Мы в восторге ,красивая ухоженная закрытая территория .За всем ухаживают садовники .Сама территория комплекса просторная ,есть активности в виде мини гольфа ,детской площадки ,и других . А дом очень просторен ,уютно обставлен и всем нужным укомплектован! Обязательно вернёмся ещё ! Хозяйке отдельно 5 баллов !

回覆快，地方乾淨，有車位，可以燒烤，好靚既屋，寧靜，整體都好滿意。但屋好暗，到夜晚唔夠光，有幾枝燈係冇燈泡。

Beautiful views from the location definitely need bike as up hill but overall wonderful

Very friendly, polite host, always replied quickly. Even drove us to Bangrak beach when Bolt driver cancelled our ride because of road works (these road works were a bit inconvenient). The villa is beautiful, clean, spacy, as in pictures. The location of Dreamland residence is a bit unhandy If you don't hire car/motorcycle. We traveled by ordering Bolt, often drivers couldn't find the right way. But the beach is approximately 2 km away and many other places of interest. Electricity is a bit expensive (not included in the reservation cost). Pool was great, clean. Villa was good equipped. It was private and exactly as in pictures.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at D' Escape Homestay for the second time, and once again, it didn’t disappoint! This time, I noticed several improvements that made my stay even more enjoyable. The homestay has been well-maintained, and the addition of new facilities was a delightful surprise. The massage chair was a great touch, providing the perfect way to unwind after a long day. The addition of a games machines also added a fun and entertaining option during downtime. It’s clear that the owners have put thought into making the place comfortable and enjoyable for guests. The space itself continues to be cozy and well-fitted, offering everything needed for a relaxing stay. The attention to detail and the upkeep of the property truly stand out. הבית היה נוח מאד ומתאים בדיוק לצרכינו. בריכת השחיה היתה אקסטרה פינוק. המטבח היה מאובזר בכל מה שצריך אפילו במכונת קפה. המארחים היו נחמדים ועוזרים. נהנינו מאד מהשהייה.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Nadege war einfach fantastisch! Die Wohnung war sauber, gemütlich und genau wie auf den Bildern. Nadege war eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

This apartment in Koh Samui is perfect for a short stay! It's conveniently located close to the airport while still being part of a vibrant neighborhood full of amenities. Situated above a restaurant, it has its own unique charm and offers a lovely view of the jetty. I loved walking downstairs to grab fresh flowers and coffee with pastries for breakfast. Sitting outside on the patio, watching the planes arrive, was a highlight of my mornings. While it can get a bit noisy with the planes and street activity, this adds to the lively energy of the neighborhood, keeping you close to town and activities. The apartment itself was clean and well-equipped with all the necessary essentials for a comfortable stay. Overall, it’s a great spot for those looking to enjoy Koh Samui’s vibrant atmosphere!

I enjoyed my stay here. We were a group of three…my wife, 15 year old daughter, and myself. I think if one more it would be a little cramped. I loved the pool outside our door and the sitting area. Overall experience was great. Definitely need a vehicle to fully enjoy all Mae Phim has to offer but can rent a motorcycle with side car if you don’t arrive by car. Would definitely recommend to others…especially for the price.

It’s a lovely space, the pool the garden, the surroundings. The apartment is well equipped with all amenities and is spacious. Good value for money.

Alles war so wie erwartet.Das Gebäude ist etwas älter,aber der Pool ist sehr schön und die Wohnung auch. Von dort ist es nicht weit zu verschiedenen Restaurant,711,Cicada Nightmarket und zu den verschiedenen Stränden in Hua Hin.

Pascal’s condos are very clean and beautiful. He is very friendly and helpful if you have any questions about anything in the condo or in Pattaya. His wife is also very friendly and welcoming. The maid Pascal sends every 3rd day was very sweet and mindful. She cleans whatever you want done on top of the things she cleans already. If you’re visiting Pattaya for the first time this the place for you. Right next door is the famous central mall for your everyday needs. The beach is only 2 mins away walking and there are plenty of bars and restaurants in the vicinity. The view is amazing every morning and you watch the sunset from the balcony as well. I recommend Pascal’s place to all travelers whether solo, couple or more. Pascal thank you for the wonderful stay and i will be staying here every time i come back to Pattaya from now on. Decent place to stay, 10 minutes walk to walking street, a lot of indian cuisine.

The accommodation is beautiful and luxurious. It has every amenity you can imagine. The accommodation is close to many famous entertainment and restaurants. Traveling is very convenient. The owner of the room is friendly and ready to help in every way at all times. Highly recommended.

The Condo was nice but a little difficult to use keycards as sometimes they would not work. However Samuel was very receptive

This is a great stay at a reasonable price. There's a great view from the deck. The pool is deep and refreshing. Aircon worked great. Everything was as described. The caretaker Lin is fantastic. He is always very responsive and knows a lot about a lot. They had 2 nice scooters waiting and ready for us on arrival. I'd say scooters are a must at this location, although I'm sure Lin could seamlessly set up a taxi for you at your request. This place splits the distance difference between Ao Leuk and Tanote beaches which in my opinion area the best beaches. Great snorkeling and nice beaches and bars/restaurants over looking that clear blue water. Sairee and Mae Haad beaches are less than 10 minutes from the Koh Tao Studios where there's many restaurants, bars and shops. Peaceful place where all you hear is the sounds of geckos and kingfishers. Can't wait to come back.

I had an amazing stay! The place looks exactly like the photos—beautiful, clean, and very well-maintained. The host was super responsive and helpful throughout. I also really appreciated how safe and secure the property felt. And that pool—so big and perfect for relaxing! Would definitely recommend and love to stay again.

Very clean and neat condo. Everything was as pictured and the condo had all necessities needed. The Urban Condominiums buildings and pool area are very well maintained, much better than any of the other condos in the area. Udo was very easy to contact and went out of his way to allow for an early check-in when my flight was moved up. All in all, a very good stay.
