Even if the weather was bone chilling, the place was warm and nice. The complete absence of internet and TV, though an irritant in the beginning, was a blessing as we played a lot of board games and had quality time. The place could do with some upgrade. Mirror in the washroom, better quality coffee mugs, more and better towels. But the location, cabin like feel of the plade and the friendliness of Frank made up for it all Great things to do around, decent restaurants within 15 minutes of the place and scenic beauty ofvthe area were added values. A good place to spend some R&R.

Such a great place to stay after skiing at Blue Mountain! Definitely recommend.

We had an incredible girls weekend - it was so relaxing and everything we could have ever wanted. They’ve made such an incredible getaway we’re so grateful to have been able to find - the personal touches, thoughtfulness, amazing amenities and details that have went into every aspect of the property have us already dreaming of coming back for another getaway to relax and recharge! From start to finish this stay far exceeded our expectations and we could not have asked for better hosts or a better stay!

This is a great place to stay, right near the village and easy access to the Silver Bullet chair lift. The place was clean and the hosts were proactive about checking in to make sure everything was going well. The kitchens pots/pans/plates were dirty still when we got in but didn’t impact our stay much. Overall, had a great experience here and would love to go back.

We came in from Alberta for a wedding in the area, and stayed at Tara’s place. It was much larger than we had imagined, and the property was just gorgeous! We would absolutely book with Tara again if we were back in the area.

Andreina was a great host. I booked her place for a guest of ours and she was quick to answer any questions and was really accommodating to our guest who had pets. Her place was in a great location, private but not too far from town. The house was just as the pictures said and kept really clean, she made our guest feel right at home! I would recommend her place and I look forward to working with her again in the future!!

For my birthday last weekend, I was looking for a cottage to getaway for work and to celebrate, and I immediately fell in love with this cozy little house when I saw it. It has everything I could ask for to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, just like home. I spent my birthday here, and I couldn't have asked for a better place. The Scandinavian interior style is my absolute favorite, and every detail of the decor and soft furnishings was perfectly chosen. It’s clear that the owner, Lina, put a lot of thought and care into making this space feel like a true home for visitors. Each room was spotless, and everything I needed for a comfortable stay was provided. Lina is incredibly understanding and accommodating. We all had an amazing time and are so grateful for this experience. Five stars aren’t enough to express how much we enjoyed our stay and how this beautiful house made our birthday weekend so memorable. Highly recommend!

Was in town for a baseball tournament just down the street. Great location to fields, minutes to town - all grocery and restaurants around the corner. Short walk to the beach is fantastic. The house itself was perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids. Everything was comfortable. Had everything we needed. Always nice to have laundry for a tournament. No air conditioning was not a problem as the house is well shaded…and the nights were cool. Highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again!
