This is a newly built guest suite with a separate entrance, full kitchen, W/D and tons of natural light. 1BD 1BTH with a pool table, one king size bed and one queen inflatable bed. We may add other amenities but the guest suite is the designated area for guests.

This suite is part of the new guesthouse portion of our home. Our charming home was originally built in 1936 (by a wonderful couple I was blessed to know) but has since undergone many additions and remodels. We are in love with it and the gorgeous mountains surrounding us. With hiking/mountain biking trailheads < 1 mile away, reservoirs, rivers, and ski resorts close by, there's plenty to get out and do, or just enjoy our farmhouse retreat on over an acre of grass, fruit trees, and gardens.

Main room has a power reclining couch and TV with all of the steaming apps. Includes access to a very nice large hot tub. Easy access from I-84, 15 minutes to Snowbasin, 30 minutes to downtown Salt Lake City, and 35 to the SLC airport.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish studio space NO cleaning fees! The low price for a night is 1 person stays are most common here. Super quiet and clean space. This is a contactless stay. Great location for hiking and walking on the hill with amazing views. Close to hospitals: LDS, Shriner's, Primary Children, U of U, Huntsman. I regulate the AC and heat however there is a fan and heater. If you want more or less just ask. You can have a third guest I have a Full size futon.

This private guest suite in Cedar Hills is nestled in a quiet neighborhood at the foot of Mt. Timpanogos, minutes from American Fork Canyon, Alpine Loop, and the Murdock Trail giving you access to scenic views, hiking, climbing, biking, golfing, skiing, and anything outdoors. We are 10 minutes to I-15 providing easy access to many Utah County attractions & businesses. We are just 35 minutes to either Provo or Salt Lake.

Garden Apartment in 9th & 9th

Charming 1912 remodel in the 9th & 9th neighborhood providing multiple restaurants and amenities within walking distance. Front porch overlooking garden (with potential for seasonal vegetables) and (work in progress) back yard. The space is a duplex in which I live on one side and am always willing to provide recommendations or anything you may need, but the apartment is completely separate, so you can relax in privacy.
