I implore everyone to actually read the listing so the Chad and Karen lying dormant in them does not come out. If you’re looking for a spot that is clean, private and quiet, this would be a place to book. When I arrived, everything was cleaned and set up bare bones; allowing the guest to do whatever they please so long when they leave, it’s back in the same clean condition. The home is free of pests, everything works, and it works perfectly for me as I set up my mobile recording studio and got to work. It should also be noted that if you wish for a place providing complete privacy, where nobody’s going to bother you; this is the place that you would want to book. There were no problems with parking and delivery workers had zero issues locating the unit to drop off food. I noticed after reading reviews that a lot of people who booked this listing either don’t know how to read, or are incredibly stupid, or both. Chrystal thank you for providing what you listed! We are King natives that moved out of state a few years ago. We came back for a family wedding. Place is exactly as described, nothing more, nothing less. Plenty of towels/ washcloths, cookware, dishes. The area is great, close to all the restaurants in town, quiet neighborhood, and close to the best park with a huge playground and great walking path. Host was quick to respond to all communication.

Don was an amazing host who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. He checked in regularly to see if there was anything we needed, which made us feel truly welcome. The place itself was cozy, clean, and had a warm, homey vibe—perfect for relaxing. I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone visiting High Point.

Mike’s house came in clutch in a last-minute emergency situation when we were in town to visit family. Thanks for the flexibility with check-in and we will keep you in mind for any future visits as we have family in the area.

I booked the Greensboro Charm to make my step daughters prom a special event. And Danielle more than delivered. She had amazing communication and made sure we had everything we needed for the storm that was headed our way. The place was well put together. I felt lile I eas living in a pinterest photo but i also felt itbwas welcoming enough to have also brought my younger children. My favorite part of the home was the reclining sofas. They wers so comfortable. I recommend The Greensboro Charm definitely 10/10!

We had a wonderful stay at Kristin's townhouse. It was very clean with what I'd call modern transitional decor. The beds were comfy. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. The townhouse backs up to a forest type area. It was lush and green. Very tranquil. My son is considering coming to A&T in a couple of years. If he does, this will always be our first pick when we visit.

Neighborhood was safe. Home was cozy. Will definitely stay there again.

Staying here for the holidays was amazing. He was very communicative and kind and made sure our stay was perfect. Even when I accidentally left things behind he took the time to ship them to me. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

My roommate and I enjoyed our stay in Greensboro and Kyle’s home was great. It was about a 15/20 minute walk to downtown with plenty to do but we were happy to be far enough from downtown to enjoy the peace and quiet in the neighborhood which contrasted from the busy nightlife on Elm St. It was spotless when we arrived, roof access was wonderful and there was a small little park/sitting area right outside the building. There were a couple of maintenance issues but they were fixed quickly. The only sore spot was that the kitchen didn’t have everything we needed. So, if you are someone who loves to cook maybe be prepared to bring a smaller pot and some extra cooking utensils. Our host, Kyle (accommodating, friendly, handy, and great communicator) kindly got us a toaster and it was a helpful addition to the kitchen. Greensboro is a great city and staying here made my already great time in GB very enjoyable and comfortable.

I stayed here for the HighPoint Market and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The space was impeccably clean, which made for a very comfortable and pleasant stay. The host clearly pay great attention to detail, as the condo was not only spotless but also well-organized and inviting. One of the standout features of this condo was the beautiful artwork adorning the walls. Each piece added a touch of sophistication and warmth to the space, creating a cozy yet stylish atmosphere. It was a delightful surprise to have such a curated art collection to enjoy during my stay. The location was also quite convenient, with easy access to the Market and nearby amenities. The neighborhood felt safe and welcoming, and I appreciated the proximity to various dining and shopping options. This was our second stay here and just like the first time everything was wonderful. Clean home, the hosts are very friendly and responsive, great accommodations, close to restaurants and stores. We will definitely be back again! 5 out of 5 stars!!

The location was perfect and very easy drive for our commute to a work meeting being held at Bur-Mil Clubhouse. Diane was very responsive and helpful as I had questions prior to our stay and she was very helpful (was my first time to the area and at her Airbnb). Anytime we have future meetings in the area definitely will plan to stay here again when in town.

Andrea was the perfect host. She went above and beyond to accommodate my family and I, and to make us feel welcome. The home itself is absolutely beautiful and well maintained. We were quite tired after traveling into the wee hours of the morning so it was refreshing to have clear and easy instructions to gain access and finally get into an amazing bed. It is clear the Andrea and John have put a lot of care and attention into ensuring guest will have a fantastic experience. I highly recommend a stay here and I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

Great location centrally located in Greensboro NC. Victoria's townhome is clean, cozy and quiet. It is a very comfortable stay and I would recommend.
