Très bonne nuit passée au BnB Duca Orsini à Gravina in Puglia. Emplacement idéal pour profiter de la vieille ville

Το σπίτι σε πολύ βολικό σημείο, πολύ κοντά στην κεντρική πλατεία της πόλης. Όλη η πόλη προσβάσιμη με τα πόδια. Το σπίτι ήταν καθαρό, όλα τακτοποιημένα, με σκεύη κουζίνας και όλα τα απαραίτητα για έναν καφέ ή μαγείρεμα για όποιον θέλει. Ο ιδιοκτήτης πολύ ευγενικός, έδωσε πληροφορίες για την περιοχή, ενδιαφέρθηκε αν όλα είναι καλά και ήξερα πως θα είναι διαθέσιμος αν προκύψει κάτι. Όλα ήταν πολύ ωραία, άριστη διαμονή και σε καλή σχέση ποιότητας-τιμής. Το εσωτερικο του σπιτιού με ενδιαφέρουσα αρχιτεκτονική από τοπική πέτρα και ένα πηγάδι μέσα στο υπνοδωμάτιο. Όλα ήταν πολύ όμορφα. Επειδή ήταν Αύγουστος υπήρχε λίγο φασαρία από τους περαστικούς το βράδυ χωρίς να είναι ενοχλητική.

We had a wonderful stay at Luciana, everything was as expected and more! The room is very spacious and clean, you are in the heart of Matera with stunning view from the balcony and walking distances to all main attractions/restaurants. Breakfast excellent, served on the balcony. And as for walking, Luciana explained to us each part of the old town on a map, so we don’t miss anything :). Also helped a lot before arriving with bus schedules and tips. There are a lot to say, but we felt like being home, in a wonderful place.

Marilena is hands down the best Airbnb host we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed and cared for. The apartment was spotless and beautiful, but what truly stood out was her thoughtfulness. She had prepared snacks, local treats, and a full breakfast spread—fruit, pastries, juice, coffee—more than any host has ever done for us. Every detail felt personal and warm. Marilena went above and beyond in every way, always available with recommendations and tips, making sure we had everything we needed. She even checked in to ensure we were comfortable and enjoying our time. Her kindness, hospitality, and attention to detail turned our stay in Matera into something truly unforgettable. We’ve traveled a lot, but no host has ever made us feel this at home. If you’re coming to Matera, don’t think twice—Marilena is the host you want. Thank you, Marilena, for making our trip so special. Francesco est un monsieur très à l’écoute, attentionné, serviable et dévoué. Ça a été un plaisir de séjourner dans sa demeure qui plus est paradisiaque, très bien entretenue et d’une localisation idyllique, centrée par rapport à plusieurs points d’intérêt. Francesco n’hésite pas à donner des conseils sur les alentours, toujours bien utiles. La maison est très propre, régulièrement nettoyée et le petit déjeuner excellent, d’une fraîcheur inégalable. Francesco est soucieux de nous faire découvrir les mets locaux, de varier le menu tous les jours et de nous servir quotidiennement ce qu’on apprécie le plus. Bref un pur plaisir, merci Francesco ! Bonne continuation !

Giulianos cave house was a great base from which to explore Puglia. We had a great few nights here, cooked up a couple meals and enjoyed some very restful nights in the loft bed! The air conditioning and inherent coolness and quiet of the cave made it very easy to sleep. If you’re thinking of exploring this region, you’ll most likely need to rent a car. This house in particular is a bit difficult to park next to, but the answer is to park just a couple blocks away for free in the public square area of Corato. After discovering that, this house was perfect.

Amazing location, easy to get to. would recommend putting the address in google maps, not apple maps, as apple maps is less accurate in Matera's streets in general

L'appartement d'Andreina est très bien situé tout près de la cité ancienne qui est une incroyable découverte ! Elle a su s'adapter à notre horaire d'arrivée, tout est propre et accueillant chez elle !

Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio, più bello che in foto, pulitissimo e facile da raggiungere! L’host, Raffaele, è gentilissimo ed inoltre è sempre disponibile a rispondere in brevissimo tempo! Ci ritornerò sicuramente!

As so happens in traveling, what was planned as a quick stopover becomes a highlight. This B & B (note that this is a en-suite bedroom with a shared kitchen) was awesome. On the edge of town so there was room to safely park our bikes and enjoy the patio and gardens. The host Magdalene was welcoming and the breakfast was outstanding. Everything was sparkling clean, great hot shower, fast Internet. Very bright and airy compared to other Airbnb’s we stayed at in historic districts.

We enjoyed our 5 stars stay at Veronica’ and Leo’s beautiful house! It was super easy to find the place and everything was really clear. The breakfast in the morning with the view on the valley and the sea is amazing. After visiting in the morning it was really nice to relax at the pool with the little birds and this ☀️ Everything is very clean and the room is done daily. Thanks for your special attentions ! We will come back for sure ! ☺️

Je sais que je suis très sensible aux bruits, et je n’ai pas voulu mettre dans le commentaire public, mais l’isolation entre les chambres pourrait être améliorée. Nous avons entendu les voisins jusqu’à 1h du matin, c’est dommage, car c’est vraiment très agréable d’être chez vous. Merci de votre gentillesse.

Polecam. Gospodarz służy pomocą bardzo czysto i blisko przystanek autobusowy którym można dojechać do centrum.

Alloggio meraviglioso … ci aspettavamo una stanza e bagno e invece era davvero carino e accogliente… non mancava nulla per vivere il nostro soggiorno al meglio. La host oltretutto ci ha trattato come dei famigliari è stata favolosa! Consigliatissimo per avere un posto accogliente e tranquillo dove rilassarsi dopo aver girato nei dintorni incantevoli.

Very clean, large apartment. Great location and quiet because outside the Trulli District, which we preferred. Easy walk to the Trulli Districts and parking was readily available. Vito is a super host.

Der Aufenthalt war super schön. Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist super ruhig und sehr sauber. Die zwei haben sich täglich vergewissert, dass alles in Ordnung ist, haben uns viele tolle Dinge wie Strände und Restaurants empfohlen, uns eingeladen mit Ihnen zu essen oder zu feiern. Leider waren wir zu oft zu kaputt von der ganzen tollen Städtetrips, die man dort machen kann, dass wir oft einfach nur ins Bett gefallen sind. Aber auch das war kein Problem. Michelangelo war außerdem immer erreichbar. Alles in allem würde ich diese Unterkunft jedem weiterempfehlen, der diese Ecke entdecken möchte und komme bestimmt irgendwann mal wieder! Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt und den unvergesslichen Urlaub, den wir durch euch hatten!
