannen. Besondere Highlights waren die private Sauna und die Infrarotsauna, die für absolute Wohlfühlmomente gesorgt haben, sowie der schöne Pool. Auch die Nähe zu den Kühen und das Hofleben hautnah waren ein tolles Erlebnis – vor allem für unsere Tochter. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen!♡

Pobyt byl velmi příjemný. Měli jsme s sebou 2 pejsky a jejich přivítání bylo velmi milé. Hostitelka nám připravila přípitek, štrůdl a velký salát, což nás moc potěšilo. Ubytování bylo moc pěkné a klidné. Děkujeme a rádi se zase vrátíme.

We were a group of 12 - the only small downside was a fact where were only 3 independent toilets; otherwise everything was exceptional, the best part of it the ability to cook on wooden stove.

Los días en la estancia de Lisa han sido una maravilla. El entorno y las vistas desde la casa son un sueño. La camas son muy cómodas y para 4 personas está genial. Para los niños ha sido estupendo y una experiencia increíble poder estar con los conejos que tienen allí y demás animalitos. Por las noches es un disfrute ver las estrellas con la escasa contaminación lumínica que hay. En definitiva, un alojamiento de ensueño.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in der Ferienwohnung bei Evelin. Die Wohnung ist modern, stilvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet – man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Besonders gefallen haben uns das bequeme Bett, die gut ausgestattete Küche und die exzellente Kaffeemaschine. Die freistehende Badewanne im Raum war eine schöne Überraschung! Die Lage ist ruhig und idyllisch auf einem Bauernhof – perfekt zum Abschalten. Evelin und ihre Familie sind sehr herzlich, gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Sogar frische Eier vom Hof gab es. Die Nähe zu Salzburg ist ideal, und auch Ausflüge in die Umgebung lohnen sich sehr. Wir haben die Zeit hier rundum genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

L'appartamento di Claudia è situato in un luogo meravilgioso, completamente immerso nella natura. Tutto l'alloggio è completamente in legno, il che lo rende molto caldo e accogliente. L'ampia cucina con i fornelli a induzione è fornitissima, dal microonde al forno, all'ampio frigo/freezer. C'erano tutto il necessario per pranzare, addirittura il tostapane e la macchina del caffè a cialde. Le camere erano 2 entrambe con letti matrimoniali, ottimi cuscini garatiscono un sonno piacevole. Il bagno è diviso in due da una parte il water dall'altra, attigua, l'ampia doccia e il lavello. La macchina si può parcheggiare nella struttura frontestante al coperto.. L'area è davvero bella, Claudia gestice una fattoria con pecore, galline, cani e gatti che ti danno il benvenuto e il buonumore la mattina. Claudia e la sua splendida famiglia sono stati davvero gentilissimi. Luogo ideale per escursioni nelle vicine montagne ma anche Salisburgo o le grotte di ghiaccio, pace e tranquillità garantiti.

We had a wonderful time at the MandlwandLodge! It combines traditional cabin feeling with modern comfort. We had everything we need and felt right home. The place itself is made with a lot of love to detail and it was a warm welcome. The view form the apartment is amazing because the cabin surrounded by the mountains. You also can start a hike directly from the house. We're looking forward to our next stay at MandlwandLodge!

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful place. The view was stunning, and the location near the river was perfect. The kids absolutely loved the area with the chickens and rabbits—it added a special touch to our stay. The kids' area was well-designed, and the finishing throughout the property was super deluxe. I highly recommend this place for families!

Wir verbrachten unser jährliches Familientreffen im Wolfbachlgut, hatten eine super Zeit. Das uralte Bauernhaus das mit Moderene perfekt vereint wurde, ließ keine Wünsche offen.

the place is really nice, big garden which is perfect with kids. trampoline, table tennis, football 🥅...everything you need. apartment was exactly as described and on the pictures. place is super clean and cozy. super happy we chose this place.

We verbleven hier met ons gezin, fijne locatie, mooi appartement, schitterend uitzicht. Erg van genoten.

Logement conforme aux photos, propre et accueil agréable de Jérôme qui est de bons conseils sur la région. Appartement à proximité des commerces de premières nécessités ainsi que des remontées mécaniques/rançonnées. Nous recommandons sans hésitation le logement

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit auf dem Hof. Frühstück sehr lecker, die Eva ist sehr nett, ebenso ihr Personal. Kommunikation war sehr entspannt. Das einzige, was etwas schade ist, ist die direkt am Hof vorbeiführende Straße. Doch es ging noch Recht gut und ich bin sehr geräuschempfindlich.
