Downstairs offers a cosy open plan kitchen/living room area, complete with a breakfast bar and ambient lighting. Perfect for a short stay or business trip. There is one double bed upstairs and one 2-seater sofa bed downstairs in the living room, so could sleep 2 adults and 2 children. Private parking is also available for up to 2 cars.

Immaculate, luxurious and fully restored 18th Century Towcester Coaching Inn located 4 miles (10 minute drive) from Silverstone. Sumptuously decorated and furnished with antiques. A unique property full of period features which exudes charm and is sure to impress. Four double bedrooms but can sleep nine people if the sofa bed in the lounge is utilised. The main bedroom has its own dressing room, lounge area and ensuite with an impressive king sized bed located on a mezzanine.

Private cosy canal-side Annexe with own front door. The king-size bedroom has a good sized en-suite shower room, which includes fresh towels, hair dryer and an iron. There is a separate open-plan lounge/kitchen, which is fully equipped including a dishwasher. The lounge has a comfortable, electric feet-up lay back sofa, with a Smart TV. We ensure our guests have some fresh groceries upon arrival., including tea, coffee, milk, cereal, bread, etc for a simple breakfast.

Grafton Fields is located 20 minutes from Silverstone Circuit, the legendary home of the Formula 1 British Grand Prix.

The building used to house farrowing pugs and has now been converted into a beautiful and comfortable studio apartment with a lovely kitchen and shower room.
