We had a wonderful stay at Caterina’s apartment. I stayed here with my two teenagers. Caternia was very accommodating for our arrival and departure. The apartment is spotless and the palazzo is beautiful. Truly an oasis of calm within easy walking distance to major landmarks. I highly recommend it.

El apartamento está precioso, muy bien cuidado y muy limpio. La ubicación a 20min caminando del centro de Florencia. Lorenzo hizo muy fácil la llegada al apartamento y estuvo pendiente de todo en todo momento. Un placer!!!

On ne peut rêver mieux avec la vue sur la Chapelle Medicis et le Duomo ! J'ai apprécié d'être à 2 pas des monuments et de pouvoir rentrer aisément le midi entre 2 visites pour manger assis ma Foccacia. Il y a d'excellentes Trattoria à 2 pas et même la librairie française. c'est le quartier des antiquaires. Assez calme la nuit. Alberto est un hôte accueillant, prévenant et m'a demandé en cours de séjour si tout allait bien ce qui a permis de m'apprendre qu'il fallait utiliser un adaptateur pour les appareils ménager. la cuisine est là pour cuire des pâtes au cas-où.

Andrea was such a great host who really cares about his guest and guest needs. Infact he was thoughtful that all amenities were already arranged that we didnt need to ping him during our stay. He was concerned about the time we shall reach and Mattia was already there to welcome us and showed us everything around the apartment. Love Firenze and hope to back one day. And looking forward to stay at the apartment again. Thanks Andrea! Our kids loved the blue spiral staircase! :-) Daryl

I cannot recommend this place enough. The design style alone was a dream. It’s even more beautiful in person. The neoclassical frescoes really set the tone for the timeless beauty there is to experience during a stay in the heart of Florence. The Duomo is just a few minutes walk, as is the Uffizi Gallery, and Galleria Accademia. Even Piazzale Michelangelo was not a long walk. There are so many fantastic restaurants and the shopping can’t be beat. Grab a reservation at View On Art just a few blocks down to see breathtaking views of the Duomo. Our host was top notch from beginning to end. He assisted us with absolutely anything we needed. He provided exquisite local recommendations, arranged our pick up car from the train station, and provided crystal clear instructions with a video for checking in to the apartment. He was always responsive and courteous. I would not stay anywhere else in Florence, I mean that sincerely.

We had a great time, although we did not spend much time in the apartment! Everything was clean, well presented, and comfortable. Beds were comfortable, and kitchen well equipped - although the quantities seemed a bit random with lots of plates but just two mugs; We also had to search quite hard to find various items - but it had everything we needed. Lucia who met us was friendly and helpful. We did feel it was a little expensive, but appreciate that in a tourist area like Florence prices are going to be inflated. We also felt that a 200€ cleaning fee, when we were there for only 4 days, was also steep. Having said that, the apartment was spotless.

This is the 2nd time ive stayed in this apartment. As before, Elly was an excellent host and so made everything easy for us. The train station and tram stops are a short walk. all of the major tourists spots are very close and walkable from here, and there are so many lovely bars and restaurants near by. The apartment is well looked after, clean and very comfortable. The next time i return to Florence i will try and stay here

Apartment as described at a convenient location. In walking distance of the old city centre with all sights and museums. Lots of restaurants, supermarket and bakery nearby. We recommend Penta Bistro around the corner and Caffé Rainer with their bakery. Our kids enjoyed the playground which was 2 minutes away.

We stayed at Daria and Gabriele’s place in Florence, with the kids, it was exactly as described and easy to get to and walk around the city. Super place—highly recommended for families looking for a local experience in the heart of Florence with style! They were super helpful along the stay ! Thank you we will definitely do this again!

a beautiful, one-of-a-kind Airbnb. would highly recommend to any couples. LOVED the snacks and amenities LOVED the full body shower My only critique is the hot water heater is small and could not fill the tub or last more than 15min or so of a hot shower so we were not able to enjoy the tub. very comfortable bed one of the coolest airbnbs I've ever stayed.

Veldig praktisk sted for oss som skulle på sykkelturer fordi vi kunne enkelt trille syklene i leiligheten. Leiligheten er akkurat som på bildene. Eneste er at den er litt mørk siden det ikke er mange vinduer med godt dagslys. Det gjorde ikke oss noe. Veldig hyggelig og hjelpsom vertskap.

L'appartement est situé en plein coeur de la ville, à deux pas du ponte Vechio et du musée de Offices. Tout est à distance de marche, ce qui est idéal pour visiter Florence. J'appartement est spacieux et très bien équipé. De plus Élena et son mari nous ont pris la peine de nous accueillir en personne et nous ont montré tout ce qu'il fallait savoir sur les équipements à disposition. Nous recommandons chaudement ce logement !

Our group of six had a wonderful stay at Alessandro’s beautiful apartment. It was the perfect location to explore Florence from. Just steps from the Duomo, we were able to walk everywhere. Alessandro was so helpful with recommendations and was very flexible with our check in and check out times, which we so appreciated. We were very comfortable and loved the apartment! We wished we could have stayed longer. Thank you, Alessandro!

My mum and I had an amazing stay at Mario’s place. It was really comfortable, clean and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need (even umbrellas which came in handy on a rainy day!). Claudio was an amazing and really friendly host, showing us around the apartment and explaining how everything worked! It was also super easy to get into Firenze city centre- either walking or 3 stops on the tram. We visited 2 of the restaurants recommended by Claudia which we LOVED. We honestly felt right at home at the apartment and would have loved to have stayed longer!

Absolutely fantastic location… just walk down a street in any direction and you’ll find incredible food, shops, and gelato within a few blocks. If you open the windows in the evening, you might even hear the sound of cello performers or opera singers in the square at the end of the street. It’s truly an idyllic neighborhood. Our host was incredibly proactive and a great communicator. A++ I wish the internet was a bit faster, but that’s Italy… and let’s be honest, this is not a place you come to work remote… It’s a place you come to explore and find serendipitous experiences you could never plan for. If you do need to get some remote work done, I recommend stopping by The Social Hub, which is a 20 minute walk away and a really cool co-working space. All in all… location location location! That’s what matters, and this Airbnb nails it.

Tutto perfetto. La posizione dell'appartamento è magnifica: immerso nel verde, offre una vista rilassante sulle colline circostanti. Allo stesso tempo è in una posizione strategica per chi desidera visitare i borghi storici del Valdarno e del Chianti. L’appartamento è curato, luminoso e pulito. Paola e la sua famiglia sono padroni di casa molto gentili e sempre disponibili a offrire consigli su attività e luoghi da visitare nella zona. Consigliatissimo!

Franco & family were outstanding hosts. Helped us with reservations & shopping recommendations. You must visit his leather stores. We all bought gorgeous coats & bags. Apt. Was beautiful in great location. Wish we could stay longer. Do not hesitate to book this.

Luciano è un host cortese ed organizzato che ringrazio per l’ospitalità. L’appartamento è molto suggestivo e si affaccia su dei cortili interni caratteristici dove il silenzio la fa da padrone. La posizione è buona per accedere anche a piedi al centro. Il quartiere è sicuro e animato da negozi e ristorazione di qualità.

This place is absolutely STUNNING!!! The location couldn’t be more perfect and the home is HUGE and SPACIOUS. It was so incredibly clean and had everything we possibly could have needed with the kitchen, bathroom and laundry supplies.

Mirko’s place was the perfect spot in Florence. It was a beautiful place nestled right in the middle of everything. We never walked more than 10 minutes to find what we were looking for. Giselle was amazing and there for anything we needed and any questions we had. We will definitely be staying there on our next trip to Florence.

Nous avons échangé avec Mattei durant notre séjour qu’à toujours été réactif. Appartement tout à fait semblable aux photos. Avec une belle hauteur sous plafond. Clim et radiateur sont à disposition et les fenêtres des chambres sont doublés pour limiter au maximum le bruit du boulevard. Un kit de bienvenu est offert. A 5 min à pied du tram pour l’aéroport Les procédures d’arrivée, de check out ainsi que la possibilité de laisser nos bagages avant et après notre séjour sont vraiment bien pensés et c’est un gros plus Seul point négatif, les travaux en cours dans l’immeuble au dessus de l’appartement. Gros Travaux de rénovation qui ont eu lieu toute la semaine même le samedi. Nous tenons à souligner les efforts de mattei pour canaliser les ouvriers sur une plage horaire respectable mais avec un enfant en bas âge ça n’a pas été simple. Ayant réservé 3 jours avant nous aurions grandement apprécié être informé de cela avant de le découvrir le lendemain matin à 8h00
