Het appartement is zeer ruim en het is altijd mogelijk om een plekje in de zon of in de schaduw te vinden op de terrassen/balkonnen. De eigenaar woont op de begane grond, het appartement heeft een eigen opgang aan de achterzijde. In de ruime tuin staat nog een gite die verhuurd wordt. Deze heeft eigen terrassen. Ruime parkeergelegenheid en vriendelijke verhuurder. Hij is niet teveel aanwezig, maar absoluut zeer bereikbaar en behulpzaam. Alles wordt zeer goed onderhouden en is schoon. Dichtbij buurtsuper, bakker, slager, restaurants (5 minuten lopen). Zee en haventje (met boot verhuur) op 7 minuten wandelen. Van alle gemakken voorzien.

We stayed here for a 2 nights at the start of our holiday and arrived late at night. Check in was easy and it was easy to find in the old town. Marija had provided a high chair and cot for our baby which were prepared and excellent - thank you. The apartment is in the middle of the old town and makes everything easy to get to. A small supermarket is round the corner, as well as bars and restaurants. Car parks are close by too, we hired a car and managed to get parking close to the apartment just outside the old walls. The balcony was great, it's safe for children and enclosed. The only couple of points to mention that I think other people have said - the apartment is at the top of the building and no lift, so lots of stairs - but we knew this and were ok with this. We also stayed on Friday and Saturday nights so you can sometimes hear some distance background music from bar/club but this is the be expected and it didn't wake the kids - so we were happy! Excellent place to stay!

Wir haben unseren Junggesellenabschied mit 10 Mann in Zadar verbracht und es war fantastisch! Das gemietete Haus mit Pool, Sauna und Whirlpool war einfach perfekt für unsere Gruppe. Im Umkreis gab es auch einige Sehenswürdigkeiten, die sich gut für Ausflüge angeboten haben. Besonders abends hat uns die lebendige Altstadt begeistert – tolle Atmosphäre und richtig gute Clubs. Insgesamt war es eine super Erfahrung und ich würde das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Beautiful home! There was plenty of space for the seven of us that were there. The pool and rooftop patio were amazing! The house has everything you need. It’s about a 15 minute drive to downtown Zadar and about a miles walks to restaurants in the local village. I would definitely recommend!

Josip was very kind and welcomed us even before the check-in indicated on the App. The apartment was big, had a nice living room. The kitchen had everything you might need! The balcony had enough space for 3 - 4 people to sit and even some clothes to be laid out! We got some restaurant and beaches suggestions and the options were really worth it! Not so close to the centre, but a few minutes away by car from it. Definitely recommended if you hop in Zadar!

Marta is a very nice host and answers very fast when we had questions or comments. The house is very nice with a lot of ways to relax like the pool, the jacuzzi and the sauna. Small supermarket and bakery are around te corner. We have had a great stay!

Dejligt centralt beliggenhed, i et stille område. Danijela tog imod os og hjalp os med de informationer vi skulle bruge.

Nastanitev je bila čista, prostorna in zasebna. Res smo si lahko odpočili po daljšem potovanju, saj je bila hiša v mirni soseski. Gospa Ivana je bila odzivna, prijazna in na voljo. Vse pohvale! 🫶

We had a really nice time at Irene's place. The apartment is directly at the sea, but also within a short walking distance to the central bus station. The old town can also be reached via a nice walk along the beach and promenade. The furnishings are simple, but everything you need is there. The bed is very comfy and the sleeping couch is also very usable. Check-in was very easy and flexible. We were here in the winter. But we had no problem getting the apartment warm with the climate control. There were two very nice and friendly cats that visited us from time to time.

Krasna je veľmi priateľská a milá. Prostredie: dom posledný v ulici, tiché, pokojné. Veľký dvor, ideálne pre rodinu s dieťaťom. Možnosť grilovať. Toastovač, rýchlovarná kanvica, fén. Nič nechýbalo. Dom menší, dvaja dospelí a dve malé deti ideál. Chýbalo viac úložného priestoru napríklad na potraviny. O rok by sme určite prišli znova

We spent an amazing few days at Renata’s apartment. Her mother welcomed us and gave us the keys, she’s the loveliest lady ever. The location of the apartment is excellent, the supermarket and the beach is only a few minutes walk away. The apartment is even better in person than in pictures. We couldn’t recommend staying here more. Thank you for having us:)

The place was lovely. We had a beautiful view of Old Town and the water from the balcony. Our host was very responsive and ensured we had everything we needed. We had a great time and would stay here again.

Sandra était notre meilleure hôte pendant notre séjour de 3 semaines en Croatie. Elle nous a accueillis avec sa gentillesse, sa bonté, son sourire et nous a donné pleins de conseils pour visiter les environs. nous avons également eu droit à notre arrivée à une petite attention (boissons et pastèque fraîche, gâteaux et bonbons pour les enfants) A recommander sans hésitation

I’ve stayed here 4 times and it’s always the same - exactly as advertised on photos, with a perfect location in the city.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit im Ferienhaus von Dragana und Gordana. Der Check-in war sehr flexibel und wir wurden sehr freundlich persönlich begrüßt. Die Unterkunft ist ruhig gelegen und für die Selbstversorgung gut ausgestattet. Highlight ist der große Pool gegenüber vom Eingang und die schönen Sitzgelegenheiten im Hof/Garten. Vom Ferienhaus aus ist man in ca. 10 bis 15 Minuten an diversen Stränden und in 20 bis 30 Minuten in Zadar und am Flughafen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Wir haben uns im Haus von Jadranka sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles sehr schön eingerichtet und man fühlt sich direkt wie zuhause. Wir hatten sehr kurzfristig gebucht und konnten dennoch schon vor der CheckIn-Zeit ins Haus. Jadranka und Ihre Familie sind sehr freundlich und haben uns bei Fragen stets geholfen. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Nette kleine Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage in der Nähe von schönen Buchten. Der Pool lädt zum Entspannen ein. Die Gastgeber sind super lieb und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit im Haus von Barbara. Wir durften selbst einchecken und sie hat uns ein paar Minuten später persönlich empfangen und ein paar Tipps bezüglich Restaurants und schönen Orten gegeben. Wir und unser Hund haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der kleine Strand darf von allen Urlaubern genutzt werden die auf dem Grundstück wohnen ( 3 weitere Parteien) aber wir haben unsere Zeit auf der Terrasse verbracht. Diese hat ca bis 14 Uhr Schatten und perfekt ist und danach wird ein kleiner Teil durch ein Sonnensegel beschattet. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft. Wir, 4 erwachsene und 2 Babys, hatten eine tolle Zeit. alles was man brauchte war da. Wenn etwas fehlte hat sich Milan schnell darum gekümmert. der Außenbereich ist das Highlight der Unterkunft.

Smilja ist ein super Gastgeberin :-) Sie hat uns bei allem was wir wissenwollten oder brauchten. Sie hatte uns tagsüber sogar die Markieren rausgedreht als wir nicht da waren,damit es drinnen nicht so warm wird bis wir zuhause sind. Sie hatte den Pool auch täglich gesäubert was uns sehr gefreut hat. Sie waren beide immer sehr freundlich und für ein kurzes Gespräch zu haben. In der Unterkunft gab es sogar einen hocker für die Dusche. Für einen ruhigen Urlaub ist die Unterkunft absolut zu empfehlen 🙃 Vielen Dank für alles Ihr habt Unseren Urlaub komplett gemacht 🤗 Grüße Viola and Friends
