This studio style apartment was the perfect place for my overnight stay! It is a beautiful space that is carefully thought out in design and function. I felt safe and extremely comfortable. Truly perfect, it over delivered and was a 10 out of 10.

We had a great stay. It’s in a quiet neighborhood that’s close to everything. Although it’s in a residential neighborhood, you feel like you are in a rural setting. We saw deer most evenings! The hosts were very responsive to every communication and we appreciated the flexible cancellation policies.

Such a responsive host! Was fine with my altered schedule and late, late check in. She was so kind to clean the kayak for me after the long winter’s nap. Quiet and peaceful, it was the perfect place to find rest and spend time on the lake! But my most favorite feature was Sam!! I was so sad to say goodbye!🥹🥲😥

Nicolas's quaint guesthouse was the perfect hideaway for me and my son. Its painted wood walls and exposed joists summoned a sense of nostalgia for a lost place and time, while other clean, contemporary finishes set us firmly and comfortably in the here-and-now. We also appreciated the modern amenities and decor that helped make our stay so pleasant. Many of our destinations were walkable, and the quiet, charming neighborhood streets made the walks worth it. Nicolas is a communicative and thoughtful host, and Casablanca is as cool and authentic as they come.

We had such a fantastic stay at Blueberry Shoals! Britt provided detailed directions and communication with him was easy. We were welcomed by their sweet pups, thoughtful gifts, and a great tour of the guest quarters, including information about the various art pieces on the property. Britt also provided recommendations for local sites to see. We had everything we needed for comfort as well as delicious muffins, milk, juice, coffee, and much more for a nice start to each morning. The guest quarters were very clean and cozy, and the views were lovely. We really enjoyed hearing the birds and Chestatee River from the deck both mornings, so serene. Britt and Donna have put a lot of thought and care into making the guest experience special. We wished we could have stayed longer, and we would definitely love to visit again!

This was great space for our small family and in a beautiful location with easy access to the best of Atlanta. The property is well maintained with everything needed for a short stay. The hosts provided detailed recommendations and guidance. We will definitely keep the carriage house in mind for future visits.

A great quiet cottage walkable to Emory and restaurants/shops. Very pleasant hosts and nice clean accommodations.

Lovely little home with lovely flowers and artistic touches. Perfect quiet location while visiting my son at UGA. Juana was very accommodating when I made a last minute reservation, and had everything ready for us when we arrived.

The photos don't do it justice, it looks even better in person. It has a beautiful view of the woods, they have a lot of things there if you wanted to stay in the whole time and a great book put together to recommend things to go out to do too. The labels in the kitchen are great, you don't have to go hunting for anything you might need. I'll definitely stay there again if I'm back in the area. Thanks for such a great stay!

Great place to stay - met all of our needs and then some. Perfect for a night before the Georgia G Day scrimmage game. Host was super helpful and responsive.

Bob and Julian were absolutely wonderful host. The nicest people u will ever meet. They shared thier home with us on a holiday so i could spend it with my son who is a marine. The place is over the top. We will for sure be coming back no questions. Besides them being wonderful host and leaving nothing un answered, even thou they had family over for the holiday they still took the time to make sure we were perfect, the little things made the difference. The towels were soft and smelled so good. The toilet paper was soft name brand. The soap and shampoo provided was great. They even had real q-tips provided. They go all out to make you feel like its your home. You cant go wrong staying here. Enjoy.

had a girls night here and it was perfect! we had so much fun talking in the sauna and cooking together. the place gets tons of natural light, and the hosts were very responsive to anything we needed! would recommend!

That was the most unique and fun Airbnb stay we’ve ever done! My kids and I enjoyed every minute being there and were delighted by the extras and fun features that we kept discovering throughout the stay. Thank you for the great experience! We will be back!

10/10. I needed a rental for 4 nights for a 3 generation road trip; comfortable for my mom, quiet for my 2 year old to nap, and walkable to restaurants for myself. Steve's sunlit, inviting, friendly home completely fit the bill. Small touches abound, like the umbrella stand and perfectly appointed laundry room. Where you want squeaky clean (the bathroom, the kitchen, the floors) - it's spotless. Where you want to nestle in with a book, there are plenty of places to read or nap. Instructions were perfect, everything was seamless. In our 4 days, we used train, bus, walked to the local shops - there's a lot to explore in Atlanta. My daughter loved looking for timid geckos in flowers around the stairs, and a friendly fish in the koi pond, on our way to and from each adventure. The neighborhood is beautiful & peaceful, with a quiet background buzz of neighbors. One night we could hear families in a nearby yard engaging in a talent show birthday party. Added a feeling of home.

2nd time there, location is close to art, shopping, walking trails and good food

Stayed for several days while recovering from surgery, as I needed to remain within the Atlanta perimeter for three days post-op. The location was ideal—only about 15 minutes from the hospital in case I needed to return. The space had everything we needed: a kitchen, a comfortable bed, and a big TV! It was perfect for the two of us. It felt very private, and we hardly noticed it was attached to the main home, aside from some noise on our last night—which was a Saturday and completely understandable. Overall, it was a fantastic stay!

John and Mel were extremely accommodating from the beginning. They allowed us to drop off our drift boat trailer and check in early so we could do some fishing in the area. Mel gave some great info on local fishing spots. The space was exceedingly clean and comfortable. The property is peaceful and beautiful. Enjoyed watching the heard of deer play in the field next door. There was some slight confusion on my end on the number of beds as one of the pictures led me to believe there were four as opposed to 2, however this was not an issue for our party. Would absolutely stay again and probably will.

Perfect for 2 people. Lovely street and quiet neighborhood. Close to downtown and attractions. Met my standards for cleanliness which is most important. If you have a problem with carrying luggage, etc up stairs this is not for you. We didn’t have this issue, and we liked that the stairs are inside and well lit.

This couple are the most friendly hosts we’ve ever dealt with. Extremely accommodating and helpful. Definitely recommend their place if you’re looking for peace and privacy!

This guest house was just what I needed. I stayed for a total of 9 nights. The home was clean, private and I felt very safe. If I had anything negative to say it would only be that the guest house needed an iron. Other than that absolutely no complaints.
