Julia’s place was fantastic. From the moment we booked to the last day of our stay everything was very smooth. Clear check in instructions, and it was great being so close to town. Would definitely stay again if they would have us!

Eddie was super helpful and proactive when we arrived. The home was very large and fit my family perfectly. We loved that we beach was just a walk away and it was still peaceful. I highly recommend staying here. My wife and I would like to make this an annual vacation with the whole family if possible. Very very beautiful thank you Eddie!

This home was a wonderful place to stay for our girls’ trip. There was plenty of space for us to sleep and we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. We had perfect weather and the neighborhood was very quiet. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Our only complaint there was we didn’t have a great place to put the food we bought. The panty to the house is locked and the cabinets are filled. All of our food had to sit on the counter. The pool and beach were both great. We just had a hard time with the gate codes. Some of the codes we were given had “expired” according to the security officer at one of the pools. However, we seemed to not be the only guests that had that issue. The beach equipment was a nice touch but a few things need to be replaced. One of our friends sat in a chair and it reclined all the way to the sand. The cart will also not make it through the sand dunes. So plan that accordingly. But, there are PLENTY of beach towels. 👍🏻

Our family enjoyed everything! Amy was an awesome host! She answered our questions quickly and was very friendly. The house was well stocked with anything you need for the beach. It was even better than the pictures. It was decorated amazing! We really enjoyed the golf cart rides. Quick access to the beach and the village center. The village center had great restaurants and little shops. Our favorite part was the golf cart rides at sunset. Highly recommended this place!

So convenient. Having a fantastic community pool that was relaxing was the best part of beach day. The house has lovely views of the bay, sunset & wildlife. The kids loved walking the pier each evening to catch hermit crabs.

This is a beautiful house. We loved the mother in law suite when family/friends came to visit. The house was well stocked. Plenty of beach towels and lawn chairs. We talked to Majesty a couple of times and she was very kind and helpful. We would return to this house again.

What a wonderful stay for a family of 5! The golf cart made accessing the pool and beach so easy! We will be back for sure!
