This was just the most incredible place, in the most incredible location. The beach was essentially private, there were awesome places to go eat and drink within walking distance, and the house itself was so well stocked and clean. This was by far our favorite airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. You will not go wrong booking this place. Thanks for letting us stay John!

This place has a beautiful view it’s right on the beach. The bed was comfy, kitchen items of good quality. The furniture inside the house it’s getting old and some of it could use a refresher, but you can’t beat the location it’s right on the beach. We loved it.

This little gem is exactly as described. Not fancy, but very comfy, with stars and ocean, nightjars and coqui, lovely quiet beach just steps away. We are “senior” travelers and enjoyed it! Jay was quick to answer when we had questions. It is 55 steps to get up there, but the stairwell and landings are wide, clean, and well-lit. Worth the climb! Safe gated parking accommodations. Recommend Pausa Cafe and Guayabos Sunset Restaurant.

Beautiful, quiet, and safe location with amazing views! Loved having doors and windows open and relaxing to the sound of the ocean.

This is my 3rd time staying in the gorgeous Oceanfront Villa. The view of the ocean from every room is spectacular, just what my soul needs during these stressful times. When I first arrive I collapse from the long flight from Los Angeles, watch the sunset and allow the sounds of the waves to lull me to relax more than any other vacation spot I have found. This time I invited 2 of my closest friends and Katrina’s recommendations for dinners were outstanding ( we love Mona, Ode to the Elephant and Tamboo which catered to all of our different diets). We love Rincon and the Thursday night ArtWalk and restaurants and nightlife. What is special about Katrina and her villa, is that she takes such pride in updating it, keeping it running to the best of her ability and keeping one informed if something happens on the island ( power outage, etc) that is out of her control. I feel very lucky to have gotten to meet this Super Host, and enjoy this exceptional villa year after year.

We had a great weekend stay in Aguada to celebrate our 7-year anniversary. The Airbnb is in an ideal location, just about a minute walking distance from the beach and a short drive to Rincón and Aguadilla. There are plenty of food spots nearby, which made things super convenient. The space itself was perfect for two people, very private, clean, and comfortable. One of the highlights for us was that it’s dog friendly. We brought our Frenchie, Penelope, and she loved it too. The pool was a nice bonus, clean and well maintained. The host was great, very responsive and easy to communicate with, which made everything smooth from check-in to check-out. One small note. The sliding door to the pool patio was a little tricky. We couldn’t get it to lock. That said, the place felt very private and secure, so we weren’t too concerned. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing getaway on the west side of the island.

Villa Toña was a wonderful choice for my family & I. It is CLEAN, spacious & just as described in the listing. Chris & Pilar were very accommodating, from the welcome note & bottle of wine, to providing a pack & play (crib) & booster seat for our toddler. The house was very nicely stocked w/kitchen gear & even w/some spices & coffee. We had absolutely everything we needed in each of our bedrooms. The neighborhood is quiet, safe & nice to take walks to enjoy the surrounding beauty. We loved being a close drive to Playa Pico de Piedra, restaurants, & groceries. About a 15 min drive to Rincon & 40 min to Jobos Beach & the Isabela area. My family & I thank Chris & Pilar for really providing an exceptional stay. We would recommend highly this property & hope for an opportunity to return in the future.

We enjoyed our stay here. We chose the location because it's close to my son who we were visiting. It's located across from the ocean and beach which depending on conditions, some days you can swim or catch a sunset there. A bakery (sell baked goods, coffee, sandwhiches, snacks etc.) and a couple of chincurros (bars) are within easy walking distance. If you're able to walk farther/longer, there's more to access. We interacted with Logan, who was very responsive and helpful. When the AC went down in one of the bedrooms, he offered us to use one of the other vacant units on the property and the contractors were scheduled immediately to fix the issue. The property has a couple of grills, multiple outside places to relax or eat. And you'll even find some snorkeling supplies, towels and a beach umbrella and chairs to use. We would definitely come back!

Howard’s home is a very modest beach house with amazing amenities. We mostly stayed in the backyard during our stay and enjoy everything from the basketball court to the pool and the hammock. The backyard is very clean as well as inside the home. The additional outdoor bathrooms helped a lot. We were mostly at the beach so having multiple outdoor showers were a huge plus. Howard and Edwin were extremely quick with responses and able to answer any questions we had, whilst giving us detailed instructions on everything in the home. My friends and I will definitely be looking to rebook this property again.

This was my third time staying here and third times a charm, actually so were the second and first times ! The rental is exactly as it shows, everything you need for a comfortable stay. There’s also a cooler, boogie board, and folding chairs to use during your stay. This spot was perfect for me, quiet, steps to the beach, pool, close to attractions like Crash Boat Beach, the town of Rincon where there’s multiple beaches one just as beautiful as the next. Fall asleep listening to the waves. I walked the beach daily collecting a wide variety of shells. There’s a local ice cream shop that’s absolutely delicious! On the weekends there’s local vendors that gather and sell a variety of items from food, to artwork, wood carvings, clothing, etc. Thursday afternoon/evening in Rincon square there a weekly art festival that’s a must experience. There is so much to experience in this area. Enjoy!

The shack by the beach was perfect for a getaway for my husband and myself. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves every night was unbeatable. Centrally located, only about 15-20 min from Rincon where we spent most of our time surfing and on the beaches. Close to a variety of restaurants. We did not cook, but there were capabilities with the kitchen set up. The space is small and simple, perfect for a couple that plans on spending most of our time out exploring! We will be back!

2nd time renter. We had family vacation with adult kids & grandkids. House & beach great for kids. There are some rocks but didn't affect us. Nice to have private pool. Most dinners were at the house & easy with grill. Olajas bar & restaurant walking distance. Great drinks food & people. Aguada is a hidden gem of PR. Easy drive to Rincon or Aguadilla for different beaches.

The place is perfect and it's only a few steps from the water and has a beautiful view to the each from the inside. PROS: Close to restaurants, beautiful view and lot of privacy. Hoy wáter I'm shower and Cold air condicioner. CONS: Bathroom shower Is very hard to get in(kind of narrow entrance. Bedroom next to the street and you hear every car tha passes by, if noise doesn't bother you the place is overall great.

My wife and I took my mother for her 66th birthday. She said it was the best birthday EVER! Howard and Edwin were very accommodating with our late arrival and additional guests for the last few days of our stay. The pictures do not do this PIECE of PARADISE justice. Watching the sunrise and set over the beach daily was more than we could have dreamed. Some of the best sleep in years drifting off to the waves crashing ashore. In a beautiful location with lots to do around. The stray cats welcomed us our first morning and became part of the family for the rest of our stay. The beach not the best for swimming, but for adventuring it was perfect. We saw beautiful fish, sea anemones, even a sea turtle right from our porch. I Would rate this vacation home 10/10. The only thing disappointing about our stay was having to pack up to go. Truly the best family vacation EVER. Already planning our next trip back. Thank you Edwin and Howard for sharing this incredible home with us!

Location was amazing - thirty second walk to the beach! The porch was great and we grilled and ate dinner while looking at the ocean! Totally utilized the hammocks too. Also, host had everything you need for the beach - chairs, towels, snorkel gear, kayaks.... even sunscreen! We had the time of our life and look forward to going back.
