We loved our stay at this gorgeous home! It’s even better than the photos— so spacious, extremely clean, great location, perfect for any type of stay. Rich was kind and responsive, letting us check in early and leave late if needed. The guide gave very clear and helpful instructions for literally everything about the home. We would absolutely book again next time we’re in New Orleans.

Christopher welcomed my ultimate Frisbee team and I in his wonderful home. it was clean, had space for all of us and was located just a short walk to Frenchman Street which was important to us. he's very responsive if anything arises. check in and check out were very simple also. We couldn't have asked for a better spot, thank you Christopher!

Clarisse's Art House far exceeded our expectations! Her place was a feast for the eye and balm for the soul. It is evident how thoughtful Clarisse is about making sure her guests have everything they need for an amazing experience. We were so grateful to have so many welcoming touches~ The jazz collection, the beautiful furnishings (and barware!) made you feel as if you were experiencing a bygone era. The private back patio was wonderful for morning coffee or a nightcap. We are already trying to plan a return trip to the Art House.

Rik was an awesome host, very easy and quick responses, easy check in, and the place was comfy and clean. This place is very close to all new Orleans has to offer, we took quick Uber rides. Street parking in front of house with no issues. we will definitely be back! Thank you!

Excellent bang for your buck, very spacious and can accommodate a large group. We were initially unsure of the location but the street view on Google maps is very old; the neighborhood was safe and we had good street parking - the property has cameras as well. Hosts were very accommodating and flexible. It's a little further from the street car, but in a pinch you COULD hike to the French Quarter if you REALLY need to. If you have a large party like we did you may need to ration towels for your stay. Otherwise we all fit comfortably and check in/check out was super simple and easy.

Let me tell y’all about our wonderful stay at miss Genevieve’s beautiful Airbnb! Before our trip even began, she reached out to ask us about any dietary restrictions for the snacks she left in the space for us. When we got in, she warmly greeted us at the gate. Throughout our stay that week, she was helpful, responsive, kind, and FUN! We woke up one morning to fresh almond croissants. She has great dining and drinking recommendations. This is truly the best stay we’ve ever had at an Airbnb, and we WILL be staying here the next time we come to NOLA. THANK YOU GENEVIEVE! ⚜️🫶🏾 you rock, girl.

Kelly was an outstanding host - the most generous!!! The place was very clean and loved the decorations. It was easy to Uber/Lyft to French Quarters.

This place is cute and quiet. Small but fine for a couple. Plus a very friendly little dog that was fun to have welcome us. And right next to beautiful Audubon Park for walking or golfing. Walkable to the street car.

Loved our stay. The Garden District was so quaint and was a peaceful getaway from the hustle and bustle downtown. Transportation was easy - we used both Ubers and the bus. Lots of AMAZING restaurants within walking district. We felt safe and the home was absolutely lovely. 10/10 would stay again.

Our stay at The Hotel Perle was amazing! We were impressed with the layout, thoughtfulness and atmosphere throughout our stay. The suite was well thought out and accommodated our group nicely. The staff is friendly, responsive, and helpful. All furnishings, bed linen, towels, and supplies were great! Comfy beds, soft towels, and beautiful bathrooms. I honestly can’t say enough. We would definitely recommend and come back!

This rental is absolutely beautiful and has everything you would ever need in an apartment. The location is also great if you want to be within walking distance to bourbon street, and the surrounding area felt safe as well. The host was also very flexible with our check-in and check-out requests. Notable things: - the water pressure is great and the building is well insulated - the wifi is stable, fast, and apple airplay works well on the tv - the space felt great for hosting 6 people - the guidebook/pdf was very helpful in getting to know the area - this is not a hotel hotel, there is no room service or front desk staff - the messaging response time could have been better during my stay Overall, I had a great time, I got to shower in the nicest bathroom I've seen in a while, and would come back again.

We had an amazing experience at Mia's place!! We picked up our friend from CA at the airport and wanted to stop and provision before we got to the apartment and Mia was not only accommodating to our loose schedule but recommended a store that would be on our way and nearby! The apartment is really awesome - good kitchen and coffee making options, funky bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and fantastic shower, but the best part is the common space! There's a big dining table (great for games on a rainy day or lazy night), a very cool and cozy sitting area that has a stereo that should be turned to 90.7 for the full NOLA experience 😉 The tv area is also a great spot to enjoy morning coffee, watch tv, or sit and plan your day's adventures. Re: the tv area - if you find yourself wondering why your device isn't charging you should check that you aren't using a switched outlet... We had a wonderful time there and Mia is a great host, we are already looking forward to going back!!

My family and I were super excited to be in Nola for one night. Found Michelles place and we all were gagging. So we booked it. Upon arrival we saw Mr. Perez doing some yard work. Great stuff. Later that evening we were tired of walking downtown and stood in and ordered some Indian food. Tah Mahal I believe was the joint. Woke up bright and early and was out to go on our cruise. Absolutely a great place to stay. Would stay again in the future. You won't regret it. Trust.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the carriage house. It is private and quiet and beautiful. They have a dog named Olive that we loved right from the start. I would definitely stay again.

All around 10/10! It was my first time staying at a bed and breakfast and the charm and homely feeling of staying with a local family can’t be beat. The location was perfect, we could walk everywhere but it was residential and close to local gems.

we absolutely loved our stay at Lynn and Matt's place. It's walking distance to the French quarter, restaurants and a grocery store. They supply a really wonderful Continental breakfast. The place is quiet and peaceful. We will be back.

The ambiance of this residence places a guest within the vitality of New Orleans, yet the copious spaciousness of rooms afford privacy; plus the porch accessible through the living area added spectacular vantage of the neighborhood. Glen was a master cook for breakfast, varied and deliciouos. He offered excellent advice about navigating to jazz, gardens, Jackson Square, etc. In addition, he took the time to speak of the history of his residence and the workings of the presentation of Mardi Gras floats. No better place or person as a base for New Orleans visit

Can’t wait to visit Michelle’s again! The inn was so comfortable and the room met all of our need down to a great ceiling fan and handy shelves in the bathroom. Michelle and Bob went out of their way to MAKE us a tasty, hot vegan breakfast each morning and were so friendly yet so chill. 5 stars all around!

We throughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Pelican. From this historic house located in a quiet neighborhood, we could walk to the ferry going across the river to downtown and the French quarter. Karen provided helpful suggestions for sightseeing as well as wonderful breakfasts. We opted to take a class at the cooking school that Karen operates (an extra cost, but worth it) and enjoyed learning how to cook classic Cajun and Creole dishes. (Bonus: you get to eat the results!) We highly recommend a stay at Casa Pelican for a true New Orleans experience!

We loved Laura’s B & B. Not only did we love their home, she and Elliott were fantastic hosts. We had a yummy Continental breakfast every morning waiting on us. She had the most fantastic croissants ever. They were such enjoyable people and I hope we have the opportunity to join them again. I highly highly recommend them if you plan on visiting that area. If and when I get to go back, I will definitely be staying with them.
