A delightful self-contained Garden Room in the peaceful village of Graffham with lovely rural views, being just a couple of minutes' walk from the popular village shop which supplies a large variety of fresh food and a continental breakfast, as well as walking distance from two excellent pubs. Its a wonderful base to explore the South Downs by foot or bike, or visit the antique shops of Petworth, Petworth House, polo in Midhurst, West Dean Gardens, Parham House, motor & horse racing at Goodwood.

Kalou, Eco Escape at Goodwood

Kalou, is a unique bolthole lovingly hand-built from reclaimed materials during lockdown. Previously sited elsewhere, the cabin has recently been upgraded to a more sustainable way of living, off-grid, and now surrounded by seamless views of tranquility and peace, nature and spectacular sunsets. Local wildlife treats include sheep, cows, displays by pheasants, random hare playing, deer running by, and potential sightings of owls. A truly unique getaway with easy access to the South Downs Way.

Hand built by myself & Granny Mongolia, the Yurt is a mix of traditional Mongolian design & bohemian chic. As you enter the yurt you will instantly notice a sense of calm & grounding, an ideal retreat from a hectic lifestyle. Surrounded by countryside, the yurt is home to many Mongolian artefacts gifted to me by Granny Mongolia. It features a charcoal bbq & stove. Poplar Farm Cabin is located within the South Downs National Park, in the grounds of the owner's property at Poplar Farm. The cabin provides a eco-friendly, cosy, self contained retreat in the hamlet of Toat, West Sussex. It is a 10 minute walk to the River Arun, the Wey and Arun Canal. Stunning views over the farm, and it's horses, cows, sheep and free range chickens. The cabin has: free fast wifi access suitable for remote working, private parking, footpath/bridleway from our entrance.

Welcome to our shepherds hut, for a touch of glamping in the heart of the South Downs National Park. Perfectly situated for walkers and cyclists as we are right on the South Downs Way and a short drive for Goodwood events. A cosy retreat with scenic views across the Downs, beautiful sunsets, starry skies and passing wildlife. There is a toilet and shower facility. A kettle, mini fridge and teas, coffees, milk, cereals are included in the hut. An electric heater keeps it nice an cosy.

The Cowshed is within walking distance of the centre of Midhurst. Midhurst lies in the heart of the South Downs National Park and is surrounded by beautiful countryside and a wealth of walking opportunities. Enjoy walking or mountain-biking on the South Downs Way (local bike hire available), explore the beautiful National Trust gardens at Woolbeding, Polo at Cowdray Park or the fantastic sandy beach at West Wittering. Goodwood is a short drive away.
