Great little spot with easy access to Norwich and the coast, Steve met us as soon as we arrived and gave us some recommendations and explained how to use how the hot tub. If we are ever planning a trip again we will definitely stay again!

Very responsive friendly host. Lovely cabin with everything you needed in the centre of Wells, but very quiet and secluded. Enclosed courtyard great to let the dog out 1st and last thing , with a table and chairs. Bed very comfortable as was the sofa. Lovely and airy inside

Gorgeous location! Comfy cabin, with everything I needed. Lovely friendly hosts and it was great to receive a freshly baked loaf of bread on arrival, plus jam, butter and milk. Museli and oats provided for breakfast too. Lots of lovely hot water in bathroom adjoining the cabin. I'm tall so the shower height was a little low for me (standing in the bath), but it was very easily worked around. Next time I'll bring binoculars and my camera, as the wildlife down the lane heading towards the river was wonderful. I also loved that the cabin is located near World Horse Welfare (although it was unfortunately closed due to an infection - but I could see the horses in the fields). Also great walking/cycling around the lanes. I was visiting the Norwich and Thetford areas and the cabin is conveniently located between the two. I'd love to stay again and definitely recommend the cabin.

Lovely, attentive host. The lodge is a short walk away from the local shop and pub which has a restaurant inside and music on the weekend. Plenty to do in the area. Perfect for a weekend away.

We had a lovely stay at The Gig House, cosy, peaceful location and a quick walk to the beach everyday with our two little dogs. Would definitely stay again, nice touch with a cream tea and Easter eggs on arrival. Liz was very welcoming and let us know about the nice pubs to visit during our stay. Hosts were lovely, showed us through their beautiful garden to the private but very spacious guest chalet. Such lovely touches to the room with lots of lovely additional snacks / drinks / games and access to Netflix etc on the tv. The room was super quiet with a very comfy bed and a lovely hot and spacious shower. The toilet took a little getting used to but was easy enough to get on with - not something we have ever come across before. The location is easy to find in a very quiet residential area but accessible by foot and car to areas of interest. We were able to walk to a lovely little pub nearby for a few drinks to end the evening! A lovely nights stay and would definitely recommend to others who plan on visiting near by areas!☺️

We had a lovely time! The kitchen is fully equipped plus some biscuits and chocolates, complementary from Neil! There’s also a games area with a pool table and darts, which we enjoyed. Neil was an excellent host. He went above and beyond to make our trip memorable. Truly the best host on Airbnb!

The cottage was thoughtfully put together with everything we could have needed. It was clean with an attention to detail. A very comfortable bed & sofa. It was really quiet & just what was needed to switch off and relax. Not far from happisburgh beach eccles etc. Convenient public footpath on the opposite side of the road. Would definitely stay again in the future, highly recommend.

The property was excellent. We were only there for one night. The only issue was the driving instructions are based upon approaching the property from Lowestoft. If approachiong from the South and if using Google maps you end up just down the road from the property. Jessica guided us in so all good.

Lovely comfortable well equipped clean property ideal for two people great location for exploring the area . Host Ross very friendly. We are returning again in August.

I will definitely stay again, Accommodation was faultless, the room was lovely and very clean with a big shower and cute kitchen. There was also a outdoor seating area looking at the fields and could walk down to the pond and see the ducks. Teresa was very helpful

We have just returned home from our 3rd stay. As always, it was spotlessly clean, well appointed and very comfortable. A perfect spot for peace and quiet. Ideal for sitting out, enjoying the pond, wildlife and birdsong. Jenny was as accommodating as ever, with good updates around arrival and check in. We will return again, as we love it so much. We thoroughly recommend this property for a relaxing, break.

We had a perfect stay. We wanted a secluded cabin like feel to disconnect and relax and write some music. This was the perfect setup and location. We felt at home, and it had some extra details including coffee pods, salt, pepper and olive oil which we really appreciated. Stunning place to wake up.

Lovely lodge in a great location just outside Holt but very easy to walk into the town to access shops and restaurants Also a great base to explore the North Norfolk coast, Julie was a a great host and we appreciated the friendly, proactive comms. We went with friends and was a good option with plenty of living space for two couples. Would stay here again!

Loved our stay at Hannah’s beautiful annex. So peaceful and relaxing. Immaculately clean and tidy. Loved the granola, yogurt, teas and coffee that were thoughtfully included. Booked to eat at The White Horse pub at the end of the road, which was delicious. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic location for exploring Norfolk! Was made to feel very welcome by Deborah and Mark and the cottage was a home away from home. The cottage was spotless and had everything you could need in it from the fluffy towels to a very comfy bed. The welcome treat of tea, milk and biscuits also went down a treat! Lovely stay with beautiful scenery. Thank you so much Sally and Neil for having us, we all had a wonderful stay and you made us feel very welcome, including our pups Henry and Mabel! We all feel very relaxed and the location was perfect to explore The Norfolk Broads and Thetford Forest which was stunning. Thank you so much, our stay was peaceful and energising.

Catherines' accommodation was perfect for what we needed with two adults and two young children. The property had everything you need for a toddler to be safe. It is spacious, private and quiet and is very clean with lots of amenities. The beds were very comfortable and we slept well. The shower always had enough hot water for everyone, which is always a plus. We had planned to attend various attractions across Norfolk and the location to do this was fantastic, especially with Roarr and Bug Parc being less than 10mins away. Although we never actually met Catherine she was extremely prompt to respond and deal with any messages/queries and her partner Richard greeted us on arrival. Would highly recommended Catherines place to anyone, especially those with young children. Thank you for our stay

We had a lovely stay in the annexe. It was comfortable, warm and cosy. Kirsty provided a helpful welcome pack of milk, bread, butter and cookies plus tea, coffee etc which was a lovely touch and saved us having to rush to a shop. Parking was easy and Kirsty gave good directions and local recommendations. We would highly recommended this place for a quiet stay in Suffolk. Its a great location for exploring Bury St Edmunds and the local area. We ate in the local Blue boar pub and enjoyed the tasty home-cooked food.
