Lovely home. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend staying here.

While the accommodations are phenomenal, it was, far and away, the hosts who put this space over the top for me. Pre-arrival, communication was incredibly kind, and prompt. In person, Arnie, his wife and their dog Lucky are so incredibly welcoming without being intrusive. From recommendations of things to do in the surrounding towns to offering up advice about TN in general (We are here to house hunt), these two go above and beyond-you can tell that they easily love what they do! I'd re-book with them ANY day. The fresh flowers throughout the suite are a sweet touch, and the decor is classy chic. We didn't use the media room but it looked awesome!

This is our second stay with Jill at The Birdhouse. We are 4 friends who come from Alabama to the Paducah Quilt Show. The home is lovely! Very comfortable. Love the decor and the farm feel. We all loved it last year. We were so happy to book this year and definitely plan to return again!

Dana's place was fully loaded with amenities and decorations. Would be hard to beat for a bachelorette trip. There were plenty of beds and bathrooms and the listing occupied the entire 2nd floor of the residence with a private entrance. There is an open air staircase that goes down to the first floor of the residence but it didn't affect our stay at all. Definitely recommend this place

We loved our extended stay here. The place was very clean and tidy. We enjoyed cooking here in the evenings as a family and it had all the things we needed to do so. The host was great ... always responded when we needed something. The farm animals would visit often and the kids loved it. Highly recommend.

We had to contact the host to get the internet password but she responded immediately. All nice appliances. Everything was in good working condition. Exit instructions were clear and minimal. Lots of games available. A nice place for a relaxing fun vacation.

It was a pleasure to stay here. My wife and I were busy the whole time and it was nice to have a nice and cozy place to come back to to relax and sleep. Three house was in a great location and there are plenty of places near by too go to. We look forward to using again when we come back to Mayfield!
