For a group of 5 people it was a perfect stay - 3 bedrooms with private bathrooms, the amenities, the views from windows/terraces and privacy feeling, modern household and great location, closeness to Urla center. It was indeed the perfect stay and definitely worth the money! The host was really helpful with suggestions and responsive to any questions we had, they had also 2 small dogs in territory who cheered our moods every time we met them :) when we will come back, would choose this villa again. And big thanks especially to Alpay!

Отдыхали семьей 5 человек. Все очень понравилось: чисто, просторно, уютно. Кухня чистая. Сами готовили. Единственный минус для моей семьи очень жесткие матрасы. Мы привыкли спать на матрасах средней жесткости. Если вы спите на жестком, то вам понравится все.

Geçen sene 10 gün kalmıştık ve çok beğenmiştik. Bu sene 1 aya yakın kaldık. Komşularımız, muhit ve evin kendisi bence çok güzel. Kendi eviniz gibi hissebileceğiniz bir yer. Biz öyle hissettik.

Oldukça rahat ve ferah.Bir önemli faktör de evin aydınlık olması.Evinizde gibi hissediyorsunuz ve ev donanımlı.Evin konumu harika.

Öncelikle Koccaman bahcesi ve patili dostları karşıladı bizleri sonrasinda ev sahiplerimizin ilceyi ve evi tanıtması sıcakkanlı ve güler yüzleri karşıladı 5 kişi Köpeğimizle kendi evimizde gibi hissettik. bahçedeki ve kapı önündeki kopek/ kediler bile evin sakinligine o kadar uyum saglamislar ki harikalardi. Ev forografta görünenin aynısı ve bahcesi gorunenden daha büyük.Arabasız zorlanabilirsiniz belki ama evin önünden otobüs geçiyor. Eve 1 km yakinlikla Liman plaji var güzel ve kullanışlı. Sadece sinek ilacinizi yaniniza almayi unutmayin bahçe sefası sırasında çok lazim olacaktır. Bir de 1 tane vantilatör yetersiz kalabiliyor diye düşünüyorum. onun haricinde harikaydı.

Great place to stay. View is marvelous. Super clean. Needless to say. You must watch the islands from your balcony. OMG. What a wonderful view. Thanks very much for your help.

Beautiful place. Never seen a house like it. The windows are incredible. We were there in the off season for a self-guided wine tour and it was the perfect central location for short drives to all the wineries and their restaurants. Heads up, though, that the bathroom off the main bedroom upstairs has no privacy (wall is only glass between the bed and shower/toilet) so if you’re a group of friends, you’ll want to use the extra twin mattress (3rd bed) and bring it downstairs to sleep two people in the downstairs bedroom. Or just walk downstairs to use the bathroom. Also, the house has no numbered address, so wait for the host you send you the pinned location. The default Airbnb location is just the dead center of the town.

Auch der Preis ein wenig zu salzig ist war alles andere sehr schön. Die Zimmer und die Badezimmern waren super modern und mit Kleinigkeiten ausgestattet. Eine absolutes Ruhegebiet. Für die Umgebung sollte man ein Auto besitzen. Das Pool sowie andere Bereiche waren sauber, ordentlich wie auf den Bildern. Die Gastfreundlichkeit und das Engagement waren außerordentlich gut. Im Großen und Ganzen 👍🏽😊.

Çok güzel bir gün geçirdik,oda temiz düzenli ihtiyacımız olan her şey mevcuttu.Bahçe çiçek ve ağaçlarla doluydu huzur vericiydi.

Gunes’s place was exactly what we needed. Resort like heaven 10 min drive from Urla İskele. Her and her partner have made sure we had a lovely stay. Their garden is well kept with beautiful tropical plants and flowers. Taking a nap in the hammock and swimming in the pool was the highlights of my time. And there is a cute cat in the garden comes say hi sometimes if you like animals. She is very well trained and behaved so She doesn’t bother you. I had to invite her to come play with us. Very peaceful and quiet place. I stayed there with one of my girlfriends but it’d be very romantic for honeymooners also so I’m going back with my boyfriend in couple weeks. Experiencing this beauty is a must.

Ünal Bey çok ilgili ve yakındı, ev gayet güzel bir konumda, sahile bir iki dakikalık yürüme mesafesinde, ev ve eşyalar gayet temiz ve düzenliydi. Teşekkür ederiz.

The host was friendly and responsive to our messages. Hanging out with my friends at the pool area was relaxing. It was a unique experience to swim in the pool under evergreen trees. Their dog is very sweet and friendly as well. We will definitely consider reserving this home if we go back to Izmir in the future. Thanks Secaattin for the figs and the wine. We appreciated it.

Evi çok beğendik, çok keyifli vakit geçirdik.Mangal, mama sandalyesi gibi detaylar bile düşünülmüştü.marketlere mesafesi çok yakındı. Havuzla ve tüple ilgili yaşadığımız sorunlar bir kaç saat içerisinde çözüldü.

Ebru hanım gerçekten de çok ilgili ve sıcakkanlı bir ev sahibi. Gerek öncesi, gerek konaklamamız esnasında ve gerekse de sonrasında her çeşit sorumuza oldukça hızlı dönüş yaptı ve çeşitli önerilerle bize yardımcı oldu. Evleri tertemiz ve oldukça düzenliydi. Herhangi rahatsız edici bir detayla karşılaşmadık. Urla'ya gelip nezih bir muhitte ve harika bir evde kafa dinlemek için en doğru tercihlerden birini yaptığımızı ilk akşamımızda çoktan anlamıştık bile. Her şey için teşekkür ediyoruz.
