This place is amazing if you want a clean and safe place to stay. Runcorn itself doesn't offer much for tourists, BUT it close to everything, and super safe neighborhood. We loved it.

Great communication with the owners. A couple of issues which were quickly dealt with. Would stay again when next in the area.

Lovely home, nice & warm when we arrived. Close to Manchester airport and short drive to Altrincham which was ideal for us.

Exactly what we needed for a night away for a wedding. Usmaan was helpful and flexible and made our stay much easier. My stay at this Airbnb was absolutely fantastic. The home is wonderfully spacious with a lovely layout that made it feel both welcoming and functional. Situated on a quiet street, it offered the perfect retreat for relaxation. The kitchen was a standout feature, equipped with everything you need and even a charming serving hatch that leads to the conservatory—such a thoughtful touch! The bedding was impeccable, smelling fresh and clean, which added to the comfort of the stay. The host was incredibly responsive and ensured that every need was promptly attended to, making the experience even more seamless. I would wholeheartedly recommend this property to anyone looking for a delightfu house near Manchester.

I'm not sure what to say that already hasn't. We have just had an absolutely lovely Easter weekend at Michelle and Johns wonderful cottage. The place is thoughtfully decorated throughout and has a very homely feeling to it. Everything was modern and spotlessly clean with thoughtful little touches like dog towels, grocery essentials and soaps. The location is very peaceful but find yourself a mere five minute walk to the centre of Marsden and all it has to offer. Having stayed at many Airbnb rentals, this is without doubt equally one of the best and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone considering staying. We will be returning to Marsden and hope we will be able to stay once again as it ticks all boxes. We didn't have the pleasure of meeting in person but Michelle and John's communication was so quick and could not have been more friendly and helpful.

We had a fantastic weekend staying in this property. We were attending a football match at the Etihad and it was a short 10 minute walk from the house. Absolutely perfect for what we wanted, would 100% book in here again if we ever return to watch Man City in the future.

A lovely, home-from-home stay at Linda's place. It really felt like staying in a lived in house rather than a stark hotel room. The kitchen was well equipped with loads of glasses and mugs, crockery, pans etc and oil and herbs provided. We made use of the washing machine and the outside drying space was great so didn't need the tumble dryer. Comfy beds and handy to have towels provided. The kitchen table was great to work from home and the WiFi worked perfectly. Nice garden and patio, and a quiet street with views of a grassy area with trees from the front of the house. Had no trouble parking two cars near the house. Check in and out was easy with a lock box.

Been here twice, very clean house, easy to find and very close to the airport.

Great location for countryside walks and also for catching the train into Manchester within half hour.

Stable Cottage is a fantastic little getaway, set in the beautiful peak district countryside - incredible views all around. Close to some wonderful small places for visits, Bakewell, Buxton, Hartington and Leek are all nearby and quick to get to.

Perfect property, in a great location and a fantastic host. The house was everything we needed for our short 2 day stay. Great location for walking in the peaks and for visiting Buxton. We ate at local restaurant A Tavola (1min walk from the house) and it was absolutely incredible. Highly recommended property!

place was lovely and well kept. there was plenty of locked storage for bikes if that's your thing, and a stair gate if you're taking animals. we had two 6 year olds and they lived there place too. kitchen diner is well set of four a family of 4 to have some quality table time.

Lovely house just outside of glossop town centre in beautiful surroundings. The house was very well equipped, particularly the kitchen, with all mod cons. From the house are any number of walks in the Peak District. A great place to stay while visiting friends. Would highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Best Airbnb we have stayed in (and we have stayed in many in the area). The house is beautiful, spotlessly clean, comfortable and perfect social space. Communication was excellent, James could not have been more helpful! We will be back in the future!
