Had a great stay at Flop Houze, already looking forward to my return. Took a dip in the pool, an afternoon nap in the hammock and listened to tunes on vinyl while relaxing by the campfire. Loved the decor and attention to detail. Matt was super easy to work with, as I had to change my reservation and quick to respond. We even made friends with the barn kitty 😻. Truly delightful stay!

From the beautiful surroundings to the stunning sunset it was all around a great experience. Nigel was especially a great host and was very helpful/gracious accommodating us. We will definitely return and recommend it to others looking for a fun get away.

loved this tiny home. came here for a small honeymoon getaway, and it was just that. very peaceful and the space inside was clean. you're very close to downtown Fredericksburg but the location makes it feel like a getaway. the game room was a very nice addition to this listing, really enjoyed that. we would have liked the hot tub to be maintained just a bit better but it was still usable. all in all very much worth it.!

This is a great place to get away. The house had perfect amenities. The linens were extremely comfortable and everything was clean. The dipping pool was fabulous and perfect size. The location is ideal for all the things around town. Steve and Cindi was very sweet and easy to talk too. The only thing I could say is that the ac unit did not blow very well. Besides that, everything was great.

Tons of space to lounge downstairs. The second floor and rooftop patio were awesome to enjoy. Beds were comfortable, would definitely stay here again!

We were hesitant to rent a container. We were so pleasantly surprised. Clean quiet and very close to the party we’re attending in the area. Our only disappointment was we could only book one night due to the Sunday already having been booked. We will definitely return.

We had such a peaceful and relaxing stay at the Rio-Vista Modern Riverfront! The outdoor living space was beautiful and felt like a perfect getaway, yet it was still super convenient and private. On our way in, we even saw a few deer, which added to the charm of the area. The house itself was incredibly comfortable, and when it rained, the atmosphere became even more aesthetic and cozy—it honestly made the whole experience feel like something out of a movie. Would absolutely stay here again!

Such a cool place. The unit was so cozy and comfortable and nicely decorated. A change of weather in middle of stay required the use of air conditioning and heating. Both worked beautifully. The private deck was perfect place to unwind and get fresh air and enjoy a coffee and some beers.

Cute and cozy place. Easy location to find. Responsive host. Fairly clean (like to a pretty high standard) and very tidy. Had heating. Overall really great. I did think it was slightly over priced, however. It is quite small and although it’s cute and nicely decorated, I just think a bit too expensive. The outdoor area could use a bit of spruce up. But I still think it was a good choice overall. Id easily stay again but would hope for a wee bit cheaper next time.

I had such a wonderful stay! The place was absolutely adorable, perfect for a peaceful nature getaway, yet still conveniently close to the city. The backyard was spacious and beautifully set up! The cowboy pool was a nice touch. The home had everything we needed and felt cozy and welcoming. Highly recommend for anyone looking to relax and enjoy some quiet time in nature without being too far from everything!

Helt perfekt til en weekendtur. Småt men godt, stedet var som beskrevet og indeholdt alt, hvad man kan finde på store hoteller. Vi var meget overraskede og tilfredse. Den lille patio ovenpå var helt perfekt; her nød vi de stille omgivelser og en kop kaffe hver morgen - helt klart et af turens højdepunkter.

Great place as a way station to Canyon Lake and its amenities. In addition, more than suitable to relax and unwind and get a great night sleep.

The houses were all cute and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. There were lots of fun things for the kids to do inside and outside. This is a nice place to get away from the city and slow down a little bit.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at this charming guesthouse. It was spotless, cozy, and offered a stunning view of the surrounding hills. We especially loved the private deck—it would be the perfect place to enjoy a quiet morning coffee or unwind with a sunset in the evening. We enjoyed the most delightful spring weekend here - feeling like we were nestled in the woods all by ourselves. Everything is so thoughtfully laid out. Enjoyed the enormous outdoor patio, all the wildflowers around the property and watching movies on the big screen at night.

We had the absolute best time staying here during the F1 weekend! The place was beautiful, spotless, and even better than we imagined. The host was amazing—so friendly, informative, and super responsive to all our questions. It was the perfect cozy retreat after the excitement of the races, and everything was incredibly clean and well-maintained. We would love to stay again for future trips! We enjoyed our stay at the Pink Door. It is located in a quiet neighborhood a few blocks west of downtown Johnson City and is far enough from Highway 290 so that there is not excessive road noise. The house was clean and well furnished. The kitchen had updated appliances and plenty of dishes and utensils. The beds were comfortable. There were lots of extra blankets and towels. The bathroom is small but adequate; however, we could not get the shower to maintain a consistent water temperature so it would go suddenly from hot to cold. Also, since this may not be obvious from the description, the third (or back) bedroom has to be accessed through the second bedroom which may be an issue for some. We only got to peak in the renovated container, but it was really cute and looked like a great place for hanging out and playing games.

Great spot to set up base camp to explore S Congress and Austin, surprisingly quiet being so close to S congress. Everything was exactly as described; had all the amenities we needed for the stay.

The Bin by far exceeded our expectations! It was the perfect choice for our anniversary get away. The bin had everything we needed to make our experience even more memorable, everything from the hot tub to the fully equipped home. At the bin we found peace, tranquility and relaxation! Our host Jenny was super responsive and always available if we needed anything or had any questions. We look forward to our next booking.

This house was a perfect stay for our couples trip with our best friends! We had enough room, the rooms were large and had two floor length mirrors in each room and plenty of room for our suitcases. The living room, and kitchen were spacious and the backyard was a peaceful addition to the stay! We also walked to downtown, only tip is that there’s about .2 of a mile with no sidewalks so just now that. But I Would stay here again!

We attended a wedding at La Bonne Vie Ranch and I booked this cabin because it said it was close- it is very close! I couldn't have been happier. The room was spotless, quite, and so very comfortable. I appreciated the privacy and the quiet so very much. Thank you for sharing your beautiful place with us!

Super clean house, easy to get to and only 15 minutes from downtown! The hosts were super responsive and flexible during our stay, will definitely stay here again when in San antonio
