We had the most amazing time at Will’s home. It’s exactly as described. The home is so cozy and has everything you could ever need. We cooked in and went to a few of his recommended restaurants. Will was extremely responsive from booking to departure. We hope to stay again. Perfect location and the hot tub and deck are fabulous!

The cottage was clean. We enjoyed the hot tub and going out on the lake with the paddle boards and kayaks. We would definitely rent here again.

The stay went very well. There are multiple options for fishing and places to launch a boat. I would definitely recommend this for a vacation for with all the activities to be had in the area. We encountered friendly people in the area and with shopping and restaurants close by it made our time there a memorable one.

Eddie greeted us warmly and showed us how the house worked. I was there for a dog show it was absolutely perfect for that! Everything we needed was right there and it felt a very safe comfortable dog friendly area!

Lori and her husband Rick were fabulous, My friends and I absolutely loved them! We highly recommend this cute cottage by the lake. The house smelled amazing! No chemicals just a wonderful beautiful scent that made me smile. The warm fire roaring at night while drinking a cup of hot tea and the beautiful view of the lake was a wonderful way to start my healing journey. Everything is neat and labeled for you and she goes above and beyond to really make sure that you are happy. We had quite the snow storm while hunkered in and Rick cleared the walkway, drive way and stopped in to get our trash. They live right next door which was great incase we needed anything but still had complete privacy :) Location is great and you’re not far from stores, restaraunt, etc. I highly recommend, you will feel like you are visiting family.

This is my second time at this place, it is always clean, and well maintained, as well as helpful host. Always answers messages fast, and gives clear instructions. I enjoyed the time stayed at this place, beautiful place.

Our stay at this Airbnb was nothing short of incredible. The hosts went above and beyond to support our family during one of the most exciting and emotional times in our lives—the arrival of our child through adoption. The home itself is absolutely stunning—everything is brand new, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and the hot tub was such a treat. From the thoughtful design to the cozy atmosphere, every detail made our stay feel effortless and peaceful. We are already dreaming of returning in the summer to soak in the lake vibes and energy of Nettle Lake. We are beyond grateful for this experience and for the kindness and generosity of our hosts. I enjoyed everything about my stay. The cabin was very clean and comfortable, and I sat on the porch to watch the lake and wildlife despite some very chilly temperatures. I loved the skylights! Bed was very comfortable and all that I needed was supplied. I would definitely stay here again.

Great little place near the lake! Very clean and I loved the modern decor; there is a lot of attention to detail. Great kitchen and we appreciated the Keurig coffee and complimentary bottle of wine. Beds were comfortable, linens were fresh!

We stayed at Julie's place in Haslett for about 2 months due to water damage in our home. We felt right at home! We are a family of four with two little ones and a small dog and we had everything we needed. Julie communicated with us daily and we loved the location. We are so grateful for Julie & her family.

Amazing place! Even better than expected! Although it says no AC, they have a little AC unit next to the couch and it makes the whole place so cool! We brought fans and didn't even need to use them. The view was absolutely beautiful. The sunsets on the water were truly breathtaking. I also wanted to mention how I love that we were able to spend it with our puppy, kind of rare to find a nice waterfront like this that allows animals! We will definitely be back next summer.

We didn’t get to enjoy as much as we wanted with getting sick. Really wanted to enjoy a bom fire by the river or kayaking. The cottage was very clean and easy to find. For being so close to walking distance to places we felt still in the country with being right on the river. Can’t wait to come back.

We were visiting family in the area with our dog and this was the perfect location. Easy to get around. Great accommodations. Our dog loved the fenced in back yard with a view to the goats, deer, wild turkeys. The house was great with 3 bedrooms and a huge living area. The kitchen junk drawer actually had things you might need like an extension cord or tape. Felt right at home!

This is one of the most well-appointed Airbnbs I have every stayed in, especially for someone who loves to cook! It was also very family friendly, as we had a one year old in tow. It is right on the lake and the view is so peaceful and blue. We came in cold weather so did not experience the water or the busy season, but it was perfect all the same. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was very clean. Everything - furniture, appliances, etc. - were spotless and in good working order. There were spots to store things, so even though there were six of us (including a baby!) it never felt cluttered or messy. Lots of games provided and the attached all season porch was nice for reading or winding down at the end of the day. 11/10 stars!!!

We throughly enjoyed staying at Jeff’s place. The house is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. It is walkable to cute downtown Sylvania and grocery store. The house itself was very clean with modern amenities. Our family of four were very comfortable at the house. We would highly recommend this place.

Thank you so much for your beautiful cottage! Our family loved it. The area is so pretty-breathtaking really. The cottage is beautifully renovated and adorable. We were not able to go boating this trip, but we definitely hope to be back and to go out on the pontoon boat. There's so much more hiking we would love to do, but our family came to town to visit relatives, and celebrate our dad's 90th birthday, so our time here was focused on that. We were so glad that it was a mere 10 minutes to get to Chelsea and the assisted living where he is staying. Thank you also for the thoughtful welcome gifts! Had an awesome time with my whole family. Place is beautiful and peaceful. Enough things to do to keep us going every day and the house was perfect to come home to and relax. Ted was a perfect host. Answered all and any questions we had and was very helpful and friendly. Lake Erie is not only beautiful but it also has a very interesting history.
