Wonderful location in Fairfield Harbour! Just 1 block to the neighborhood pool, where hosts Terri & David arranged free passes for us to swim. This home suited our needs perfectly while in town to attend a sailing regatta. We really enjoyed our stay so close to the marina, and look forward to returning for the next regatta!

The home was comfortable and very clean. Beds were comfy . It was a very quiet neighborhood. Would stay again !

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Brooke's place. We were there for an ECU football game and it was an easy location to be. Quick uber ride to the game as well as near grocery stores gas food etc. Brooke's communication was stellar and we had everything we needed and more. The beds were comfy and kitchen was well stocked with anything you may need. We will definitely stay again when in Greenville. Can't recommend her place enough!

This is a great place to stay and relax. Tim was very responsive and proactive. We were checking in the day after a bad snow storm and he contacted us right away to let us know how the roads were and what to expect. Since it was snowy and cold, we did not get to use the amenities. But the house is located right next to the kayak launch area and it was a very short drive to the pool/club house. We come to this area often and will definitely be staying here again!

We loved our stay! It was a beautiful wedding week and we were super close to the venue and ceremony sight.

Our stay was so relaxing and in close proximity to downtown New Bern. The mornings were so quiet with birds singing. We would definitely stay here again.

Although we did not take full advantage of the amenities (we did not cook, rather it was a place to sleep) the house was perfect. The kitchen would be perfect for guests opting to cook. The living room was comfortable for gathering and bedrooms were comfortable and quiet. The location is quiet and feels safe.

My entire family group of 9 was very happy with the home and especially the view! Everyone had their own comfortable space and plenty of relaxation and gathering spaces. Danny and Jenny were very responsive to inquiries and issues. I highly recommend their home!

We were in town for our daughter’s graduation from ECU. It was so convenient to campus. The house was comfy and very clean. Highly recommend.

Very roomy home and loved the garage converted to a game room. The local park around the corner has clean walking trails, fountain ponds, tennis courts and a play ground. The home was well laid out with large rooms and accommodated our family needs. Very quiet neighborhood with grocery store and drug store nearby. Great stay!

David and Kim provided a very welcoming home and experience. It was perfect for our short visit to Rosewood. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. We had a short chat as David drove by and discussed our plans on going to the beach for the day and he stopped what he was doing to lend us beach equipment. Will def stay again. This place was great! We booked it for our whole family but unfortunately everyone had other plans and it was just my wife and I but we absolutely loved it. I do not believe I’ve stayed in a nicer Airbnb before. As soon as you walk in, it feels right at home with every bit of comfort. The most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept on while traveling and 10/10 beautifully clean. 100% recommend

The occasion was a Funeral, however the house was expertly furnished with open living rm, antique pieces, comfort pieces, sitting chairs, throw blankets. This provided a very warm comfort/cozy family orientated environment.

I always enjoy staying here, I would recommend this place to anyone that will be staying in the farmville area , great place and nice restaurants

The Byrds Nest was a perfect accommodation to fit our needs for a weekend in Rocky Mount! Byrd was so easy and flexible to coordinate with. Little touches in the Airbnb were so thoughtful. I can’t think of much of anything she could do to improve the experience or the house. It is clear Byrd cares about her guests and knows what they are looking for in a place to stay
