Wir waren zu 6 und es war genug Platz für uns alle. Die Zimmer sind super schön und alle mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet, die Badezimmer waren super schön und mit Warm Wasser ausgestattet. Eine wunderschöne Küche mit Utensilien zum selbst versorgen, mit Kühlschrank und Gefrierschrank. Anlange hat auch einen Pool und Grill. Zum Vermieter super freundlich ist auf alle wünsche und Anregungen eingegangen, wir hatten unsere Privatsphäre und konnten so gut wie alles machen was wir wollten. Immer wieder

We had a lovely stay at Mario's villa. Mario greeted us on arrival with homemade wine and a great list of recommendations for restaurants to visit in the neighbouring town. The house with spotless and had everything you need to feel like a home from home. Mario was very attentive and checked with us during the week to make sure we had everything we need. Overall we really enjoyed a peaceful stay and the private pool is a wonderful added extra! We hope to come back and stay again soon.

Afgelopen week verbleven wij met 8 vriendinnen in dit huis met Dennis als host. Dennis was een ontzettend goede host waar we dan ook niets slecht over kunnen vertellen. Hij was super bereikbaar, erg betrokken en checkte steeds of alles nog in orde was. We mistten bijvoorbeeld bestek voor twee personen en een kookpot. Dit kwam hij de volgende dag meteen brengen. Daarnaast gaf hij ook een duidelijke omschrijving van de weg aangezien het huis aan een nieuw aangelegde weg gelegen is én konden we op de vertrekdag een paar uur langer in het huis blijven omdat onze vlucht pas later in de namiddag was. Ook aan het huis was weinig aan te merken. Het was gezellig, proper en alles was aanwezig zoals beschreven. Als we dan toch iets moeten zeggen als 'kritiek', dan is het wel zo dat het huis wat krap is om er met 8 personen een week te wonen. Daarbij staan er aan de tafel binnen maar 6 stoelen. Buiten zijn er wel 8 stoelen, maar zijn er van de 9 ligbedden maar 6 goede om echt ontspannen te zonnen.

Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage bei Josip. Das Haus entsprach voll der Beschreibung und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Der Ausblick auf das Meer und die Olivenbäume war toll. Der private Pool bot immer eine Erfrischung. Das Meer und die Stadt zum einkaufen war mit dem Auto innerhalb von 5 min. zu erreichen. Der Nahe Flughafen hat fast gar nicht gestört. Josip war ein sehr aufmerksamer Gastgeber und immer zu erreichen. Wir würden wieder in diesem Haus unseren Urlaub verbringen. Insgesamt ein ganz toller Urlaub.... Danke Josip

We throughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend. The place was extremely tidy and well maintained, the layout is one house with two separate floors that break up the rooms, it was great having two kitchens! It is close to the train station which goes straight into Split city centre (cheaper than the bus). The hosts were very accommodating for our group and made sure we had everything that we needed, thanks again Ana & Mateo!

Tolles Haus in super Lage mit tollem Blick aufs Meer und auf die Stadt Split. Hinter dem Haus liegt eine beeindruckende Berglandschaft, sodass wirklich alles geboten ist und vom Pool alles zu bestaunen ist. Sofortiger Erholungseffekt! Die Ausstattung ist sehr geschmackvoll und alles ist vorhanden was man im Urlaub benötigt. Sehr zu empfehlen ist nicht nur das Haus mit all dem tollem Komfort, sondern auch die schnelle Anbindung an Split und den umliegenden Attraktionen (Bootstour, die der Gastgeber kostenlos anbietet, eine gebuchte Quadtour waren unser Highlight des Urlaubs). Ebenfalls toll waren die zuvorkommenden und wirklich sehr freundlichen Gastgeber! Alles in allem würden wir das Haus jedem empfehlen und hoffen, dass wir unseren nächsten Urlaub wieder dort verbringen können.

Ivan was such a great host. He was so flexible and communicative and definitely contributed to how much we enjoyed our stay. We loved how safe we felt in the area and really enjoyed how nice the home and outdoor pool area was.

Sehr schönes Apartment genau wie beschrieben. Wir konnten noch spät Nachts einchecken und wurden mit ein paar frisch gebackenen Snacks begrüßt. Da wir eine sehr heiße Woche hatten, haben wir uns sowohl über die tägliche Erfrischung im Pool gefreut als auch von der Klimaanlage profitiert! Wir hatten eine wirklich schöne Zeit und können das Apartment nur weiterempfehlen!

A Truly Special Stay – With a Few Helpful Tips We had an amazing stay at Antonio’s home—hands down one of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever experienced. The house is beautifully maintained, well-stocked, and the hospitality from Antonio and his family was above and beyond. Hospitality: From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed. Antonio greeted us with a delicious meat and cheese tray and fresh šalap bread. On our last night, his family prepared and delivered a homemade dinner of grilled squid, whole fish, and a lovely potato salad. He also gave us fantastic local recommendations for Split and Kaštela—some of the best meals of our trip came from his tips! This was the perfect place for our vacation in April! We couldn’t have asked for a more ideal location for day trips to Split, Trogir, Krka National Park, Klis, Hvar, Zadar and Omis! The host met us upon arrival and guided us to the home. We simply dropped a pin at the home’s location to guide us the remainder of the trip. The house is very clean and well kept. The heated pool was a family favorite as the temperature this time of year is quite cold. We felt like we got a taste of the local life in the little neighboring villages. 10/10 recommended!

Sehr schönen Unterkunft, alles wie auf den Bildern. Kristian ist ein sehr netter und einfacher Gastgeber. Alles sehr Gastfreundlich, Kuchen und Getränke direkt da gewesen was sehr nett ist. Der Pool wurde von unser jeden Tag genutzt. Mit einer Freundesgruppe eine super Unterkuft. Einziger Minuspunkt, ist die Bundesstraße direkt unterhalb des Grundstückes. Daher ist es schon recht laut. Trotzdem alles in Allem, klasse Unterkunft.

A nice quiet location within walking distance of shops cafes and restaurants and the beach. The apartment is exactly as described and accurately pictured. The terrace is nice and large but in August heat it could only be enjoyed early in the morning or late evening. Jelena and Ivan are very friendly and helpful and responsive. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.

Vi havde en fantastisk ferie i Villa Olivia med vores 3 teenage børn og vores hund. Lækkert hus med inde- og udekøkken, smuk udsigt over hav og by, kæmpe, smuk og frodig helt indhegnet have, stor og lækker swimmingpool og et fint lille fitnessrum som vi også benyttede flittigt. Med lidt gode ben kan man sagtens gå til stranden og restauranterne - ca. 30 minutter hver vej i godt tempo. Fantastisk sød og hjælpsom vært Ivan og hans mor Vanja, der lavede frokost til os ved ankomst og lækker middag i uge to. Vi har kun gode anbefalinger til Villa Oliva og værterne, der også kom med flere lokale anbefalinger. Vi kunne bestemt overveje at komme igen.

We loved the place, felt right at home. We would stay again, for sure! we did a long stay, over 30 days.

Wir waren eine Woche mit unserer Familie in der Villa und haben die sehr Zeit genossen. Die Kinder liebten natürlich den Pool, aber auch der kleine Strand in der Nähe war sehr schön und zum Baden mit Kindern geeignet. Die Ausstattung der Küche war ok, wir kamen damit gut zurecht, einen Geschirrspüler zu haben wäre natürlich noch besser gewesen.

We were very pleased with our stay. The house was clean and bigger than it looked in the pictures, perfect for 4-5 people. The hosts gave us great recommendations in what to do, beaches to visit and restaurants to eat at. They came and cleaned the pool every other day and always asked if there was anything else that we needed. There was a really nice sitting area outside and the house was not visible to any neighbors. I would definitely recommend this place! The only thing to be aware of is that the house located on a mountain so you would need to rent a car to be able to explore outside the house. :)

super tevreden. we hebben heerlijk genoten. En wat was het thuis, hygiënisch een dikke 10. Bijzonder waardig en niet overal tref je het zo. Ook erg flexibel met incheck tijden. We kwamen erg laat aan maar dat was geen probleem. Zou het huisje zeker nog een keer boeken. zwembad was ook echt heerlijk !!!!!!

Wir hatten mit 11 Personen einen super schönen Aufenthalt und das Meer war schnell und einfach zu Fuß zu erreichen. Empfehlenswert!

Thank you Ivan. We had a brilliant break at your villa. There was ample room for 11 of us, with all the amenities you could need. The villa was spotless when we arrived and the pool was cleaned twice while we were there. Ivan helped us arrange a taxi from the airport and Antonio was equally helpful and ended up being our taxi driver all week. The villa is 15minutes from the airport, 5 minutes from the coast where there's a great pizza shop and beach bar/restaurant. There is a bakery 3/4 minutes up the road too which was very nice. We were worried about the lack of reviews on AirBNB but Ivan reassured us it's due to private bookings, so if you've got this far you won't be disappointed with Ivan's villa. Warning, you'll need a hire car or taxis if you want to travel to Trogir or Split. Both worth visiting. Thanks for having us.

A szállás tiszta volt, ugyanolyan mint a képeken. 4 főnek nagyon kényelmes, jól felszerelt konyha két háló, két mellékhelység. A parkolás kicsit trükkös volt, mert bár volt ingyenes parkoló az apartmant bejárata előtt, egy nagyon szűk utcán kellett volna bemenni és skoda octavia-val sem mértük megkockáztatni. Ingyenes parkolási lehetőség volt még a ház mellett egy kis udvarban ahol persze mindig állnak a bejáró előtt, valamint az állandóan teli parkolóban a tengerhez közelebb. Éjjelre persze lesz szabad hely, de nekünk két nap is kellett fizetni a parkolásért 3-3 órákat. 5 perc sétára van strand, valamint nagyon sok étterem nagyon közel, kisbolt szintén van 3 perc sétára. A nyaralás során egy nap végig esett az eső és szerintem ez is bizonyítja hogy mennyire jó a szállás, hogy végig bent voltunk és még is jól éreztük magunkat. Köszönjük Ana! 😊
