Beautiful home just minutes from Arches National Park and downtown Moab. Loved the amenities at the park, and house was fully stocked with everything we needed to get comfortable. Only complaints were slow to non-existent WiFi (could not stream anything on TV) and the towels were in dire need of replacing (threadbare, thin, and very small). No pool towels provided either.

We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

Perfect tiny house in a campground, we enjoyed the pool and hot tub. beautiful views from the porch, saw deer and stagazed. House was clean and exactly what we were looking for to add to the National Park experience.

Perfect location, lots of options for friends and family to join you nearby in their own lodging or camping, RV or otherwise! Thoughtfully designed space, and incredibly comfortable 🤍

Tucked just outside of Moab, this cabin was the quiet retreat we didn’t know we needed. Well cared for, warm, and inviting—with views that caught us off guard in the best way. The snow-capped La Sals felt almost within reach, especially from the hot tub at dusk, when everything around us settled into stillness. The bed was soft and grounding—exactly what we needed after long days of exploring. It felt peaceful here. Close enough to town for convenience, but far enough to feel like we had the world to ourselves. We’d come back in a heartbeat.

We loved our stay and the fact that it was a little away from the hustle and bustle of Moab, but more than close enough when we needed to access food or entertainment.

Our stay at the Sagewood cabin was fantastic. The cabin was comfy and cozy and had everything we needed to make ourselves at home. The mountain views are spectacular and we really enjoyed walking the trails around the property. Even the drive up to the cabin is breathtaking. I would chose staying here again over staying directly in Moab. Wonderful stay and lovely hosts!

Our stay was great. Complicated by some pretty extreme weather, but John was willing to help us out and communicated the public area warnings as they came in. Views were incredible and a great remote place to stay!

Such a beautiful family style cabin that you can tell is well loved and cared for by the owners. Family photos all over the cabin and their story is in a book for guests to read. This cabin is located on the very top of mt La Sal which took us about 30 min to get to from the bottom of the mountain and it is a windy windy road. At the top is the small camp site/private property of the owner with other cabins on site. There is no ATV trails near by and property is covered in snow, windy and very cold during winter months up to atleast April. I checked the weather conditions daily and didn’t see anything about snow up there but I didn’t realized how high we’d actually be. I’m sharing this for you to be prepared and check weather in Mt La Sal area at the top of peak. We spent a few days hanging at the cabin and had an amazing time. There are NO fire pits at the cabin which was a bummer so no s’mores. Then the other days we ventured down the mt to the Moab area and had a blast.

Walter's Book Cliffview cabin was just awesome! I truly loved staying there and will be back. For a single person or a couple, this is the perfect cozy cabin out in a beautiful part of Utah away from the crowds of tourists in Moab, yet close to all Moab's attractions. The fridge was great so that I could bring my own food along and everything was there for me to cook whatever meals I wanted to prepare. The bed was super comfortable — I guess that made it hard to get up in the morning! I also loved all the windows. They let lots of light in, but the blinds still provide all the privacy you want. The heating was perfect and responsive with the sudden cold that swept through the area. I absolutely loved saying at Book Cliffview and will return!

It was an amazing stay with a convenient location close to Arches and Canyonlands! Very beautiful property, comfortable cabin, kind staff, and you can see arches and cows from the cabin!

Beautiful place and easy to check in! Bathroom is very close to the cabin as well, so it’s not too bad to not have one in the room. Staff was very responsive. Thanks for everything!

The cabin is exactly as it states. Nothing fancy at all, but a really welcome respite, especially during any weather events or the cold. It is advertised to have heat, but the unit we had only had AC. The staff, however, were incredibly. They immediately found us a small heater that worked perfectly. And they were incredibly helpful with literally EVERYTHING. They even went out of their way to get us a fire pit to rent. The staff were also incredibly helpful when the power for all of Moab went out. Made sure everyone in the cabins had extra blankets. The staff here were amazing and would 100% recommend this place to anyone going to Moab.
