Great location in a walkable neighborhood of Black Mountain, NC. House is warm and inviting. We enjoyed our time there. Rooms are small and it is hard to imagine 12 people staying in this place. We are a family of 8 and it seemed a bit cramped at times. If you plan to eat meals together at the house it would be difficult to have seating for all; there is no real kitchen table. Kitchen is cozy, but they do have two, one upstairs and one downstairs in a cleverly concealed staircase. There is no dishwasher, so be prepared to wash and dry dishes if you eat at the house. Kids really enjoyed to pool and hot tub. Also the inside of the house is warm and inviting, personal decorations and books and toys will make a family feel right at home or potentially nervous that something will be left out of place or broken. Overall, we felt the place suited our needs and we were thankful for our time there. Hosts clearly love their home and have done a nice job making it a place that is inviting.

Enjoyed our stay at this house just outside of Black Mountain for the weekend. In a quiet spot with amazing views from porch that is only a short drive from the town and other spots. The house itself was in pristine condition when we arrived and looked exactly like the photos. Would highly recommend for a mountain getaway!

We had a wonderful time at this house. It is perfect for a family who wants to get away and relax. The view was amazing and there are walking trails right down the hill. It was just perfect for our family holiday. We will return again!

This was our 2nd stay. The pool is really nice and is lots of fun. The view from the pool deck and porch deck is stunning looking at the mountains. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed. The upstairs bedroom had a super comfy bed and was extra roomy. The Black Mountain area has some really neat restaurants and culture. Overall it is a great place for couples or families.

This was my second time staying here. Chris is always very nice and helpful. I’m looking forward to staying a third time ! Thank you Chris for allowing me to stay in this wonderful home !

We had a great stay at Jared's place. Everything was very comfortable -- and the bathrooms and kitchen were super-clean, which was great. It was a very quiet community (winter), and the houses are placed for privacy/good views. The club also had very helpful staff, a nice pool, and a good gym. We were happy there was no ice or snow when we were there, as the driveway is steep. A convenient location related to Boone, Blowing Rock, etc. -- everything seemed about 20 minutes away. Jared was also generous on check-out time for us. And we appreciated the very simple check-out procedure.

Excellent place. Tons of items from pots and pans to extra batteries. The best stocked unit I have ever stayed in. Very clean and comfortable. Top notch instructions for all aspects of unit. Excellent location. A++++

Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful mountain lodge. The views from every room of the house are spectacular and we had everything we needed for a winter getaway to the mountains. The location and proximity to both Black Mountain and Asheville are ideal for eating out, shopping, and exploring these great towns while also giving a quiet place to retreat to. The hosts were very responsive during our stay despite it being the holidays and we would stay with them again.

Our stay at Anne's house was simply amazing. She is the perfect host, always responsive, helpful, accommodating whenever possible, willing to answer questions, and the home itself was absolutely perfect! Every single person in our group returned raving about the house and how perfect it was for our weekend of skiing.

We had come to help with the hurricane disaster relief. It was great having a relaxing place to come back to at the end of the day.

Lovely home that felt like it was brand new, but it was also quite comfortable. Loved the fireplace and view of sunrise on the trees, fresh air, and having a secluded retreat close to all the Asheville happenings. Great communications from our host and we would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home, very comfortable for groups that seek private bedrooms. Also has very comfortable mattresses (some very firm, which I like). Close to Beech Mountain ski resort & beautiful views. Kitchen, dining & living area all open with a ton of windows. We really enjoyed our stay.

This was our 2nd time staying here. It was just as perfect as the last time. Very responsive host if needed but really was not needed. Host checked in with us upon arrival and just before check out in case we had any questions or problems. Everything is labeled so you know where to find what ever you are looking for or how to work any appliance. This home fits perfectly with our needs. Next time we are headed to Boone we will definitely check for availability at this Airbnb first!

We had a great stay in this little house. It’s very conveniently located near Beech Mountain Resort, parking was easy and the house had everything we needed for our family. Eduardo communicated well and we felt comfortable the entire weekend. We would definitely consider staying here when we visit Beech Mountain again. This property is ideal for a family or three couples since it has a master bedroom and two additional bedrooms upstairs.

We had an amazing stay and thoroughly enjoyed the front yard for all day sledding! The house was spacious - perfect for our four families! Most importantly, the hosts were super friendly and responsive to any questions we had! We will definitely be back to enjoy the river in the summer!!

This place was a great place for a getaway! we brought our pup and he had a great time as well! it’s not to far from the main city or any grocery stores it is perfect and hidden away for some privacy. I would definitely recommend this house as a place to stay and i would not mind staying here again!
