Very much enjoyed our stay. Nice quiet area. Enjoyed the large hot tub and pool table. Just as pictured.

A wonderful lake house. Our family had a wonderful time. The house is incredible and comes with everything you could think of (and things you don’t) to have a great time and make lifelong lake memories. The house has so much to do! Games and toys for all ages, kayaks, paddle boards, and a lily pad means there is always something to do. The dock is really nice because the water is deep enough to swim and have fun, but you can still touch. We had a great time and hope to be back soon! Definitely recommend!

I was a little unsure how staying in an owner occupied place would be since we love our privacy, but this was great. Missy was responsive and the space was quiet, clean, and had so many fun things to do. Such a great place. We’ve never stayed at an air bnb more than once before, but I think we may break that trend with Missy’s place.

Great space for my family. We stayed two months and had no problems whatsoever. Susan communicated really well, and everything was clear regarding check in and check out. We loved walking to Wright’s Barbecue and Media Luna for eats or drinks. Also, Confident Coffee had a nice space for working and wonderful baked goods. There is a cool Aquarium store within walking distance. Felt safe. Had no problems. It was a nice, quiet, clean complex.

Clean place with quality linens and towels and lots of them, even hand towels. Nice backyard for children and pets. Comfortable beds. attached garage which makes packing and unpacking michigan easier. Plan to stay again.

We were in Fayetteville for a local cycling event. It was great to have a quiet spot to hang out at before and after the event. Would have liked to stay longer. Loved the accommodations... quiet, surrounded by woods. Jack greeted us when we arrived and was quick to answer any questions we had.

5 Stars Just Isn’t Enough! We almost let a sketchy weather forecast rain on our parade—but thanks to Angie's amazing reassurance (and a little faith in the weather gods), we stuck with the plan… and wow, are we glad we did! • The house? Loved it. Like, "should-we-move-here? These couches and bed are great!" levels of cute and cozy. • Fully stocked with everything we needed—basically Mary Poppins’ bag in house form. • The backyard? A doggy paradise. Our pups are already lobbying for a return trip. Even made some.chicken and duck friends next door! • Angie was basically a fairy godparent of local recs—everything from food to fun was spot-on. • Bonus points for being a total lifesaver: we accidentally left some things behind, and Angie shipped them back faster than Amazon Prime. Honestly, it was such a good experience and we loved every moment. 10/10, paws down, would absolutely stay again!

Outside looked run down and numbers on house were broken off. $10 worth of adhesive and a power wash of house outside would go a long way to improve first impressions.

Great central location. Easy to access. Very clean, nice amenities, including hot tub which was clean. (It does take awhile to warm up, like 24h). Pets are allowed so some pet hair noted on the furniture, we are dog people so not a bother to us! Really appreciated plenty of linens and towels! Located near a busy street, front bedroom got a lot of street noise but easily drowned out by sound machine. Overall this worked great for our family of 6 and we would stay there again.

We had a great stay! The location is nicely tucked away (private), but at the same time, very conveniently positioned for all of the major areas of Fayetteville. The hosts were very proactive making sure the stay went well.

This house is so lovely! The surroundings are beautiful, neighbors are friendly, and there is plenty of space for rest and relaxation. Our group of six enjoyed home cooked meals in a well stocked kitchen and truly enjoyed our time together in this great rental. The host is also incredibly responsive and gracious. Highly recommend!

My family very much enjoyed our stay at this cozy antique home in Springdale. Great spot to stay if you are attending an event in downtown Springdale.

Excellent location, central and very walkable to downtown. Great amenities very clean and onsite parking. Comfort level would be increased with a larger loveseat or full size couch and a device to watch our own streaming services ie. Roku. We had an excellent stay, loved Bentonville and definitely would stay here again they are excellent hosts!

This is our second time staying and we will be back! We love the sunny, cozy space, and the convenient location to downtown. Robert is super responsive and helpful as well.

We had a great weekend at Connie’s place. The location is unbeatable. We were delighted to discover the farmer’s market right across the street on Saturday morning. The home was immaculate and Connie was helpful and responsive.

Another wonderful stay at The Porch House! The house is in a perfect location for walking to uptown or jumping on the greenway/trails. Lots of storage for bikes, and a hose to clean them if need be. The snack drawer is a nice touch too! We've stayed here three times and would not hesitate to stay again!

Stayed at Tabor cottage while in bentonville for a gravel race. It was a perfect solution for my needs. The place is furnished wonderfully including all the kitchen gadgets and amenities. The cottage was neat and very clean. Does not look tired or worn in any sense! The simple bike rack just inside the door was a pleasant addition for a cyclist. There’s a hose outside to clean my bike before I took it inside. Really can’t say anything that fell short in any way related to my stay. The location was great….just a few blocks from the central district. I’ll stay there again for sure when I only need a one bedroom place. Truly a gem. Thanks.

The Cozy Cottage was perfect for a weekend trip to Bentonville. The house is in an ideal location - easy to walk to all the trails, museums, and restaurants. The home looked just like the photos; cozy and clean. Alice was a communicative and helpful host. I would definitely recommend!
