This was a very nice stay! So close to everything but it feels like you are way outside of the city. Very clean. Exactly as described. Beautiful view of sunrises!

My fiancé and I came to visit the area because we were attending a dance competition for his daughters. The area is very beautiful. Mr. Gary was very kind and responsive. The weekend we attended had severe weather that came out of nowhere. We were sight seeing and he alerted us on what was going to happen and how to prepare for safety. Thank you Mr. Gary for the incredible service and hospitality.

With an expansive view of Tim’s Ford Lake from a bluff on a private and peaceful peninsula, we had a lovely stay in this well appointed and affordable place. The lake is accessible from stairs down to a peaceful dock from which kayaks can be launched. It also gives easy access to tailwater below the dam where we caught a goodly number of rainbow and brown trout. Being able to watch movies in the evening after grilling out on the enormous projection unit with surround sound was quite a bonus. The view from the master overlooking the lake, and the wind down opportunity in the hot tub with the same gorgeous view were really fantastic features as well. We had a lovely time.

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful one bedroom apartment for two nights. The apartment was incredibly spacious and provided ample storage, which made our stay very comfortable. The cleanliness of the space was outstanding—quite possibly the cleanest place we’ve ever stayed. We were also fortunate enough to enjoy the breathtaking view of the river, which made our time there truly special. While we had a fantastic experience overall, there were a couple of things we wanted to note for future guests. The apartment is located near a rather busy highway and we could hear traffic noise throughout the day and night. Additionally, because the property has adjoining apartments, we were a bit conscious of the sounds we made and the ones coming from neighboring units.

It was beautiful condo and an even better view of the river. Very peaceful! We enjoyed our stay! The host was very responsive. We had a couple little issues the night of check in but they were addressed and fixed right away. Would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay again in the future.

LOVED this place! I came with a group of friends and we loved every second. Perfect for a group, but also can’t wait to come back with my family! Peaceful and beautiful. Daniel and his team were great hosts and very communicative!

This was our second time visiting the property and we had a great time. The host was very responsive we added a couple of days to our visit and it went very smoothly. The views from the property are great and walking distance to the Winchester town square. Very dog friendly with a great deck over looking the Tim’s Ford water. We will definitely stay again and experience the property in the summer season. Highly recommend.

Enjoyed our stay. Location was ideal for exploring Chattanooga. The house was very comfortable for our large family. The river setting was awesome and we took advantage of being able to hang out outdoors on the deck and around the fire pit. We earned points with our adult children by staying here.

The decor was awesome! We had a great time relaxing and getting to meet our first grandchild! Sabrina was very responsive! The house felt like a home, the view was amazing of the mountain and river! Would not mind going again in the warmer weather! Overall our stay was a 10 out of 10! Just be careful driving to the home as there is an abundance of wildlife and a massive dog that likes to run out after cars! lol

Beautiful and peaceful spot with an amazing dock right out on the river. The beds were so comfortable , we got to enjoy the deck and the serene views, and everything was very convenient. We are definitely going back.

Thanks for a great stay! We enjoyed the home and lake. Weather didn't cooperate but understandably since it's early spring. Loved sitting on the porch and watching the water. Great location on the lake

Our family decided to hit up Chattanooga for spring break. We have four kids, my wife, and me. We like getting airbnbs that offer both relaxation, as well as fun so our kids aren’t constantly asking for screens. This place fit the bill. Over a few days we visited racoon caverns, rock city, the pinball museum, the aquarium, and more. And it was SO convenient to come “home” to a place where our kids could fish, kayak, and more. The kayaks were awesome, and we spent HOURS fishing. The views from the home are incredible, and fishing right from the rocky bank was beautiful as well as fun. The house itself was great, with large pictures windows letting us take in the views all day, and seeing the mountains sing in the evening. Hot chocolate on the front porch was a hit each evening to wind down. Seriously beautiful venue. I’d recommend this place for sure for anyone wanting private access to the river, taking in nature, while still staying pretty close to the city.

Such a beautiful place. Great place to stay and views were expansive and beautiful. We spent Thanksgiving with family lots of space and family fun with games. We will stay again hopefully this summer with boat and jet ski.

Location was amazing. Close to downtown Chattanooga and just far enough away where you can relax. Gary communication was fantastic

I rarely write reviews because most places are the same with some inconveniences so I just keep it to myself. Dana did a fantastic job as a host though because she provided all the necessities and more. We had a good amount of towels to use. We didn't have to run out to the groceries store to get more trash bags or toilet papers like other places. I was confused when she didn't have a list of things I had to do to check out so that was a nice surprise. My kids loved looking at the birds and river while they were there so her location was a good spot. Overall, we'd recommend it.

This spot felt sooo quiet and private for how close it was to everything! The area it’s in is perfect if you want to walk everywhere without staying in downtown. Also the Murphy bed was so comfy :) Would definitely stay here again!

We loved Ashley’s condo for our long weekend. It was beautiful, clean, and great location next to the river walk trail. About 15 min walk to get downtown/anywhere. Floors are quite creaky (it’s a historic home), worked best for us all to go to bed at same time so no one was up walking around while others were trying to sleep. Would definitely bring a noise machine if we brought the kids! Loved all the windows. Wish we could have opened them but I understand the bugs could upset other guests if they got in.
