More than what we were expecting! Everything was so clean, there were several sweet gifts around the apartment, and many recommendations listed for food, drinks and entertainment. It was the perfect weekend getaway!

Great location and super cute place. We never had a problem with parking and it was super convenient for our wedding weekend. Kitchen was well stocked as well bathroom essentials. Highly recommend a stay in this zen condo!

Stayed here on a Saturday with my boyfriend for a night out. Couldn’t have asked for a better location. It was in the middle of everything and we didn’t have to move our car to go anywhere. The only thing that wasn’t great (but was expected when staying in the middle of downtown) was the lack of parking (we paid to park which was only $10 for 10 hours and then $12 to extend another 10 hours) and the noise at night (again it’s downtown on a Saturday night so this was expected and didn’t affect us going to sleep). None of the things that were an issue was in Nicole’s control and didn’t take away from the amazing location, great condo and affordable price. I would recommended would stay here again.

Another great visit to HPU. Anne’s place was a great location and very comfortable and nicely appointed.

Very easy to stay here while visiting High Point University. Close to the campus and a coffee shop.

Nicole’s condo in downtown Greensboro is the perfect place for young people and couples. It is right in the downtown next to lots of businesses and restaurants. It is within walking distance of UNCG. Free parking is available on the left and right side of the building but is harder to get. Paid parking is right across the street. The condo is spacious, has everything you need, and could sleep 6 people with all the futons and large couches, at a very very good price for the location and space. Will definitely be coming back.

Danielle was extremely responsive and gracious in her hospitality. She makes available to her guests her entire, very cool and elegant loft, while the bedroom given to the guests is so very comfortable and accommodating. The bed alone is worth the visit--four poster, with black-out shades atmospheric fireplace. She operates truly on the trust system, and offers abundant drinks and snacks to her guests, and only suggests a donation in exchange for her extreme generosity. She was continually available by text for any questions or direction. For guests who have time to explore historic Downtown Greensboro, I highly recommend the location. A visit to the International Civil Rights Museum is a must!

It was beautiful and peaceful. I like to cook. No oven or stove.

The place was clean, the area quiet and the shopping center very convenient with a variety of shops. Karim was kind polite and accommodating, if I’m ever in the area again I hope his spot is available.

Sweet apartment, cute neighborhood! Loved the front porch! Easy drive to downtown, but also walkable if you’d like :-) super cozy inside- the perfect space for a sisters weekend!

Beautiful, roomy with great amenities. Two full baths is so convenient, even for 2 people! Also loved having a washer and dryer in unit. Comfortable, quality mattresses, too. The master bedroom does experience road noise, but unless you are used to silent sleeping conditions, you should be fine. The second bedroom is quieter. For nature lovers, there are walking trails around Lake Brandt just a couple of minutes down the street. We saw and heard great blue herons, egrets, deer, and numerous native birds. I don't think you could go wrong staying here. We had a car but I believe there is even bus service right at the property.

Had a lovely stay at the aptly named Tranquil Haven. The apartment is cozy and charming. A few quirks of an old house, but everything else feels newish and comfy. The neighborhood is cute and having Double Oaks/Borough Coffee around the corner was an unexpected highlight. Tina is great and was very accommodating for a few of my requests

I stayed here for a month and a half, bringing just my dog and my clothes. The condo had everything else I could possibly need to make it feel like home! If I needed something or had questions, Vicki was very quick to respond! I didn’t have a single issue while staying here and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a long term rental! I’m looking at you, travel nurses 👀

Don was an amazing host. He was very responsive, even at 11pm at night and offered to hop on over to help with an issue I had. His place was very clean, and location was just a short drive away from so many restaurants and things to do.

It was a very comfortable stay and felt right at home! My family and I had everything we needed and more. We attended a wedding and the Airbnb was perfect for us to stay and rest after wedding events. We would absolutely recommend and will be back to stay!

Very quiet and cozy. It was very close and convenient to the activities my friend and I had planned for the weekend. I forgot to pack my travel fan for sleeping but we found a fan in each closet which was a life saver! This place was a perfect find.

I stayed there four days with a colleague during a business trip. We really enjoyed the stay in this very clean and nicely equipped flat. The surronding is clean and quite and there is a Park quite close buy for smaller running.
