Oemah Kumbakarna ini mungkin akan selalu jadi tempat kalau singgah lagi di Jogja jika berbanyak. Pelayanannya keren, tempatnya luas (parkiran bisa 6-7 mobil), gak terlalu jauh juga dengan pusat kota.

Sasadara Villa in Jogja is an excellent and worthwhile place to stay. The villa is exceptionally clean and has a pleasant fragrance. It offers complete amenities, making it a comfortable choice. I truly love this villa and will definitely book it again whenever I return to Jogja. p.s. mas Aji is really helpful.

Stay For 4 days, 5 adults and 2 kids Nice, peaceful, clean and great location Full Kitchen equipment and utensils if you do your own laundry, they have all the things you need lots of Fruits, Coffee, Noodles etc. And have extra-bed. We never meet in person but the owner always communicates well and gives complete and clear instructions. 5 out of 5 Very Recommended

I really happy stay in this place, super clean modern and the best part is this villa have big and clean swinging pool. The place is really strategic and easy to find. Every room have air condition enough bathroom and complete kitchen set. The important things is the villa is enough lighting and not creepy at all. Super comfy and if I come back in jogja I will definitely come back in this villa! Thank you for the experience my family also happy stay here 💖🫶🏻

I spend 4 nights with family. The location is easily to catch, cozy, clean, bathroom toilet well-maintained. Highly recommended for families..

I love the place as it shows exactly like the photos on the apps. place is very comfortable with not too much elegant touch. you will feel like you are actually at home. Dian who met us during check-in time was very kind as well. she explained all the important things and is very responsive when we have any question. I will book this place again for sure when I come back with my family next time

very friendly host, very helpful and nice, always available, he has been kind to us all the way through and understanding, mentioned that if we need anything to let him know and that he would provide it for us, offered us to go out for food and get to see the place, try out different foods and see what the place is like in general, the house is very very beautiful and cozy, after we had to check out we wanted to come back and stay there some more time, will be coming back here on the next trip for sure :D

this house is at a very convenient location; the landlord is friendly and sent us fruit :) the only thing that might need attention is that not every restroom is well equipped with heater

Sangat memuaskan, terutama lokasi yang sangat strategis disebrang bakpia pathok 25, host yang responsif & memberikan instruksi detail, hanya saja 1 kekurangan yaitu wc dalam kamar master mengeluarkan bau yg kurang enak (kemungkinan dari alur septic tank bawah), sisanya sangat oke, pasti pakai homestay ini lagi kalau ke jogja

tempat nya sangat nyaman, rekomendasi buat liburan bersama keluarga besar. Tempatnya di tengah" antara parangtritis dan kota jogja. Jadi kalo mau main ke daerah parangtritis ga terlalu jauh kaya dr pusat kota,. kalo ada kesempatan main lg ke jogja, bakalan menginap lg di sini,.

Very very very satisfied.. Our family had a great time stayed at Mr Fajar place. It was peaceful, clean, had fantastic value for money too 😁 Mr Fajar also very responsive and details. We had no issue while staying there. Definitely we'll coming back to Mr Fajar place when we visit Yogya. RECOMMENDED HOST👍

I stayed at this villa for 2 days, and it was a fantastic experience! The house had a really cozy and comfortable atmosphere, making it feel like home. The surrounding area was peaceful, yet it was super close to the city center of Yogyakarta, so it was easy to explore and enjoy the city. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed, which made it convenient to cook my own meals. There are also plenty of food options around the villa, which was great. On top of that, the price was really affordable for such a well-equipped place. I highly recommend staying here—great value for money, and I would definitely come back!

Rumah sangat bersih. kamar tidur semua nyaman, adem. bahkan disediakan kasur tambahan. fasilitas sangat lengkap. lingkungan mudah dijangkau, pgn ngegrab, pesen alfagift, bisa semua. dan rumahnya sangat luas, kita yg ber10 masih berasa longgar tempatnya. terima kasih banyak, recomended bgt utk kalian yg berbanyak.

Everything was nice and feels like home. Helpful staff. Nice neighbors. Near to center of jogja. The house located in small street, but it’s okay lah as long as a car can get through. Overall nice nice, definitely will come back again.
