We had a great stay in Nicole's listing. The place was clean and quiet, and close to town. We walked to the Hot Tomato for dinner one night. We will be back!

Caitlin’s accommodation works so well, providing 2 very comfortable beds with good separation of space between rooms, squeaky clean and bright, modern bathroom with large, long shower, nice, solid, high end furnishings and very comfortable long, large sofa. All the cooking utensils one might need seemed to be there, were very clean and well organized without clutter, and there are cheerful decorative details throughout. Only issue to be aware of is that freshly cleaned linens on the wonderful king sized bed had that overly powerful, fruity detergent smell mentioned in only one previous review, irritating to even the most tolerant sleeper, so I switched out those linens with fresh personal linens that I had coincidentally brought along. The linens on the smaller queen bed in the second room had a much more mild scent and were not at all over-powering. Wonderful, cute apartment! The apartment house was super quiet though other rooms were booked. Great outdoor seating space too!

Very nice accommodations. The bed was extremely comfortable. Kevin was very quick in responding to communications. I enjoyed all the extra touches that made this truly feel like a slice of Mexico!

Nicole was very accommodating. We came into town for a funeral and she let us check in early to get ready for the funeral and spend some time with the family. Nicole was an incredible host!

Caitlin’s place was great! It was squeaky clean, comfortable, and in a great part of town. I was only there for one night, but it was in a perfect location. Walkable to some restaurants and to Bestslope coffee (highly recommend). Thanks for the hospitality!

Charles was super responsive when I booked. Place was in great location and had great amenities. Easy to check in and out. Would definitely stay here again

We really enjoyed our stay. The loft was perfect for our quick weekend trip to Grand Junction. The space was cute, clean and quiet. Check in was super easy and we were able to park right in front of the unit. Would definitely stay here again, zero complaints.

Our stay at Brandon and Rebecca's place was great. We had a large group of cyclist and it was in the perfect location. I think one of our favorite features was the outside patio where we could BBQ and sit around and talk after some big rides. We enjoyed our stay!

We loved it so much. It was beautiful, historic, convenient, homey and spacious. The whole family got together, but we all had our own spaces to retreat to. It was everything we needed.

Had an amazing time! My girlfriend and I loved this place! It was small, but a perfect size for a peaceful getaway with amazing views from bed! Highly recommend for couples looking for a peaceful spot with amazing views and trails very close!

Super cute apartments to stay in. Wish we would have been able to stay longer! Great kitchen and a cute neighborhood. Very quick to respond and helpful. My daughter accidentally left her baby doll behind and Sabrina quickly tracked down the doll and shipped it to us immediately. Saved the day!!

The location and size of this place were perfect for our weekend in Grand Junction. I hope to stay here next time I come to town.

I was in town for a busy work weekend and Ryan's place was perfect as a landing pad. Comfortable and clean with everything I needed. I was getting in late and they made sure the outside lights were left on so I could find my way in smoothly. Also there is an AMAZING bakery less than a 10minute walk away (win win)!

Bev's place is located on a hill with a very nice view of the morning sunrise. We spent several mornings and evenings sitting on the patio relaxing in prep for or following our daily strenuous activities. The location is away from the busyness of Grand Junction but close enough to access whatever you need. The pictures accurately reflect the property...just be aware that there is no oven which was not a big deal for us. Laundry is available in the unit. Even though we had temps in the 80s, the property was nice and cool without running the available air conditioning. If you're looking for a place to veg-out during your down time but be accessible to the activities around GJ, you can't beat this one.

Alicia’s place was very nice! It was easy to find and very peaceful. I booked here because I am traveling with a dog, the pet policy here is no pets on any furniture which would be good to know when booking. All in all, it was perfect for a quick overnight.

We loved Jessica's place. It was a llittle small for our 30 day stay, but it had everything we needed. Jessica was awesome and very helpful. We would definitely recommend it.

Finding Clarissa's place was a blessing for us. We were in a tough situation and needed a place close to the Hospital and it was a blessing to have found this place. The space felt like a home away from home.

Susan was extremely friendly and easy to talk to her place was very comfortable to be in. It felt like home and made me forget I still had 2 more weeks of traveling for work. Your definitely getting a steal for the price here.
