Terrific location, everything I wanted to do was within easy walking distance. The apartment is very clean and well-stocked, and the host was extremely responsive when I had a question. Definitely recommend!

This location works for us. The apartment in an old tobacco warehouse is cleverly designed. One bedroom has poor insulation and one can hear the other occupants. That is no problem if there are only two of you. The upstairs bedroom is perfectly soundproof. We enjoyed our stay immensely using the kitchen, the dishwasher and the laundry. Thank you to our wonderful hosts.

Had a great stay here. The place is definitely out there and a bit hard to find, but as described. Everything was clean and comfy.

Conveniently located in the town of Washington. Great location for walking to shops and restaurants.

The outside of the building looks a little rough, but inside it is nice as advertised. Uses window units for A/C which were adequate. Make sure you check the insider of the dishwasher for clean dishes. Easy access to the Piggly Wiggly grocery store down the street. Had a minor problem - getting the oven up past 300F. 2 block walk to the downtown restaurants. Overall very good value - a much better alternative to camping out at the Hampton Inn.

Overall I enjoyed my stay. The unit from the pictures and the unit I stayed were different, but it had the same vibes. Great location, and an overall great place

We had a brief stay at Taylor's place while we were in town for an event at ECU. It was super cute and cozy. We loved the fireplace! The bedrooms were comfy, and it was quiet, which I wasn't sure about being in a multi-unit development. Easy drive to campus and anything else you might need makes it a great choice for a visit to ECU.

This was our First time to New Bern. We wanted to experience the charm as well as history. It had to start with where we stayed and let me tell you, this listing did NOT disappoint. Literally walking distance from town as well as from all the major 'site see/to-do's' New Bern has to offer. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

The unit was very clean, not a lot of clutter. Bed was comfortable and sheets were clean and fresh. The unit is just a short drive to winterville.

This place is a hidden gem, and I highly recommend it. Troy seems to have his pulse on Rocky Mount, and is helping restore it's beauty with this downtown unit. I will definitely return!

The stay was wonderful, even despite lousy weather! The 3 places on the deck were perfect, only we didn’t get to really sit there as the weather was cloudy and rainy and cold. We did bring in one rocking chair so we could both look out the wonderful window view! The kitchen was well supplied with everything, and beds were very comfortable. We’d both love to come back for another stay in war,er weather! ❤️🙏😁🤗. Loved it!

Loved it a lot Alana was great when it came to communication and answering any questions we had we enjoyed it a lot it was a cute getaway and we definitely recommend it a lot !

Perfect cute place that is just right for 1-2 guest. There is a marina right there if you like looking at boats. Alana was right on top of things and there were no issues. I’d definitely stay again if the need arises.

We had a wonderful stay. The condo is beautifully updated, in wonderful condition, and was incredibly clean. We loved the view, the amenities, and the ease of check in/out. We will definitely stay again in the future!
