Hands down our best Airbnb experience ever, the house is better than the photos, was clean, comfortable and right on a beach with a wonderfully well kept and large yard. It was a pleasure to come back to it each day after exploring the island. That said, what made the trip exceptional was the host, Kendall was a pleasure to interact with, always responsive and super helpful regarding the house and the area, made several recommendations and even called local resources to confirm that certain parks were open or closed during our stay. We can highly recommend staying here, no regrets.

Our stay in Princeville was absolutely wonderful! Emily's place was not only beautiful, but the perfect home base as we explored nearby beaches and towns. The views were simply amazing! We felt like we had the best of both worlds- ocean in the front, trees and mountains in the back. The home was clean, airy and perfect for our family of four. I especially enjoyed sipping coffee in the morning on the Lanai, listening the birds wake up and staring out at the mountains. The house is also in the perfect spot to watch the sunsets out front. Communication was super easy and Emily was always extremely friendly and helpful. My entire family had such a nice time in Kauai, and Emily's home helped to make our trip very special. We will definitely come back again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Aylana and Michael's home! The residence was very well kept and the host was extremely responsive and helpful. We had one minor issue at the house and their response was very quick and the problem was resolved without issue. I would absolutely recommend this listing and I hope to stay here again myself. The neighborhood is very walkable and friendly. We really enjoyed our morning walks to Hideaway beach and the view is outstanding from the balcony. Mahalo Aylana and Michael!

It’s a clean and spacious for 4 adults, and a nice location- walking distance to the beach. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances for what we need. Also plenty of beach towels and beach chairs, inflatable tubes. My daughter loved sleeping with the sound of beach waves. Susanne responded to my questions quickly and kindly.

It'd be hard to find a better location than this! With so little public parking available in the area, it was worth its weight in gold to be able to have scenic walks from the house to the beautiful beaches and waves at Hanalei Bay and Hideaways. And the house is fantastic: a beautiful view over the gold course to the mountains; so quiet you can hear the birdsong throughout the day; perfect living area above and bedrooms down below - really smart architecture. Enjoyed the most mellow and relaxing vacation with my adult children. We walked daily on the great pathway and took in the blue ocean and the peaceful setting. The neighborhood was quiet and what I expected. We enjoyed eating at all the wonderful local places within a casual 20 minute walk. It was rainy this time of the year so sometime we just stayed and chilled in the awesome living room. The house is old so it has its charms but it felt like going to a beach house. There are plenty of windows and we slept with them open and it was very windy at night so we didn’t miss the a/c at all. We are from the Pacific Northwest, my son said he was surprised that 72 degrees could feel so cold and it was funny to see him wear his puffy jacket at times. Anyone staying here in the spring should probably bring a jacket because the wind and moisture can make it feel a lot colder than it should be due to being right next to the ocean. This is an excellent location overall.

Awesome stay! Loved the amazing views, wonderful house and amenities. Highly recommended staying here if you are looking at Princeville If you are bikers, and have more than 2 in your party, definitely rent more than the two beach cruisers from Princeville bikes, to get to the beach and shops . There are a few hills! They are awesome! Recommend the easy Old Club Med hike down to the Hotel 1 bar...oh and the other way to the beach. Better beach area by taking the walk down to the beach access before 1 Hotel. A few tweaks to this beautiful, new Air BNB, which they are working on, and it will be perfect. Bring a bag of ice, most likely the Samsung ice maker will not come back to life...little things like that! Mahalo and I hope you love it!

This Airbnb in Princeville on Kauai’s North Shore helped us enjoy an almost two-week stay. The location is excellent. There are beaches and great restaurants nearby. There also are shops providing groceries/alcohol and other useful potential supplies in the immediate area. The unit is well laid out with space to sit and relax both indoors and on a small but cozy lanai. While there are other units in this complex; this one allowed us to feel a great deal of privacy. The unit is very clean and well anointed with good appliances and enough cooking and dining items to allow you to eat at “home” as often as you desire. We are fortunate to be able to stay at many Airbnbs and this one rates as a top notch selection.

My husband and I had a wonderful time exploring Kauai for the first time. We had no problems with traffic during our stay exploring south and north shores throughout our trip. The place was perfect for home base and we enjoyed running and biking on the path lining the beach next to the condo. Coconut marketplace is also walkable and super convenient for grocery needs and restaurant options. The shower is a slow drain, but nothing major - just turns into a bath for your ankles quickly. Everything was clean and decorated adorable. We would definitely stay again. Lovely place!

My family and I stayed at Bridgette's place for five nights in April. Great home base for us on the North Shore of Kauai—very comfortable, clean, and relaxing, with lots of room for us to spread out. We used the condo's shared pool and hot-tub a couple times, and they were nice, too. Great setup for working remotely too, though we managed not to! Would recommend.

Wonderful stay ! We really enjoyed the pool, hot tub and several lounging areas. It was very quiet . We saw whales breaching in the distance and albatross flying by. It’s mating season and 4 albatross (and baby) were directly across from the house- they put on quite a show! Very fun to watch. We took many walks and loved the location. We hope to return!

We loved staying at Donna’s place during our trip to the north shore! We would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a place with a jacuzzi, wonderful kitchen and comfortable house! We will definitely be back!

Sean and Tracy were great hosts! The unit worked well for my husband and my parents. My mom has mobility issues so having a room and bathroom on the main floor was perfect. The unit itself gets a bit humid in the common areas but with the doors and windows open the cool breeze easily blows through. Would recommend and book again.

The house was beautiful and spacious for our family and we loved using the pool! The kitchen was very well equipped which was important to us because we cooked a lot of meals. The large snails on the deck in the morning were fascinating as well as the many geckos that patrolled the mesh fence. We would highly recommend staying here and the communication was excellent.

This house was absolutely amazing!! The house was very well stocked for all our needs. The kitchen had everything you needed, the shampoo and conditioner was amazing and plentiful ( even in the outside shower), the laundry soap was plentiful. They stocked the place so thoughtful for guests. We had everything we needed for our stay and more. The entire house wrap around deck is gorgeous. Perfect quiet location. Lots of outside protection from all the rain.

Place was extemely beautiful and peaceful. Its located in HOA area so the no noise restrictions I actually didn’t mind. Besides hearing the roosters, it was completely quiet, you can literally see all the stars at night from this property. It has a beautiful backyard where we enjoyed having meals. The garage has everything we needed for the beach, including toys for my little one. The beds were actually very confortable. The laundry came in handy so we wouldn’t overpack. The hair drier actually didnt work but the host was quick and friendly on providing a new one. A hairdrier for me was a must since going to sleep with wet hair is a big no for me so I was grateful a new one was provided. Wifi worked great. Only downside was probably the ice machine being dirty and there is a camera in the backyard which i understand is for security reasons but sometimes you can feel watched, but the outdoor shower was something we enjoyed alot. I really loved this place and its location.

We just had a great stay at Tiffany’s place! The house is very roomy and comfortable. The location is very private, and a nice change from the busier parts of the island. The bay at the end of the road is beautiful, although not really swimmable. There are an abundance of swimmable beaches nearby though. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a really great place to stay! So close to Hanalei but in a private, quiet neighborhood. Loved that the lanai overlooked tropical greenery, felt like it was staying at the edge of a forest. The unit is really thoughtfully stocked, had everything we needed to cook dinner. The washer/dryer was a big plus. Really easy check-in and communication. Loved this place and would stay again any time we want to stay on the north side of the island.

Great place and location Beautiful quiet neighborhood. All floors had a beautiful view. The host Jason was easy to communicate with. The house had everything you needed a home away from home you could say. Can’t wait to be back.

My family loved Stephanie’s place! The pictures don’t do it justice — it’s even better in person! :) The house is located in a beautiful, safe neighborhood. We enjoyed using the beach gear (chairs, towels, and snorkel gear) and the bikes. We’d definitely stay here again!!
