Finding a decent hotel room at an affordable price in Athens is always difficult. This two bedroom unit was better than a typical hotel room and the building operates like a hotel with a manned front desk, key cards, a gym, and free coffee in the lobby. Good location downtown, clean, and easy check-in and checkout. Highly recommend.

I was with a group that was looking for a convenient, clean and safe location in downtown Athens, and this place was great. Centrally located, on site parking for multiple cars, attractive unit with great beds, clean bathrooms and plenty of supplies. We were worried that it would be noisy since it was downtown on a weekend, but the location of the unit on the 6th floor combined with the location in the building minimized the noise levels. Our only suggestion is that the bathrooms could use some refreshing due to wear and tear, but otherwise it was a great place to stay and we hope to stay there again. We also loved that Jittery Joe's coffee was offered around the clock in the lobby, and the personnel on the front desk could not have been nicer or more helpful, but in advance and during check in and check out.

Great location, it was very easy to explore downtown Athens. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and it was nice to have on-site parking. It very much has a hotel feel, though we rarely saw other guests. Overall it was pretty quiet, and well-maintained. The only minor complaint would be that the garbage truck stops at the fish place next door about 6AM some days. That will wake you up! Overall a good place, we would definitely consider staying staying here our next time in Athens.

Great location right in Broad downtown Athens, stones throw to the Arches. Perfect little pad for a Classic City trip. Modern studio. Everything you need. More cost effective than the nicer hotels in town. As a UGA alumn, I’v stayed in many places in Athens. I would most definitely stay again. Host was proactive with great instructions. Go Dawgs!

I was very happy with this condo. The pictures do not do it justice and the owner has done a really good job with keeping it updated. Everyone at GameDay is so friendly. Could not ask for a better location!

I booked at the last minute. Lori was quick to respond and send instructions. We only live about an hour outside of Athens but wanted to stay overnight for a 2 day event so we didn’t have to drive back for the 2nd day. It was so nice not to be stuck in a hotel room! The apartment is in a great location. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Thank you for sharing your apartment. We will definitely be back!

The place was very homey and comfortable. We loved staying there. Three improvements I would suggest. 1) It would have been very helpful to have a wall mounted mirror in both bedrooms near plug outlets so the women could dry and curl their hair and do their makeup and not tie up the bathroom while others needed to get ready. 2) You need to clean out the hair in the shower drain more frequently. We had to shower for a few minutes, turn the water off so it could drain then complete our shower all the while standing in water. GROSS!! My husband and brother took the drain cap off from the shower floor and cleaned out a ball of hair the size of an apple. That was so disgusting and not acceptable. 3) It would have been really nice to have some lawn chairs in the storage room so both units would have had enough chairs to sit on the porch together. Other than these few issues it was a great place to stay.

The perfect location for our visit to UGA! Right across the street from campus and in the heart of the Athens action, this apartment is very comfortable and well equipped. Great communication from the host made check-in a breeze.

This unit was very clean, with the photos and description matching what we encountered while using the it. It is in a fantastic location as it's on the edge of downtown, across from campus and walkable to local attractions (i.e., UGA sporting events, fraternity houses for parents' weekend, etc.). The reserved parking is a huge benefit as parking is difficult downtown and close to UGA campus. Overall, it was a great experience and we hope to return soon.

This condo is perfectly located for a UGA visit or game day weekend. Great location in a quiet complex. The apartment is very cute and comfortable, with a nice layout. The host was very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend.

We have only stayed in a couple of Airbnbs, and this one was the best. It is very roomy and clean. The kitchen is big and very user-friendly. We enjoyed our stay here and look forward to booking it again the next time we are in town.

We had great time staying at Debbie‘s place, great peaceful location, plenty of space for outdoor activities. Close drive to the lake was very spacious and clean, with exception of couple linens and pillowcases, which didn’t look like they were changed from the previous guest. I’m sure just an oversight. Also, Publix is in the in close proximity that you can stock up on the necessary items. I would highly recommend this location if you’re looking for a quiet getaway yet close to any water activities.

Our stay was great — such a cozy (and spotless) atmosphere. Our hosts were kind and communicative throughout our stay. We ended up extending last-minute and our hosts made it quick and seamless.

Amy and Chris were incredibly responsive to any questions and needs. They provided an amazing Christmas stay for our family. They were helpful before, during, and after our stay. We will definitely stay in their home again.

Perfect location for a wedding we attended at the Botanical Gardens. Everything at the condo was just as described in the listing. Would recommend.

Excellent stay. Everything was clean and as described. I was highly satisfied with the location to downtown. My son was staying near campus for an event so going to and from the kids hotel to the Classic Center was super convenient and fast. All appliances worked and the kitchen is stocked with all the essentials to cook and clean up. The beds are super comfy and, while I’m not really a stay in and veg kind of person, it was rainy and cold so was grateful for a TV with a gazillion available channels and streaming options. Will definitely stay again if in Athens.

We’ve stayed in several AirBnBs in Athens the past four years. This one is the best location and nicest of all of them! The location makes everything downtown walkable and even walked to Sanford. Her description, instructions, and customer service were excellent! It was perfect for two sets of parents during our UGA student’s parents weekend.
