We visited Pooldaze from the UK with our 2 boys and absolutely loved the house. We arrived late and were happy to be welcomed with a lovely food hamper containing breakfast items. House is as described and exceptionally clean. Gorgeous pool and in a great location! Kim and Len were great hosts, great communication and helped us with the pool when needed. We will defiantly be returning to Perth and would love to stay again. Thank you!

Great place! Great Location! Summers Beach House is well equipped for everything you need to enjoy a relaxing stay by the beach. Room configuration, kitchen amenities and good selection of books plus the best view 😊 Worth a visit!

We were looking for a nice place to stay with our 3 Adult children in Perth that had 4 double beds and plenty of space and a touch of luxury, we were very happy with this place. We walked over to the beach most days and although Perth is a little cooler in April did use the pool a couple of times, would be nicer if it was heated to extend the season, but summer months it would be great. There are quite a few levels as per the pics and older guests might struggle with the amount of stairs but it was fine for us. The hosts are very responsive so if there was an issue I am sure they would sort it very quickly. Would certainly stay here again.

We have loved our stay and would definitely come back again. We have had great communication with Michelle all the way through the experience. The property was great with loads of room and everything we needed.

We had an incredible time at Michelle’s place. Michelle was truly amazing, providing excellent communication and being super responsive to all our needs. From the moment we walked in, it felt like home. The place was spotless and absolutely beautiful - spacious and beautifully designed, it was the perfect getaway we had in mind. The pool was an added bonus, always clean! The house was well equipped with everything we needed, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Plus, its location was ideal, conveniently located close by to various restaurants, mall’s and the beach. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic stay. Everything was exactly as advertised!

house is beautiful, plenty of eating places within walking distance. highly recommend Indian restaurant called Vatican. yo chi frozen yogurt was a daily visit for us. The only downside to this property was the size of the pool. property has 5 double bedrooms.There was only one lounger and if 10 people got in the pool you wouldn't move

What a wonderful home and host - thank you Sam. :) 8 of us from 2- 62years old came in April for 2 weeks to visit our family in Perth. The house is beautifully designed and well equipped. We felt very at home here too. Sam went out of his way to make this a really easy and special holiday by providing a cot with new bedding and a high chair and responding to questions and queries about the local area. The pool was beautifully warm & used it day and evenings. The neightbours opposite were friendly and helpful. We loved shopping locally, at OceanQuay and Lakeside and visited Burns Beach, Hillaries, and Yanchep beach. We also took Sam up on his recommendations too. We had a wonderful meal at Fyre; a day at Rottness & Freemantle; Yanchep national park and the Koala borad walk; the Zoo,; Caversham Wildlife Park;the motor museum, Elizabeth Quay , Gondola rides, cholcate factory in Swan Valley and frequently met up with our family. Coming back to this beautiful home made it perfect!

everything was easy and stress free. very close to the beach and the house is nice and comfortable. will rebook again

Me and a couple of friends had a great little stay here, was close to Hillarys and the beach, whilst still being set back in a quiet little street near a big park. The house was clean and provided everything we needed. The host also provided a welcome pack which was made arrival that little bit more special. Highly recommend this venue if you are looking for something in the area!

Staying at the property did not disappoint! An extremely homely, clean & spacious beach house within a very short walk to the beach, marina & amenities. Sandra’s helpfulness & responsiveness made for a seamless stay. We would highly recommend!

What a stunning home !! We have loved staying in this beautiful, modern home. Really well appointed, high quality fixtures and the most comfortable bedding. Love the decor as it made us feel calm, relaxed and happy. Such a great handy location to beaches, shopping centres, parks. It has it all.Thank you also to our amazing Host Laura for being such a wonderful contact . No question was too difficult to solve and so efficient! Will definitely return. 10/10 stay ! Sarah’s place is incredible - this is the 2nd time we’ve stayed! Beautiful location, beautiful views, amazing balcony to enjoy the sunsets, nearby to lovely cafes and shops whereas other areas of the beach would be farther away from these conveniences. Comfortable spaces, comfortable beds. Amazing!!!

What an absolutely fantastic property! The photos just don’t do it justice. It was so peaceful for our family and friends and we really enjoyed the open spaces and beautiful gum trees. We felt like we were in the bush, even though it was so close to the city. Wineries and restaurants were close by. Nikki gave us lots of recommendations when we had a chat on the phone prior to check in. The cottage was a lot larger than we expected. With two families we had a lot of room for each of us to have our own space if needed. The double bathroom is something else! You open the door to find a well thought out and stylish bathroom. The coffee pods in the kitchen were a great kickstart in the morning! A welcomed touch. The kids really enjoyed the lawn areas to kick the ball on and visiting the chickens. The Pergola seated both families and was a relaxing space to have a beer and a wine in the late afternoon. The sunsets were amazing! There is everything to love about this property! Thank you!🙏

We had the best couple of weeks at the beach house. The house itself was beautiful and had everything we needed. The host Karin was so nice, she was always on hand to answer any questions and sent us lots of things to do. Perfect 🤩

This is a really beautiful place to stay and perfect for a bigger group and groups with children. There are so many areas that are all enjoyable to spend time in, which is perfect if there are groups that want time away from each other as well as together. We especially loved the pool and sunlounges. The undercover deck area was great for outdoor dining in the evenings and the main indoor dining/kitchen area has a beautiful high ceiling so feels really spacious. The fire circle was well laid out away from the house, surrounded by mature eucalypts (at a safe distance) and balga so you really feel like you are out in the bush. We particularly appreciated the special kids' play room and bedroom with child-sized furniture and games which was excellent for our six year old. A great find!

Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A short walk to a the beach where we enjoyed beautiful sunset swims. The heated pool at the house and fireplace were a highlight.

We had a wonderful few days here. We were visiting family from England and meeting up with some old friends. This was the perfect location for us all and we were all very comfortable in the home and found lots of useful info for getting around and about. It could not have been better.

Giovanni’s place was relaxing, comfortable, clean, and well-stocked with things that helped us have a really enjoyable family holiday in Guilderton. We particularly appreciated the toys, kids books and surfboard.

Really loved our stay with the kids who had so much to do and play with in the house. Amy also kindly left an Easter hamper for the kids and a bottle of wine for us which was a lovely touch! Short drive in to town and estate is very safe

We came to Perth to visit family and Helen’s place made it a really nice stay. I really felt at home there, and looked forward to going back each day. The house has a front balcony that overlooks the ocean with chairs to enjoy the view. The rooms were cozy, and the place felt very clean. My fave spot was the backyard, with a beautiful garden and lounges. It felt really quiet and private. Perfect for a relaxing getaway, will definitely stay again!
