It faces west so you can enjoy sunsets and a fantastic view of the sea sitting in over 200m2 of outside sitting space with a yard over 800m2. Villa Niki is part of the Linardici Olive Gardens property that features 2 other spectacular villas (villa Lynn and villa Tessa) so multiple family stay can be planned easily. Capacity of the 3 villas is 24 persons.

Tramuntana Holiday Home ****

Porozina is a small village of about 80 holiday homes. The village is very peaceful with a beautiful nature. Consequently, after 10pm it is not uncommon to see deer and their calf walking by the fence or even on the street. The virgin beach is a 5min walk away. It is about 100m long and offers both pebble stone and grass areas with plenty of natural shade and a crystal clear sea. Supermarkets, restaurants, clubs... are situated in city of Cres, 25km away. In Porozina there are 3 small bars.

More je udaljeno nekoliko minuta pješice od kuće kao i plaže. U blizini na samoj rivi nalaze se restorani, kafici i dućani. Dnevni boravak i sve sobe opremljene su sa klima uređajem i smart tv-om. Otok Cres je mostom kod Osora vezan sa otokom Lošinjem te je moguće ga posjetiti sa automobilom.
