Overall good stay and beautiful resort with great amenities!

This condo was beautiful! The view with a wrap around deck on a corner unit was spectacular. The condo is set up perfectly for 2 couples with having private opposite sides of the condo and access to the deck and full bathrooms. The resort has many pools and an amazing beach which is a great place to walk. We absolutely loved our stay and didn’t want to leave!!! Thank you!

The property was comfortable, clean, and perfect for a quick beach getaway. Beach was relaxing. The rooftop pool/spa/bar area was amazing.

Had an amazing stay at Allen & Priscilla’s hideaway! Everything was neat, clean, and as pictured. Check-in and check-out were both very easy. Allen & Priscilla were also very accommodating and responsive in their communication. Would definitely stay again!

An incredible ocean-front condo with sweeping views that was pristine clean and beautifully decorated. The whole experience was so high-end! This unit is in a professionally managed condo tower that was so luxurious, with every detail accounted for and even professional housekeeping that left a 68-point checklist of everything they cleaned before arrival. Condo itself was immaculate - everything like new. Well appointed kitchen if you need it but ate at the onsite restaurants and they were fantastic. A gorgeous place in a very, very secure location. Michael was a great host - very responsive and kind. Will be back!!

This beach house was everything we hoped it would be. We got to walk right out the door and take our dogs for a beachwalk a few times a day and for a night walk every night. The dogs were in heaven. We were so happy to get to spend time with them on these magical beaches. We were in awe at the amount of unique sea shells all over the beaches. A few of the neighbors had dogs but it seemed everyone was very respectful and took their dogs out at different times of day so we each could enjoy a massive stretch of private beaches. The inside of the house is very spacious, beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, and the kitchen is well-stocked with cookware. We were nervous about using too much water since the shower takes a while to warm up but thankfully we didn’t run out. Oh and the enclosed backyard was great to let the dogs out for bathroom breaks. Wonderful Airbnb and we hope to come back again!

Stayed at Oliver place for almost 2 months, he was always super responsive and even over a holiday long weekend he found an electrician to come and fix an issue with an outlet. He blown our expectations away. House is bigger than the pictures shown, neighbors are nice and the area is super quiet and feels safe. We didn't use the pool but the amenities look fantastic. We felt right at home. Thank you for everything.

This was our first Airbnb ever and we were SO impressed! Eva and Dave are so kind and they put so much caring into every detail of this house. They truly think of everything one might need while staying there. The back patio was larger and nicer than we thought from the photos. A perfect quiet place to sit and relax. We loved the kitchen and the bathroom with such a comfortable bathtub. Our hosts responded almost immediately to any question we had and Dave even helped us with some genealogy research about our family who lived in Bisbee a long time ago. They have set the bar very high for future Airbnb experiences! Thank you so much Eva and Dave. We'll be back.

Pam was a super host; extremely communicative and caring, quick to respond. The house was beautiful, clean and as described. Outside had so many amenities and fun to hang out there. Close to the most beautiful sandy beach, uncrowded and excellent shelling. Easy walk to public access, maybe half a block. Roads in Las Conchas are packed clay and regularly maintained to minimize potholes and washboarding. Speed limit of 35 mph allows for quick trips into the town itself. Only negative would be the coded pad for entry through the front door. Pam was quick to respond with helpful instructions so no big deal. Thank you for allowing us to check in early. The amenities could be clearer on the AC. It is there if needed but we never needed it. Keeping the place opened up allowed the ocean breezes to come in. Nighttime was very cool and the breezes really cooled the place. Very quiet location. Wonderful slumber

Armando’s place is amazing—super comfortable, with everything you could need. The house feels private and peaceful, and Armando is incredibly quick to help if you need anything. It’s the perfect spot to relax and enjoy your stay.

We loooooved Ground Floor Paradise. To see and hear the ocean from the patio, we could even see our girls when they were in the pool, made our vacation. The location of this space is the absolute best thing. To boot, our favorite restaurant while visit Rocky Point was the on-site eatery, Ramón.

El Sonoran Spa Resort en Puerto Peñasco es ideal para relajarse, con vistas al mar, piscinas, jacuzzi, spa y un restaurante bien valorado. Sus condominios están bien equipados, y el servicio es excelente. Algunos mencionan que la playa es rocosa en marea baja, pero en general, es una gran opción para descansar. Definitivamente regresaríamos otra vez. ¡Gracias por todo, Ignacio!

We stayed 14days in Steve's condo (Dec. 24). We were very happy with everything and definitely recommend this condo to people who are looking for quiet and relaxing place. Everything what we read from others visitors are true. One of practical information we got from Steve was to use TRANSCABO both ways. Its easy, and we booked on line from home. It cost us $10 US per person. The grocery store La Comer is close. We used Uber and you can get everything over there. There are two restaurants 10 min. walk on the beach. We had wonderful vacation, hoping to come back next year and we do recommend this place.

Tyler and Allison’s condo was absolutely perfect! Spacious, clean, and comfortable with everything we needed to feel right at home. The views from every room were stunning! Tyler was extremely responsive and accommodating. We will definitely be back! Thank you Tyler and Allison for sharing your beautiful condo!
