This is our rental property of choice for the Ironton/Arcadia area. The owners are very friendly and responsive, the home is quiet and bucolic, and it is still close to everything in town. There is plenty of room for a family with several children, and it has two full bathrooms and a fully equiped kitchen. The wifi speed is good and the entire house and patio have good signal strength, and the TV supports popular streaming services and Airplay. We have stayed at other places, both AirBnB and hotels, but this place quickly became our favorite.

We had 6 people in our party. We loved the one level living area. There was enough space for all of us to lounge and relax without feeling on top of one another. We loved it and enjoyed our time. Highly recommended.

Our family had a wonderful stay at the house. The kitchen was so well stocked, best I’ve seen at a rental house. The location is beautiful, views of the river from the house are amazing. We would definitely stay again!

Lucy was very communicative abouts the house and activities and attractions nearby. She was very responsive. The house worked very well for our family of 5 with the three baths and two full showers. Nice deck off the back of the house with a couch, table and umbrella and gas grill. We really enjoyed the nice fire pit and big yard and my kids loved the cows right across the street!

Very much as advertised, a great and unique experience. Nicely decorated with all amenities. We used our stay as a base for multiple hikes within a 30 minute radius. Host provided excellent local restaurant options. Excellent experience for my wife and I on our 39th anniversary, but this would also be a great stay for 2 or 3 couples.

The Cozy Cabin is amazing! The home is beautiful, and the setting is great. We were well pleased with our stay. We would very happily stay there again!

I’m glad we stayed at one of Linda’s cabins. She’s an excellent host! We originally rented side A, but I realized after booking that it didn’t have a kitchen, and we planned on cooking most of the 5 nights we were there. She so graciously switched us to side B! The farm is SO beautiful, and thankfully the rain cleared away long enough for my daughter and I to walk one of the trails — even though we had to work around some giant puddles. 😆 It’s seriously so gorgeous! This particular listing is a cabin with 2 sides rented out, and the walls are PAPER thin, so just be aware of that! Definitely no fault to the host, but we could hear a lot of movement next door. I’m sure they could hear us too, though we tried hard to keep our 4-year old contained while indoors. Haha! THANK YOU, Linda! We’d love to come back when the weather is warmer and dryer. Personally, we would choose a single cabin next time, just for a little more space and less stress about our daughter’s crazy activeness. 🤭
