We had a friend get together for the Easter weekend and we had the most amazing time. The house exceeded our expectations. The social areas were great and very spacious. There was loads to do at the house - swim, sauna, games room, books, relax etc. There were good walking routes listed with clear directions and the pub recommendations were spot on. Red kite were wonderful with communication and replied to messages almost instantly.

Had a really lovely stay at this property! The apartment is very spacious and in a great location. The instructions from the host on how to check in and find the property were very clear and helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing stay in an ideal location!

Beautiful location right on the common. Easy access to walks, villages, views. The home is spacious, toasty warm with the underfloor heat, and very well stocked with pantry staples which is very helpful. Lovely character property.

We had a wonderful stay at Lucy’s place. The coach house is very comfortable and the gardens are stunning, we underestimated how extensive and beautiful they would be. The pool is lovely too. The location is a great place to explore the Cotswolds and we’d recommend booking a table at the local pub for dinner too! Hope we can return one day!

We had a brilliant stay at TJ’s place. It is so beautiful and weather meant we could sit in the garden and dip our feet in the pool! It was as described and exactly like photos and 11 of us had the best weekend, chilling in the house and heading into Cheltenham for an afternoon/evening. Would definitely stay again if we had a group event.

We had the most amazing few days at Charlie & Peter’s. The Coach House is set in wonderful gardens. It’s so peaceful and relaxing. They have thought about everything, all the small details to make you feel super comfortable and at home. Everything was super clear and well organised. We also got a lovely, generous welcome basket. We had fun exploring the beautiful countryside and enjoyed the garden. My boys were delighted with the Koi Carp in the pond! Thanks so much for hosting us. We’ll certainly be back!

We celebrated a 90th and 58th birthday and a baby announcement so it was a perfect place for a family group of 10. The house was beautiful and met all our expectations and more. Everything we needed was there we only had to take food. The house was in peaceful surroundings with plenty of space. We particularly enjoyed the basement games room. The swimming pool was not available but looked as though it would be a great on a hot summers day. The cats were very friendly and cute but we had to keep them out of the house so difficult if the weather is hot and you want doors and windows open. All in all it is a beautiful, very large house in peaceful surroundings. Thank you, we loved it.

The Hunting Lodge was booked for my wife's birthday celebrations. We had family and friends stay at different times over the course of the booking. There was plenty of space for everyone. There was a trampoline, football goals and a treehouse for younger members of the family. The interior was cosy and had a lot of character; it was perfect for our 1930's DIY murder mystery game. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment to make food. The only criticisms are that we could not locate a dust pan and brush to help with tidying up; the pressure of the water for the shower was weak; and there were a few flies in the upstairs landing (although this is to be expected somewhat in a large house!). We all had a great time staying at The Hunting Lodge, our family and friends were very complimnetary. It is great for large gatherings and the hosts were communicative before and during.

My second stay at Anne’s place and just as good as before. Anne left me what I required for breakfast which was kind of her. The room and bathroom are ideal for a single traveler. The local pub only 10 minutes away is a good spot and served good food. Would definitely recommend. Thank you Anne.

Great place and great hosts. Sarah welcomed us and gave us all the information we needed. We enjoyed the walks from the Coach House and seeing the lambs. The kitchen was very well equipped. The bedrooms were very spacious.

I had such a great stay. This house is a true definition of home to home. It had everything we needed, lots of space, I slept amazing (super comfy bed), it was pristine clean and Jonny was super responsive to any questions I had. I will be booking this property again.

Really great place! We enjoyed staying here for 1 night, loved the layout of the home, the coziness of it, and the lovely little garden in the back is great!

We stayed as a group of 7 adults and very much enjoyed our stay. Nikki is a great host; making sure everything was in place and that we had all information on getting set up and how to work things. She was very responsive throughout the stay. The house is comfy, well equipped and great fun.

Incredibly cute little cottage in a great location and Celia was very easy to communicate with and accommodating.

We had a great stay in this property, our host was very helpful and friendly. The property itself was extremely clean, beds were super comfy and the property had everything we needed for our extended stay. Location was perfect and very close to the local amenities and transports. Highly recommended for anyone who travels over there. Thanks for a great stay. Will definitely come back.

Vicki's place is far from the madding crowd. A peaceful haven set in the Welsh hills with lovely walks and Monmouth and Hereford accessible by car. If its peace and tranquility you want, it's perfect. The house is very large and comfortable with a bright modern kitchen that offers lovely views. Vicki is very friendly and responsive in communications.

Bob & Jane’s place was perfect for our one night stay as we were attending a wedding nearby. Jane allowed us to check in early in order for us to get changed for the wedding and even offered to drop us to pick up our car the next day if we needed it. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and even some milk and biscuits provided for our morning cuppa. Thank you for an enjoyable stay 😊

We had a very relaxing time at Carey's house. It had everything we needed and we felt extremely comfortable. The area was very peaceful and allowed us to have some quality down time at the end of the day. Many thanks for a wonderful few days.

Lovely property in a great location that was very handy for walking into Cheltenham. Nice quiet street but still close to everything. Well equipped with everything we needed for a short stay and a lovely welcome hamper. Personal greeting for check in was a nice touch as well. Just to note if you are bringing a dog (which we did) the garden isn’t completely secure and our dog did manage to squeeze through the gaps in the hedge!

Anne’s place was simply perfect for us and our aging dog. Lovely space next to the house for walking etc. House was clean and had everything you needed for a long or short stay. Next to the town Main Street and all amenities and restaurants. Roger was a lovely man and nothing was too much trouble. We loved our stay and will be back again if they will have us! The place was absolutely stunning! We were a large group of friends staying for a long weekend and it was perfect! There was plenty of room for parking for all the cars and motorbikes. It was in a beautiful location that suited our needs and allowed for both exploring and for staying in and socialising. The host was lovely, giving us loads of clear information and always really quick at responding and really helpfull. The property was spotless and so impressive! Would absolutely recommend and will hopefully return to stay again in the future!

A great stay for a few nights. The barn is gorgeous and the open living space upstairs is perfect for large groups. Surrounded by beautiful countryside.
