One of my best stays ever! I had an amazing experience at this apartment. The host, Tapasi, was extremely friendly and helpful. The self check-in process was very well organized, making everything smooth and convenient. The room offered complete privacy and felt very safe. It was beautifully decorated, and the kitchen was arranged in a very systematic way—everything was clean and well-maintained. The overall vibe of the space was so positive and welcoming. You can easily get all your daily essentials delivered via Blinkit or Swiggy, and the City Center Mall is just 4 km away from the apartment, which is super convenient. I will definitely visit again!

had a lovely stay at Piya's. A very cute and cozy home, great for a weekend get away. The home was very well maintained and prestine and we had a very comfortable stay. Piya herself was a great host, friendly and always there to answer any questions. An easy recommendation for anyone looking for a getaway!

it was a great experience, host was responsive and flexible with checkin and checkout timing. this homestay is located at prime location with quiet ambience, all amenities were provided by host as mentioned.

Positives: 1. In a busy market area yet not noisy as the apartment is inside. 2. Very friendly host. Arranged car for us when the Mobile Internet services were down due to exams for Assam Government employment. Took trouble of getting us Mishti Dohi, when my wife enquired about it. The 5 star rating is due to the friendly nature of host. 3. Two bedrooms sufficient to sleep 4. There is a living cup dining room and a kitchen. One of the bedrooms has an AC and attached toilet. Negatives 1. Soaps and moisturising lotion left by previous occupant was still in bathroom. 2. The attached bathroom shower handle was coming off. It was not clear how to control the geiser in that bathroom 3. The common bathroom shower was only providing lukewarm water inspite being switched on for more than 15 minutes. The host could not be contacted on Sunday when we were leaving till 10AM as he was sleeping. He may provide alternate telephone numbers to contact. Also wifi details can be provided at checkin

This hip Host and his gentle Father provided impeccable hosting from Check In to Check Out, my every need was swiftly and expertly catered to. The bathroom was SoClean, and the neighborhood is very quiet at night, I got a great nights rest here.

Very homely environment, the place is not even a minute away from the main road and the host is very friendly and always available. I reached the place at quite an inconvenient time but the host Aashif made sure that I had a comfortable check in. Thankful.

Very nice place with a responsive host . The place is right in the middle of the city which makes it easier to visit all around the city. Rain may cause problem because the area roads are under construction...other than that very satisfied

Our stay was amazing😊My phone suddenly stopped working, so I couldn’t find the address, but aunty kindly waited for us at the lane to guide us. She was so warm and welcoming, offering us early check-in and late check-out, which made everything so easy. The house was spotlessly clean, the kitchen was fully equipped, and the rooftop garden was absolutely beautiful — the cherry on top! This was my cousins’ first homestay experience, and they were super satisfied. Aunty’s kindness and helpfulness made our trip even more special. Highly recommend staying here❤️

I’ve stayed in several Airbnbs, but this one was truly one of the best! Dilip was an amazing host—super responsive and always ready to help. He ensured that everything was in perfect working order, and I had no issues at all. The place itself was fantastic—quiet, spacious, and perfect for hosting friends or family. It’s also an excellent choice for couples looking for a relaxing getaway. The T.V., sound system, and especially the Jacuzzi made the stay absolutely worth it. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. Huge thanks to the host! Loved it! ;-)
