Our neighboring Cabin sleeps an additional 6 adults and shares the yard and private beach. Homes are separated by a dune for privacy. We have a listing for both properties on Airbnb.

Large sandy beach with a paddle boat, 2 stand up paddle boards, 2 kayaks, and a nice 2021, 20-foot pontoon boat available for rent. The place is great for families, romantic getaways, or business travelers.

Perfect year around for gatherings. Pontoon included in rental in summer June to August only. Fee outside of those months due to weather factors and it available on a daily basis of use.
