Renovated thoughout this little gem is stylish and comfortable. A 2 bed bungalow with the most fantastic views across the valley, it's the perfect location for exploring Yorkshire, or relaxing and staying local - walk to the Roebuck pub in 15 mins or Otley in 20. Plenty of parking on the driveway and a secure shed for storage of bikes etc. The beds are medium firm, sprung, foam topped mattresses and the central is heating is controlled by you. Situated on the edge of Baildon Moor, this modern private annexe is located on the ground floor of the original farmhouse and boasts fantastic views of the surrounding countryside. The property is a short walk from Baildon village where there are pubs, shops, restaurants & takeaways. Leeds City Centre can be reached via train (17 minutes from Shipley train station). On the farm we have horses, cows, sheep, goats, pigs, dogs & cats, therefore some farm noises are to be expected!
