We absolutely loved our stay at the apartment. It is walkable to everything in Old Town. The location was perfect and the host were lovely and very supportive. Will definitely stay here again if available when we come back to see our son!

This was a wonderful place for my husband and our two young children. We felt right at home! Jami was so gracious to be flexible about our schedule and I am truly so grateful for her! The Airbnb was so clean. The cleanest Airbnb I’ve been in. Their backyard faces the mountains and the views are beautiful! Not a detail is missed! Quality paper towels, toilet paper, teas, spices, everything to feel at home. The best part was Jami’s son, Jacob. What a polite, thoughtful and incredibly bright young man. My oldest son hit it off with him right away. Jacob showed us how to take night pictures of the sky and it was so cool. We got some really beautiful photos of the Colorado skies. We also enjoyed some homemade zucchini bread on my youngest son’s birthday to top it off. We looked at the calendar to book longer with them but this place was booked up. So if you’re interested in this place I say book well in advance! Excellent stay and even more excellent people. Cannot recommend enough!

Very cute and homey spot close to restaurants and coffee shops with very comfortable beds and a cozy backyard. For this unit, there’s no direct backyard access so you have to walk around the house through the back gate. Would stay here again.

Mitchell & Audrey's place is gem! It was cozy & well kept. It was close to restaurants, entertainment, & shopping in Loveland. It is located a few blocks from the State Highway 34, which is one of the routes up to Rocky Mountain National Park & Estes Park. Mitchell & Audrey made sure we knew they were available, if needed. We were celebrating my husband's birthday & this was the icing on the cake. Any concerns that we had, Mitchell & Audrey addressed them immediately. Their place was so quiet and peaceful. The bed was extremely comfortable & the bedside tables were very helpful. There were sufficient outlets & USB ports to charge your phone. However, I recommend bringing a 8-10 foot charging cord to reach the bedside table. The path from the driveway is well lit & marked to show you the way to the door of their Broadmoor Suite. We will definitely reserve this quaint place again! Mitchell & Audrey are superhosts!

Trish’s place was very convenient and located close to everything. It was easily accessible and Trish was very responsive with any questions. The beds were super comfortable and for being a basement apartment, it was bright and cheery. We loved the nature area that was close by; we saw a herd of deer one evening just out the front door! We will definitely rent from Trish again!

This place was great! Close to CSU & Old Town. The property is ample, clean, comfy, stocked with necessities. Beautiful full bathroom & kitchen (no microwave, but that's fine). Plenty of natural light! I didn't take the time to meet my host but, as I had questions, they were responsive. I would highly recommend and will stay here again if I get to come back to FOCO!

Another great stay at the Carriage House especially with the recent top to bottom remodel. Definitely our favorite place to stay when visiting FoCo. Highly recommend.

Peter was very welcoming. He gave a quick, friendly tour and reviewed important information and answered all of my questions. The place was clean and very comfortable. Overall, a great place to stay. Would definitely recommend!

I wasn't able to go

This quaint home is cozy with everything we needed for the weekend. The central location makes for easy access to dining and grocery options with easy day trips to some of Colorado’s favorable mountain adventures. We appreciate the hospitality in this great home away from home. Thank You!

Excellent location: close to west side of CSU, right next to several off-campus student buildings, and several restaurants and other services are just a few minutes walk away. Neighbors are easy to hear through the walls and some cars are loud driving by, but this would be the case in any apartment in this area. Will plan to stay here again!

Stacy was extremely responsive when we needed something for the unit and went above and beyond. Appreciate that we were able to bring our dog for a small fee. Overall great experience.

Really loved staying here! The kitchen was well stocked, the amenities were fantastic, and it felt private despite being close to just about everything
