Ana María es una super host y su airbnb esta perfecto si tu plan es ir a los viñedos y al pueblo de peña de bernal. Tiene todo lo indispensable y es un residencial precioso para pasear a tus mascotas.

Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We used the pool just about every day. If you're looking for a quiet area of town, this is not it. The church bells start early! Explosive fireworks (assuming it's a Holy Week tradition, and not always present) were loud and even startling at times, but didn't go past 10 PM. If you're looking for a walkable area and a home that feels both historic and cozy, this is the perfect choice. Good restaurants were within walking distance, like Mestiza and Cafe Rama. El Manantial was perfect for tacos and margaritas! Loved the park and the plaza for local culture and the diverse bird population. We enjoyed Isabel's tortilla soup, but mostly ate out. I loved my mornings in the library. Loved City Market and wish we'd gone earlier in the week to stock up on more items for the week. If you are lucky enough to stay here, enjoy! SMA is a beautiful place, and it's the ideal spot from which to enjoy the lively city.

Excelente opción, una increíble casa, todo limpio y la alberca súper cómoda, Mary y Emilio siempre estuvieron atentos y muy amables.

El lugar es justo como se describe, es muy grande y comodo para disfrutar unos días de descanso. Cuenta con unos jardines muy bonitos y un area de asador increible. La atención por parte de la Claudía y fam. es la mejor, siempre atentos a los detalles y siempre con la disposición de resolver cualquier detalle, sin duda regresaremos pronto a disfrutar de Casa Lomas Verdes.

Fue una estancia muy tranquila, al centro se llega en menos de 10 minutos, es una zona segura para caminar en cualquier horario. La casa es bonita.

¡Genial! El departamento es tal como se describe. Nuestra estancia fue muy cómoda. Desde que llegamos quedamos encantados con el departamento: muy amplio, muebles muy cómodos, la cocina con todo lo necesario, el baño limpio y los cuartos con excelente espacio. La zona es muy tranquila y pudimos descansar sin ningún problema. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue fantástica, nos ayudó con cualquier duda que teníamos e incluso nos dio recomendaciones con respecto a restaurantes o lugares para conocer. Recomiendo ampliamente el departamento y con mucho gusto volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí. ¡Muchas gracias!

El Departamento muy limpio y con todo lo necesario, no hace falta nada. Lugar seguro, esta como a 20 min caminando del centro. La coordinación con Ana y su pronta respuesta increíbles. Muy recomendable.

Perfect Stay! The home was exactly as advertised, if not better! The attention to detail and the extra amenities that weren’t photographed were a wonderful surprise. It truly made the stay feel extra special. I wouldn’t change a thing. One note for future guests: it can be a little tricky to find via Google / Apple Maps at night, so I’d recommend trying to arrive before sundown to make the process smoother. Overall, a fantastic experience! Would definitely stay again. Thank You, Christina!

Muy placentera estancia pase en este lugar

Hugo is super friendly and helpful. Prior our trip, he has been sending messages to us to for local recommendations, activities, and offer us help. His place is a lot prettier, more spacious and more amazing as the pictures show. It has two big terrace areas. We took many pictures inside the Airbnb, because it is so gorgeous! We arrived really late on the day, but his assistant Jose stayed late to help us check in. Jose was patient and guided us through the house, helps us move our luggage. Hugo was a big helper for helping us arranged ride from Mexico City to San Miguel. Thank you so much, we truly enjoyed our stay!

I have stayed at David place twice. And had a great experience both times. I would love to live there. That's how much I liked it. You can have amazing quality sleep with the comfy bed and flannel sheets, feels just like home. Lots of natural light, the kitchen is fully stocked and the rooftop an amazing place to hang out.

If only every airbnb could be like this… The place itself is fantastic, especially the kitchen, completely stocked and high quality stuff. Awesome location close enough to all the action, but on a nice quiet side street. And Stacy was super responsive and helpful with everything. It’s a no brainer to book this place if you’re going to visit San Miguel.

El lugar es demasiado bello y agradable, todo muy tranquilo y disfrutamos nuestra estancia ahí, es la segunda vez que nos hospedamos con el señor Romulus por la gran atención que tiene.

Our family had a great time at Jorge’s place! Juan and his wife Rita were welcoming and always responsive to our questions. The house is beautiful and the location is great! Private and close to the center of town. The yard is beautiful and peaceful.

This was a fabulous location to stay in in SMA. My family of 13 was so comfortable; plenty of room. The place was absolutely gorgeous. Rosario and her sister Lolita took care of every need. Rosario‘s cooking was amazing we only got to have dinner one night because we had so many plans but the morning breakfasts were fabulous And always a supply of chips and salsa during the day for anyone to snack on. I 100% would recommend this place to anyone visiting San Miguel de Allende . five days was not enough! Many of my guests did walk to and from town but others chose to Uber/taxi and that was very easy. We did some wonderful hiking tours , music tours , ATV excursions and lots of fun shopping and fantastic restaurants. We were visiting for a family wedding but I would certainly go back. Thank you Nancy for offering this fabulous location and thank you to Rosario for making us feel so welcome.

We didn’t know much about Villas Xichu when we booked it — it just seemed to be a convenient and reasonably priced higher-end accommodation. But Gloria was extremely friendly and communicative from the word “go”, checking in with us frequently as our stay approached. When we finally arrived (while Gloria herself was abroad), the staff welcomed us right away, and we were very pleasantly surprised to learn we had been upgraded to the nuptial suite. This was a significant upgrade to a beautiful apartment with a stunning view of SMA, amazing decor and many thoughtful amenities. Gloria continued to check in how we were finding things, made us feel right at home and part of the Villas Xichu family! I heartily recommend and can’t wait to return!

Todo excelente, muy amable Carla, Ricardo y Silvano muy amables y nos sacaron de cualquier duda. La casa excelente, limpia, cómoda, todo ordenado, relativamente cerca del centro. Con toda confianza volvería a rentarla en próximas ocasiones.

Súper casa bien localizada, encuentras todo alrededor, encuentras todo dentro de la casa. Excelente para momentos familiares, jardín delicioso ora disfrutar leyendo tomando café encuentras la mañana. Felicidades!

This Holt villa is gorgeous, spacious, clean and quiet. It's even more impressive than the photos. I love staying here and would definitely return. The villa is a 15 minute walk to the city center. After long meals I enjoyed the steep uphill return hike. For those less inclined to walk, ubers and local taxis are very affordable.

Una casa muy tranquila, grandes espacios con jardines y alberca. Vale la pena para relajarse con la familia un fin de semana. Tiene todo lo necesario en cocina y baños.
