Great stay in Santa Rosa, especially for pets! Was able to walk downtown, enjoy the hot tub, and enjoy a cute bungalow for the weekend. Would stay again! Thanks Allen!

Chad's place was a magical delight! It was super cute, just like the photos, and had a magical decor. We stayed upstairs and we were warm enough. The hot tub was a delight. And the shower was awesome, a really nice touch! There were a lot of cute and thoughtful amenities. We'd stay again. And maybe in the summer bring our friends and use the whole place. The spot was close to where we needed to go. Chad was responsive and friendly.

My little family was in desperate need of a getaway and some quality family time. Jeannette's house was just what we needed. It was a cold and wet weekend in Rio Nido, but that was fine by us. The surrounding area is so beautiful and peaceful, and we had the most lovely dog walks exploring the area. The home itself was incredibly comfortable and cozy and had everything we needed. The heated blankets were a nice touch! We made excellent use of the hot tub, and spied some cool wildlife from our very comfortable position in the jacuzzi. My daughter was very excited for the hot cocoa K-cup pods and I certainly appreciated the coffee options. The neighborhood was very quiet (I'm guessing because we were there in Feb. and not the more popular summer season). Having the Roadhouse so close was convenient, but we mostly did our own cooking. Friendly heads up that the smoke detectors are very sensitive (a good thing!) so turn on fan and open windows before cooking on the stove! :)

Incredible, beautiful location. Stunning oceanfront views & experience. Home is cozy, bring your fire-building skills. Lisa was a true pleasure to interact with and very helpful at every turn. Very private and dog-friendly which we appreciated.

Frank was very easy to work with and was extremely responsive. Penngrove is such a quaint town. Franks place feels like a treehouse! So beautiful inside and out.

Ryan & James place is a real gem. We had such a special, peaceful stay and enjoyed all the amenities, views and nearby hiking and beaches. You can hear the sound of the ocean waves from the beautiful deck. It was everything we wanted for our little romantic getaway. Thank you for sharing with us!

Awesome clean and cozy space. Jacuzzi in the woods and the wood burning stove really made it very special.

This home is absolutely beautiful! The outside is gorgeous and relaxing. The outdoor patio and hot tub are amazing! The location is also fabulous. We went to the Bothe-Napa state park and the Castello di Amorosa both of which were only 15min away as is downtown Calistoga which is really cute. We really enjoyed our stay!! The only slightly problematic feature is the toilet, it doesn’t really work.

Absolutely stunning view and very private location. Plenty of room for our group and we especially appreciated the dog run off the master bedroom for convenience for our pup. The house has everything you need and the upstairs living areas are a bit more updated. Very comfortable to hang out and just enjoy the sunrises and sunsets. The deck was perfect. Host was very responsive and helpful before and during our stay.

This was such a special stay! The place is gorgeous, and felt very private. Especially loved the back patio chairs that were a great spot to sit and read. The fireplace too was a fantastic addition, and we took full advantage of it! David was a fantastic host, and his local recommendations were spot on for what we were looking for. When the propane for the grill was missing when we arrived, he had someone over in 15 minutes to drop it off. He made our anniversary so special, and we had a fantastic time!

This was a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. We stayed three nights and brought our doggo. The house was more spacious than the photos made it seem. Everything was clean except for some silverware- not a big deal. I particularly loved how quiet the place was, that there were lighting options and no fluorescent lights, and that they didn't use harsh smelling cleaning agents on the linens. ❤️ The yard from the deck was just the right size to help our travel weary doggo feel like she could stretch her legs. I enjoyed that I didn't have to drive to get things from town, and that despite the short walk up the hill, we were insulated from the loud city sounds at night. Our host communicated with us about everything at all of the right times, so I had zero stress about how to get there and get in. I already miss it!

We had a wonderful stay here at Donna's. It was so cozy, peaceful, comfortable and had beautiful and idyllic surroundings. My son and I had a super time and felt right at home to relax and visit with each other! We enjoyed meeting Donna's husband and having a few brief but nice conversations and we really appreciated his sense of humor! It was a fantastic vacation! Thank you both!!!

Lisa and Dana were fantastic hosts. Quite possible the cleanest AirBnb we have ever stayed as well, absolutely spotless. Very calm and quiet area, you can even walk to downtown Sebastopol. We will absolutely be back to this flat!

This is an amazing place to stay! First of all, 1/3 acre in Monte Rio, fully FENCED, and next to a CREEK, is rare. Our senior dog LOVED it! Lorri thought of everything. From the dog towel, to the instructions on how to start and operate the fire pit and grill. It was all so inviting. The house-book is a must-read. We were greeted with chocolate chip and walnut cookies which were wonderful to snack on after a nearly 4 hour drive. Sweet Creek is EXTREMELY pet friendly but you still have to be a responsible pet owner and pick up after your pets and the basic things like dry their feet off and drape any furniture with sheets if they lay down on them. The picture board of animals who've stayed there, and the wonderful binder full of thank you notes was just so touching. We felt like we were staying at a friends house, not airbnb. We can't say enough with the character count left. Sweet Creek is a must! We will RETURN!

Our second stay at this sweet little cottage. All the amenities we needed. Super cozy and quiet except for nature sounds. Just what we needed. Bonus points for the really nice shower with the tankless on-demand heating. Hot water all the time.

My daughter, who was home from college, and I had a nice getaway at Jill’s house. The house is homey, clean, and a short walk to the beach. We loved being able to bring our pup, since Dillon Beach is dog-friendly. The kitchen had everything we needed to stay in a cook.

This was a fantastic condo! Very spacious and had everything we needed for a few nights in wine country. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again! Jessie was very responsive and gave detailed instructions for checking in and out.

Linda’s place was great. It was clean and comfortable and the location was great. A quick walk into the adorable town of Glen Ellen. The backyard is gorgeous and the spa pool was a fun perk to enjoy.

I don’t really know what to say without sounding completely hyperbolic, but our group had the most excellent time on Fred’s ranch. A+, highly recommended, a very special experience for any group that can fit in the lodging. We will be coming back!

Had a wonderful stay at this adorable cottage. Extremely peaceful and as others have mentioned, much larger than the photos depict. Our dogs loved exploring the spacious yard and we felt so cozy and at home playing games around the fireplace. We stayed on a mostly rainy weekend, but there was still so much to do. Would love to enjoy this home in the warmer months. Thanks again to Russian River Getaways for another great stay.

I almost don't want to tell you how good this place is, so we can rent it again sometime. :-) But it's that good. We visited over spring break with our daughters, eight and 11, and had one of the most amazing stays we've ever had at an Airbnb. The home, the land, the pool, and the local area are all 100% amazing. And the sunsets. You know how you sometimes stay at Airbnb's where you feel like the hosts did the bare minimum to qualify to list it? This is *not* that place. There is everything you need and more. I travel to Airbnbs often, and this is by far the best one! Sebastopol is an amazing town. We loved the hot tub and pool, and the house itself is incredible. The beds were super comfy, and everything was spotless and well maintained. We had a great time exploring Santa Rosa, Healdsburg, Napa Valley, Sonoma, and Bodega Bay. We even made a trip to Tomales to visit the Scream filming location—I’m a huge horror fan, so that was a highlight! The views of the vineyard and sky, both during the day and at night, were absolutely stunning. This place truly has it all, and we’re already planning to come back. We’re even considering purchasing property in Santa Rosa! A special bonus was the two sweet dogs, Bonnie and Dixie (I think those were their names)—such adorable and friendly dogs! Highly recommend this place!

Not only was the house super cute with big pool and hot tub, but a well stocked kitchen with quality pots and pans, snacks, and wonderful gas range. We had a great time staying at happy house and Brook was super friendly and gracious. She rushed over when there was a question and was so helpful.

This house was great. We hosted 9 people from three generations. One couple with a 6-month old were in the master. Grandparents were in another first-floor bedroom. Another couple with two boys ages 3 and 5 were upstairs. We rented in mid-April and were worried the pool would be really cold. The hot tub warmed up really fast and the pool was tolerable in the afternoon heat. The house is right on the road and we never heard cars at night while the kids were sleeping. The property is huge. The 3 and 5 year-old boys loved playing in the backyard and everyone loved the pool/hot tub. The hardwood stairs to the upstairs would be challenging for a child under 2 yrs old. This was a great house to rent for a large group.
