Accommodation is unique and positioned in quiet Loke in the centre of Loddon town. 12 miles from Norwich, 14 from beaches. Part of a barn-conversion, the room has private entrance. Traditional English beamed ceiling, bright with window and double French doors overlooking lovely garden ( which you may use). Double bed, small wardrobe plus additional pegs for hanging. Table, chairs. Shower en-suite. Small breakfast bar/ work area. Kettle, fridge, continental breakfast supplies/utensils.

Private double room in light, bright clean bungalow, in a charming village on the river Yare . I offer a pleasant double room with twin beds. . Brundall has two Co ops, a few restaurants , coffee shop ,pubs, fish and chips, Chinese and Pizza take away. Norwich , the Broads and coast are quite close by, with frequent buses and trains. A 47 is minutes away. In your spacious double room ,you will find, a sofa, desk, TV and beverage making equipment, ideal for longer stays.

The Summer Room, private entrance and free parking

With its own entrance and separate living space I aim to provide guests with a space of their own to relax and enjoy their visit to Norwich. There is a bedroom, bathroom with walk in shower and private lounge. The city is a 10 minute walk away and off road parking means you can leave your car and explore the city at your leisure. A buffet breakfast is provided in the room which benefits from a fridge, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities.

The Garden Room near Norwich

Just 10mins drive from Norwich city centre. This ground floor bedroom has private access and together with the bathroom is separated by a partition to the rest of the house. Deck with easy armchairs to catch the evening sun or to stargaze. No street lights, there is very little light pollution. An EV charge point is available subject to additional cost. King of Spades - Double with Ensuite and Kitchen

This room features double bed with a contemporary bathroom with walk-in shower. Comfy sofa and TV with SKY TV and a fully fitted kitchen: oven, hob, fridge and a seating area for diners with lovely views from French doors. The sofa bed provides sleeping for 2 little ones Enjoy our traditional breakfast using local ingredients served with fresh fruits and cereals. Wifi is not available in this room, but can be picked up around the Farm.

A spacious double room in a large period house with extensive garden. Halesworth is only a 20-minute walk away (less than 5 by car). Southwold, Walberswick, Aldeburgh and Snape are all within a short drive. Latitude Festival buses stop outside the house. I can make you full English or continental breakfast at a competitive rate. Tea and coffee in room. Dogs very welcome but are owners' responsibility at all times.

Double room in a Grade II listed building with unique architectural features, in the middle of the town of Bungay. Access via it's own staircase to double bed room with separate private bath shower,and toilet,all on the same landing. The house is old so some floors are un even and there are quite a lot of steps..There is no TV in the room but there is WiFi. Tea and coffee facilities are provided.
