A modern, clean, recently renovated (to a high standard) apartment in the middle of St Alban’s with shops, market, cafes, restaurants, and bars all very walkable. Stephanie was an excellent host and responded to all my texts very quickly. I would definitely book again. Thank you!

Rui ‘s communication was extremely good. I only had two small problems and they were resolved very quickly. He was very helpful and obliging indeed and so too was the cleaner who came in to deliver me a couple of items. The flat was well equipped and for us ideally situated.

Had a great stay. Very easy to deal with and had everything we needed. Quiet area. Great instructions and everything was self explanatory.

Easy place to find and the location was very good. The walk to the high street was nice and the journey to town did not take too long either. The apartment is spacious and modern and the smart tv was very easy to use and connect to. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

An amazing home and a perfect location - private and secluded yet still within the town.

Susanne won my heart with her very descriptive notes she sent me on the place on making the reservation. Communication with her was breezy. Her Airbnb is a quaint place which had everything I needed. She helped me with my bags up and down the stairs during my check-in and check-out. She was very respectful about my fear of dogs. As a host, I felt she gives you absolute privacy and in those rare instances you run into her, you feel like you've run into an old friend. I'm definitely looking forward to staying here again.

Ricks place was very nice & clean. With loads of thing to help with your stay. Beds very comfy & the children liked that there was cereal in the morning with milk. We had been out all day visiting family, was really nice to come back & just have a cup of tea without thinking we needed to go to a shop first. Thank you for being a great host. Great stay! The apartment was spotlessly clean and comfortable, and it had everything I needed for my stay. Good location for the town centre and railway station - both within easy walking distance. Being able to park directly outside was really handy too.

There was lots of information on gaining access to the property and general information about the village and amenities. The welcome board with our name on was a nice touch, together with all the lollipops, chocolates and sweets! It was really peaceful and we got a good night's sleep on the large comfortable bed. It was airy and light, very clean and well maintained and equipped for our overnight stay. We met Katie after we called about the heating which she came and fixed immediately. We would stay again and recommend it to others.

I recently stayed at this property with my family, and it was an excellent experience. The house is perfect for a family of four, providing ample space and comfort. The host was incredibly caring and assisted us during both our arrival and departure, which made the stay even more enjoyable. One of the highlights is the convenient parking right in front of the house. If the front parking is full, street parking is also available nearby. The location is another big plus, as it’s just a 15-20 minute walk to the town center, making it very convenient for exploring the area. The property is well-maintained, with a fully equipped kitchen that includes everything you might need—an oven, stove, washing machine, small fridge, and even an iron with a stand. Jennifer’s place was warm, clean and very cosy. The snacks were a great addition and the annex was nice and private too. Perfect for my work trip.

I stayed at The Hayloft whilst looking for a place to rent of my own, the house became like my home and I truly enjoyed the peacefulness of the countryside and how private it felt. The house was pristine and they had a newly renovated bathroom and kitchen, it was amazing to get a chance to use their place as a stepping stone. I would’ve loved to have stayed on. The hosts were extremely nice and responded to all my queries, I’ll definitely be back and would recommend them to everyone I know and don’t know!

We arrived earlier than expected and Gerald was happy to show us in before the scheduled time which was really helpful. The place had everything that we needed and was spotless. We would definitely stay again and would recommend it to others.

My friend and I had a very pleasant stay at Neil's place for a couple of nights. It felt like a safe and private location where you can visit interesting places close by such as National Trust sites and Bletchley Park. The apartment was spotless and Neil was very responsive throughout. Would absolutely recommend 👍🏼

Amanda was an amazing host always responsive to my questions. I lived in this house for around 2 months. It was a bit pricy however worth the money. Very clean and lot of amenities. The location is very close to a lot of restaurants and supermarkets. I enjoyed this house a lot.

It was great to stay at Greg’s place for a second time. AirBnB is as described. Greg is a great, friendly host who is very responsive to any questions or queries we had. We let him know one of the radiators did not work and he immediately brought over an electric heater. Highly recommend his place!

This was our 3rd time at Butterfly house and it did not disappoint. David’s place really stands out to us and that’s why we always come back. His place feels so homely and put together that it’s always on our list when we think of where to go for a staycation. Debbie was amazing hosting us, such good communication and great response times. Lovely place - Kate was quick to respond to any queries and a lovely host. Lovely bathroom and shower (always high on our list) and the living room was great for me to work and my children to get on with some of their projects/ homework. Lovely walks/runs from the front door and very close to Rutland water and everything it offers. Excellent value.
