we loved the house! plenty of room for our large group. beautiful kitchen. wish pool would have had a heater for the kids, but they still did a cold plunge and enjoyed it. we rode scooters around people tenical garden every single day, which has a trail that leads right to the house! we will stay again next time if available!

Nice house in a nice, quiet neighborhood that we had zero issues with. Peter was very responsive and very accommodating to our needs, with us having a toddler he was making sure everything was safe for us and was just a great host overall. If we are back in the area, we will definitely be trying to stay here again!

My kids and I had a wonderful spring break at Patrick and Jordan's house visiting all of our friends and favorite places around Monroe. Their house is in a super convenient and safe location and set farther back from the street so it feels more private and quiet than most of the houses around them. The house is truly bigger than it looks with plenty of space. My kids even said it felt like home before the week was over and we all slept so well in the super comfy beds!

I have trouble feeling at home when away from home…but not here. The home was clean, spacious and perfect for our needs. It was overall just comfortable which says a lot. Ilya checked in on us to ensure we had all that we needed, which wasn’t necessary since we had more than we needed. This home provided important details that many other Air BnBs haven’t in the past, such as extra paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags. We would most certainly stay in Ilya’s Air Bnb again. Thanks for having us!

FABULOUS stay at Lisa Marie's home. We have stayed at multiple AirBnBs and this home is hands-down one of the best. Lisa Marie's home is spacious and elegantly decorated--feeling elevated and luxurious while still comfortable and homey. We enjoyed the tranquil backyard--it feels extremely private and is truly an oasis with all of the separate outdoor spaces to enjoy. We loved the hot tub! The kitchen and bathrooms are immaculate and clean, and the master bedroom is truly a treat. The home is also quiet and spacious and was perfect for our group for each person to have their own space and privacy. The biggest treat was the extra playroom nook for our young children, they loved it and all of the toys thoughtfully placed for them to play! Lisa Marie stocked each room and bathroom with plenty of soaps, conditioners, shampoos, and the kitchen was well-stocked with every item you could need for cooking/coffee making. If we come back to Atlanta, we'd absolutely love to stay here again!

This airbnb was a great spot for our large group, and included a lot of entertainment such as pool, darts. games, outdoor seating. The host gave clear instructions and the house was clean and tidy when we arrived. I would come here again. Definitely recommend this location.

Great stay, place was as described, could use some upgrades, but it looks like that is in the works, along with the area being gentrified, so property will appraise etc. Very spacious and organized, and clean with adequate amenities and supply's. Host was the most amazing, attentive, responsive, professional, kind, informative are just some of the attributes. Best AirBnB my family has ever stayed at! We will be repeat renters 🩷 the host went above and drying to make sure our stay was welcoming and comfortable. We felt so at home! A welcoming home. Each room had a Roku TV. The AC was nice and cold, so we were very comfortable during the hot, Georgia summer. Also, it is really accessible to lots of thigs in the area- Walmart, Target, Publix, Starbucks, McDonald's, Sonic, and Fun Spot. It was easy to get to get to the highway. It is only a 30-45 minutes to drive to Atlanta, which made exploring the city easy to do from this location. The owners where really fast about responding and answering questions. They also provided very clear directions about everything we needed to know about the home. We were at this house for a month. It definitely felt like home, and we would recommend it to others.

Lamarr is a great host. He communicated very well and gave clear instructions on how to check in. The house was easy to find. It is so cute inside and very clean. Plenty of restaurants and stores within a 2 mile drive. The area around the house was safe and calm. Driving to downtown Atlanta was about 30 minutes during rush hour but we didn’t mind. I feel it’s a great value for what you get. Overall a great experience and we would book again.
