Relax & take it easy at this newly remodeled and tranquil retreat. Enjoy the peace of being in the country right on a 17 acre pond stocked with bass, crappie, bluegill & catfish. Yet just 15 minutes from everything you could need. Fish all day, sleep in, create happy memories at the fire pit, enjoy the treehouse OR go out & explore the great many things to see & do in this area! This house is perfect for 2 couples but we will take up to 6 guests. Added fees for the 5th & 6th guests $25 pp/pn.

Pearson's Pines

NO ADDITIONAL GUEST FEES WILL BE APPLIED. This price includes all guest and host fees. On September 15, 2026, all hosts will have their prices displayed in the full amount so guests and hosts will see the same price. Our room rates have not changed, but only APPEAR higher because of the new FULL PRICE DISPLAY policy. Hosts who have not yet acknowledged the new FULL PRICE DISPLAY will have guest fees added to their daily rental rate until September 15 when the new universal PRICE DISPLAY is live.

This is a charming loft that is next to our 1896 renovated historical home. You will enjoy this freshly redesigned cozy homestead. It lies hidden within the historic district of a quaint little town incorporated in 1860, and you will find it just outside of Atlanta in Coweta County. Grand in its simplicity, Senoia is a destination for those who seek to decompress from a modern, fast-paced lifestyle or escape it altogether. Film enthusiasts can tour famous movie and tv spots with delicious eats.

Elm Cozy Cottage downtown Historic Newnan

Elm Cozy Cottage is just that. The cottage is located in the quaint historic district of Elm St. It is walking distance from the historic square, minutes from shopping and dining and 7 minutes from Hwy 85 and COHCC. The home is nestled on a quiet street and enjoys a large fenced back yard equipped with a grill, and fire pit for entertaining. The home has spacious bedrooms, brand new washer and dryer and a corner office nook. The home accepts pets, but please be aware of our pet policy.

South Atlanta Stay

We welcome you to come and enjoy a stay in our sweet hideaway. A clean, efficient, and comfy place to relax. Just 8 mins from I-85, and just 30 mins from Atlanta International Airport. Close to great shopping: Ashley Park, Newnan. Cancer Treatment Center 10min Callaway Resort and Gardens 45 min Up to 2 guests permitted. No parties. No unregistered guests. No smoking or vaping permitted anywhere on the property as we live on a heavily wooded area. Thank you for understanding.

The Nest

The Nest is no-smoking and smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property. It is a peaceful getaway and great for a romantic weekend or quiet retreat. Canoes, kayaks, trails, and a fire pit are available plus the kitchen is stocked with everything you’ll need. Close to Serenbe, Newnan, and the Atlanta Airport. You’ll love my place because of the arty style, the peaceful vibe and the beautiful lake view. The cottage is on 34 private acres and directly behind the main lake house.

A fully furnished modern studio apartment with its own entrance. A spacious and cozy apartment against a secluded wooded lot. Enjoy a beautiful living area, bedroom area, equipped kitchenette and full bathroom. Parking for 2 vehicles on the property.
